Midribbonian president, Emanuel Gasper, has declared a nationwide day of mourning for all the victims of "dirty bombs" in Northern new solingarch and had already ordered for first aid and food supplies to be delivered to regions that suffered from explosions as soon as possible. Emergency PMDT meeting is called to discuss further possible support to the region, and attempts of finding beneficiary to this tragedy. 10 discontamination teams, are sent as well to help in clearing out radioactive debris.

RP: A shock felt across Kalrania

The Great Garzo would immediately order Gora’s envoys and ambassadors to the PMDT to get to PMDT HQ for the emergency meeting. The Goran Government would also join Midribbonia in declaring this a national day of mourning. With Midribbonia aiding the people of Northern new solingarch in the aftermath of these most recent attacks, Northern New Solingarch being a very close nation to Gora geographically, and a prominent trading partner of Gora’s closest ally Gora would extend an offer to send food, and medical supplies to help the civilians of Northern New Solingarch. The Goran delegation would soon arrive at the PMDT emergency meeting.

RP: Reforms in the Senate

King Uzanad was not happy about the state of Nonadia's government. With 800 seats in the senate, it looked more like a stadium than it did a Senate building, and Prime Minister Alaz Jakson had been the Prime Minister for decades now, with the democratic aspect of the position completely disappearing. He first would call an election to begin in 2158, with 2 years to prepare. Following this, King Uzanad made it clear this reforms would not have any vote in the Senate, and that he would be the only one approving them. Senate reforms are as followed:

The Senate will be renamed to the Parliament, reflecting the name of many other voting chambers in monarchies. The new Parliament will cut its size by 75%, with only 200 members of the Parliament. The Parliament will be led by the Prime Minister, able to veto bills if 2/3rds of Parliament agrees. The Leader of the Opposition is the leader of the second biggest party, and works with the Leader of the Majority, who is the leader of the party which has the majority.

The Third Imperial Party will be disbanded, and the part of the Constitution of the Third Empire whichs states the Third Imperial Party must have at least a 51% majority in the Senate, will be removed. Two new parties will be created, the Traditional Party, which represents Conservatives, and the Green Party, which represents Liberals. The parties will be successors to the Third Imperial Party, and will end the complete monopoly the Monarch had on the government.

Nonadia will be divided into electoral districts, each representing 20,500,000, and each district has 1 member in the Parliament. The Imperial Palace's 4th Floor, which is the located of the old Senate, will be remodeled to fit 200 members rather than 800, which leaves a lot of empty space on the 3rd floor. The Department of Transportation, Department of Sanitation, and Department of Government Media all have plans to move into the new space to create offices for higher ups. The rest of the space is planned to have offices for party leaders, restrooms, and all other space will have symbols of National pride, such as statues, paintings, maps, and flags.

Following a popular vote which took a month (I had begun writing this post a few IRP months ago), this is how the Parliament is divided

The Traditional Party (Conservative): 71 Seats
The Green Party (Liberal): 64 Seats
People of Freedom (Republicanism): 48 Seats
Council of Libertarians (Libertarian): 9 Seats
Socialist People's Party (Socialist): 5 Seats
Martial Nationalists (Militaristic): 3 Seats

The Ashgardian government has accepted the request for the foreign agents to schedule a meeting. Given the importance and secrecy of said meeting by the agents, the said meeting will take place in a enclosed location within a remote location in Port Fanhaurch's more remote isles (less popular) away from prying eyes and ears. There, the CIS agents will meet the Ashgardian representative.
Ashgard advises the visitors to arrive as inconspicuous as possible due to their world-wide notoriety.

The message received from the Basar king Oswald presents a slew of new possibilities in several areas for international affairs, possibilities the queen refuses to waste so she begins formulating a private response.

King Jorgenson of Basaran,
The crimes of the fascists run deep, but though I have my suspicions, there is currently no proof of their involvement at this point. The war in the east is much grander in scope than our own so I pose a counter offer to your involvement. I ask you to bring every weapon available to bare down on the Blayredeshians in the east and I will be increasing Etrian support in the theater as is fit, however the wars withing the initiative will not stop until they are stopped at their source. I plan to mobilize enough men to put these thugs down in the west for good, but if their support from the jackboots continues then new ones will simply crop up in their place.

So do myself and the rest of us all a favor, win your war. The initiative could use friends and members like yourself so I would invite you to consider the possibility

When dozens of officials are harassed by reporters for insight into the dirty bomb situation and the international response by other foreign governments, most stayed quiet on order of the queen. The most notable slip made its way onto the ENN evening news and was made by Foreign Minister Stephan Neffari in the form of video captured as he was leaving his office in downtown Nina.

