The inside this part of the Imperial Palace was newly built, as was clear from its separation from the main building, to overlook St.Constantine bay and act as a building for meeting with foreign leaders and representatives.
Outside the building was covered with gardens of various exotic flowers and plants, grown in an orderly fashion to make spaces and paths that weived and blended, almost guiding all who entered to be lost in the beauty of nature. In the open spaces, stone benches and sculptures of people, animals and things such as vases all surrounded the fountains, both large and small, that were the centre of the open space and gave it a peaceful and tranquil feel. The floor of the paths was of light brown stone tiles which fit in well to the enviournent around them. The main path that connected the main Building of the Imperial palace to this building had strawberry bushes a few meters back on either side of the path. Stone arches had been made over the path, banners of Brittania dropping down over the middle of the path. In the gaps between the Guards stood with rifles at the side of their red uniforms, ready to snap to attention at a moments notice, their eyes caught in a stone gaze underneath their white helmets.

As one would get closer to the building along the main path which connects it to the main building, they would reach a small set of brown marble stairs that lead up a small raise of the ground to the entrance of the building, the flanks of its wooden doors covered by large white marble pillars.

Inside was a large, neat and tidy room. On the walls paintings of the Victorian style where hung in Bronze picture frames between the numerous white marble pillars and bookcases. To the left of the room from the door was a series of windows that could be opened to lead onto a patteo which overlooked the St.Constantine bay while to the right was another series of doors that lead to a patteo overlooking the gardens. In the Middle of the room was a large rectangular, mahogany table on which was paperwork, a laptop and a tray which had what appeared to be a just brewed cup of tea. On the wall behind was a large painting of the Emperor and Empress, looking across the room.

On the Mahogony table, on the opposite side to the door was Emperor Maximus Brittania, wearing his full suit of armour “Diabhal” which he was never seen without. He was reading over a piece of the paper work when King James of Raccooniah entered. “Greeting James, I am Emperor Maximus, how have you been? I am glad that you accepted my offer. So when you are ready we shall begin discussing matters between our nations.”