Reporter - "Mr. Neffari, what do you think of the backlash from the incident and are we doing enough in response to such a close threat?"

Neffari - "Once permission is given by those effected to send military assets then I'm sure you and everyone else will think differently of our response"

Reporter - "And the responses of other countries, what do you think of them?"

Neffari opens the door to his car before turning back to the gathered crowd.
"Those that send well wishes are appreciated but the fascists have no room to talk about standing on Graves, they can't even decide if Aurora was their fault or not. Political convenience plants their boots firmly on those headstones"

A second long term civil project also nears it's completion, this being the consolidation of the legislative governments of all four constituent republics into a single body. This presents a huge leap in unification and nationalist spirit as it had never been done before, each republic being unwilling to surrender it's limited autonomy before now. Elections to fill the 400 seats are to begin shortly and have many holding their breath for who or what may assume the positions.

The national Parliament is to be marginally more powerful than it's predecessors but is to remain unable to oppose the power of the throne, relegated to more day-to-day affairs, laws and governance while major policy and decision making is to remain firmly in the hands of the queen.

Losses of armored vehicles are not as heavy as could have been with thanks to technology from Artaecus in the specialized armor and trophy systems, however dozens are still lost in the initial attack from sheer volume of rocket fire. The 30,000 men of the two armored divisions begin to slow as casualties mount and resistance increases but refuse to stop. Rocket projectors and self propelled guns are brought up from the rear to rain their guided and various caliber munitions down on clusters of enemy heads when they prove too much for the armored advance - the deadliest of these rounds being the 203mm antipersonnel airburst fragmentation rounds - loaded into the behemoth T-100HK MBT designed to counter superheavy tanks and dense fortifications while remaining mobile.

General Saleem orders all sympathetic local militia groups armed with surplus weapons brought from the rear and if they are willing, training and a place alongside the Etrian forces in the advance. Everything from rifles and rocket launchers to transport vehicles come out of storage from the motherland to arm the rebels as well as many armies to sway the tide of battle.

The remainder of the line surges as the lighter armed mechanized and infantry divisions launch their own attacks forward backed by close air support and additional artillery salvos. These attacks are not expected to take huge swathes of ground, but instead help Inanna's rebels to secure their gains and provide heavy weapons support where necessary

RP: Constituția Federației Passes By Wide Margin
After several months of negotiations, writing, and delays, the people have finally been allowed to vote on the recently completed Constituția Federației to determine whether the document will be accepted as the basis of the future Rumanian State. The election, which equally as long to organize, has finally been completed, with 86.4% in favor of the Constituția Federației. The election was the largest centrally organized election in Rumanian history, with residents 16 and older voting in it, it was the first election in Rumanian history to include under-18s and was the first of such magnitude that allowed non-citizens to vote. With the constitution now formally adopted the only major step left for Rumania is the creation of an actual government. This will however prove the most difficult task yet, as the interim government begins planning the elections for the National and Republic elections, which are expected to occur in the next year or so.

RP: Central Kowen
The Interim Government, representing the SFRS, has address the situation and future of Central Kowen in a short statement released through the embassy in Shinai: "The Rumanian State is committed to the well-being and security of a Central Kowenian State and will continue to aid in the development and growth of the nation. There should be absolutely no fears of a significant change in policy effecting Central Kowen, and the Monarchy and current government has the full backing of the Rumanian State. We acknowledge the history of Central Kowen and understand that there may be fears of some changes in leadership, but we assure with 100% confidence that no such actions occur. We are committed to the self-determination of the Kowenian people." Central state of kowen

RP: Victory For Democracy

Bánáthy's forces would continue to advance, sensing an end to the civil war was near. They would continue pushing far into HPR territory until all that was left of the HPR was a sliver of territory in western Hoschestan. Soon after, though the leaders of the HPR originally wished to fight to the very end, many would begin surrendering and either hoping for the HSR to show them mercy or leaving for the FASSR to escape the HSR. Within weeks, practically the entirety of the HPR had surrendered, save for a few HPR holdouts, and the Hoschestani Civil War would come to a close. Some of the first actions of the HSR government would be to deal with the last few remaining HPR holdouts, but to also rebuild certain industries and services that had been damaged or destroyed by the civil war. Many schools, factories, hospitals, etc. had been destroyed by the civil war, allowing the HSR government to rebuild those industries and services with certain policies they had in mind for them. Healthcare wise, a system of free and socialized healthcare would begin to be formed, where healthcare was made free for all Hoschestani citizens, only being funded by government funding. A socialist system would begin to be implemented to run said healthcare system, where a national organization would be created to help manage the healthcare system. This organization would be run by doctors who were elected among said healthcare system, who with help from bureaucrats and others would manage the healthcare system. Certain aspects of this management would also be left up to individual hospitals and other medical offices, however. Medical research and production, however, would remain private, but regulations on the prices of medicines and products would be put in place to prevent medical costs from growing too much and putting too much strain on Hoschestan's healthcare system's finances, and potentially Hoschestan itself. Medical research grants would also be put in place for research companies to provide incentive for them to innovate more. In education, more funding would be put into public education to help improve it and therefore improve the education of Hoschestani citizens. Regulations would also be put on private schools forcing them to use certified teachers and certain parts of the public curriculum. Teachers would also be put in charge of running the education system as they would elect teachers from among themselves every few years whose job would be to manage the system. Certain actions that these teachers could vote on would also have to pass through the legislative body of Hoschestan, however. Individual teachers would also be given more power to run their schools as well. Though many other industries would remain largely private, many regulations would be put in place by the government on these industries in exchange for helping them rebuild. Many of these actions would be widely popular, and Szabó's popularity would skyrocket. However, Bánáthy's popularity would remain high, giving Szabó a worthy competitor if he were to ever run against him in a national election.

RP: Communist Offensive in Makil

Until now, most of the groups of Makil hadn't really captured land from the other groups after consolidating their control over their certain regions. Though scattered fighting had occurred, it didn't really get too intense. However, this would finally change with a large offensive into Conservative territory by the Communists. The Communists had shared a large border with the Conservatives, and though the Conservatives had relatively modern equipment, they had somewhat low morale and seemed weak to the Communists. The Communists had less modern equipment, but had much more morale and better leadership. This would lead to them launching a large offensive across the Conservative border, and though this offensive consisted mostly of infantry supported by relatively large forces of artillery, they would gain control over considerable chunks of formerly Conservative territory. This would end up decreasing Conservative morale even more, while also worrying many of the other groups in the civil war. This offensive would also worry much of the rest of Ansalonia, and since the Hoschestani Civil War had just ended, many of these nations had troops who were ready to be sent to fight in Makil.

RP: More Parties Founded in Öslend

With the election drawing closer and closer, more and more parties would begin to form. One of these parties would rise to become a considerable force in the Öslender political scene. That party would be the Öslender Liberal Union, which would be a neoliberal political party aiming for increased social progressivism and economic freedom. They would advocate for there to only be regulation on the free market when necessary, and for the Öslender government to take a relatively more laissez faire approach to the economy. Their leader, Julia Großmaurer would be their candidate for the upcoming elections, and would also be decently charismatic. Enough to make her political party the third largest in Öslend, but not enough to surpass the two larger political parties ahead of her. However, her actions would help make the Öslender Liberal Union a force to be reckoned with, especially in the legislative bodies.

RP: Western Clean Up

The National Republican Army's hold in the west was tightened after multiple offensives on Government military elements proved successful. As apart of High King Oliver's failed support of the Valean invasion of Skorravik, multiple divisions of a combined arms army group belonging to the Concord Guard was stationed along the border of Northern new solingarch. Many from this army group would end up secretly joining Operation Sunset and the so called Sunset Revolution, but a sizable amount of forces loyal to the crown remained. The loyalist forces were surrounded and encircled by the western NRA, and upon the beginning of armed combat, were overwhelming by force of guns, artillery, and close air support coordinated by Western NRA Command's former Princess Inanna. The former Princess led from the battlefield and forced various loyalist forces to surrender, marking a decisive early victory for the NRA. With her ability for combat leadership displayed and the necessity for continued decisive military action, Inanna was conferred with the rank of Major General for the sake of military organization and leadership.

RP: Eyes to the South

The Concordaian response to the usage of dirty bombs in Northern new solingarch was that of shock and horror from both the NRA and government. As the western neighbor of the Confederation, the loss of lives was acutely felt by the Concordaian people. The National Republican Army and the Government have both pledged to support the affected victims of the attack after the conflict in Concordaia was over. While both sides supported relief efforts, the National Republican Army's rhetoric was supplemented by General Inanna's personal relation to the country, vowing that "the Concordaian people will not forget their friends, Skorravik will be avenged and their mutilators will face the fire of justice". For now, however, Concordaian meddling in the south would have to wait.

RP: Insurrectionist Blitz

A small surge of recruits would enter into the Etrian service, tired of oppression and the malaise Concordaia had been suffering from. Their reasonings for joining would vary, with some doing so out of a genuine belief in the strongly republican values of the Sunset Revolution and some viewing the attempted ethnic cleansing of the Ainnash people as one step too far. Regardless, many impassionate Concordaians would take up arms against the government in an initial surge of recruits. However the vast majority of Concordaians would refuse the call to arms out of a distaste for fighting fellow countrymen. This trend was not limited to the east, but was found in the entire nation, leaving many Concordaian citizens as mere civilians while impassionate soldiers fought and died.

The northern Concordaian line would shatter after a surprise attack by Insurrectionst forces, who took advantage of the northern front's faltering state against the Etrians to launch an attack on their flanks. Already crumpling, the northern force would be further disorientated by being attacked on all fronts and many were forced into surrender. Insurrectionists territory swelled, pushing further into the government territory. They would also begin engaging the Etrians defensively, viewing them as invaders.

The center line would see fierce resistance. Airwings, summoned from the capital have arrived in full force. Etrian CAS would find itself in dizzying dogfights from Concordaian fighters, though lacking in a technological edge, were made up by sheer numbers. However the real shift in the tides of battle would come from the arrival of Concordaian battlemage reinforcements. In Concordaian military doctrine, where infantry were kings of the battlefield, the battlemages were the kings of kings. The sheer destructive potential of battlemages varied vastly on the mages themselves, but it was commonly held that a single battlemage equated to a company of soldiers in military application of firepower. These prized soldiers were used specifically against armored columns, with destructive alchemical and thaumaturgical magics being used to cause as much chaos as possible in the enemy line. Tank reinforcements were being routed from central rebellions to focus on the Etrian invasion, viewing the invaders as a greater threat than the rebels.

While the Concordaian crown government has declared itself free from the Kalranian Stability Initiative, and the Silver Sphere by consequence, the National Republican Army considers it otherwise. The NRA claims the crown government's actions are legally void and as the true representative of Concordaia, the nation remains apart of the Silver Sphere. As a result, a representative delegation has been dispatched from the Southern NRA command. In particular, the NRA plans to lobby for increased intervention in the western conflicts and to secure massive financial reconstruction packages following a NRA victory in Concordaia.

RP: A New Species awaits

Under the cloudy sky, laid a land covered in a blanket of white snow. Pine trees stood tall as a gentle wind rustled past them. The land was quiet, untouched by the hands of man. Within the distance, parting from the snow outstood a village. white smoke slowly rose from the houses made of stone and thatch as lanterns swayed in the wind. Figures, of unnatural shape stood near a frozen well. These figures would soon be revealed, to be of a Avian nature. Wings nearly 5 feet in length and as tall as 6-7 feet and an Owl external appearance

"Frozen... again... When’s this winter going to end?" The Feminine figure spoke out

"It will soon, trust me... It always gets this bad then we get the summer. Besides, keeps the Razors out of our land". The Male figure responded and took the females hand. He lead her back inside the house, and closed the door tight

RP: A Nation, united but not

The land known as Avia, to the Avians was not always at peace, and yet isn't. Avia was tribal, only formed due to a violent effort to force the tribes to unite. Within the north, lives the Snowkies, The Owl folk just mentioned. Timid Creatures that wouldn't hurt anything. While they live in their peace, they also suffer from Razor attacks. Razors live west, high in the mountains. Falcon like Avians with a sick desire to hurt anything they come across. Frequent raids on the Snowkies results in constant migration, and a declining population
Within the East lie the Whiskwind, a variety of Avian creatures live and build cities. These cities are not modern by any means. The Whiskwind are the sole uniters of Avidina, but yet still have no control over the land and natives they just besieged. Then in the south, are the Suns. The Suns are vibrant and colorful Avians. Living in a oddly tropical world, they rarely see any other Avian and mostly keep to themselves.

Surprising exactly no one, the majority of Representatives were found guilty of treason and sentenced to death for counter-revolutionary activities. While some scattered voices objected and called it a "show trial," the vast majority of Redpeppersians supported the sentences. Not even Aralim's harshest critics could deny his effectiveness, however: with the only true challenge to his power removed, the High Chancellor had acted swiftly, announcing several plans intended to reorganise the government and military. As the economy started to recover, aided by foreign trade, the High Council announced it would allow foreign investors to invest in Redpeppersian companies, which had been in a legal grey area following the isolationist policy of his predecessors. These changes, meant to stimulate the Redpeppersian econonomy, were received positively among the general populace.

Aralim sat at the head of the table, waiting a moment before speaking. He took in the faces of his High Council, each a mask of faked politeness and hidden envy. No, while each of them were the very best at what they did, he had no doubt that all of them would have loved to replace him in the seat. They had served together for five years now, and if one thing had become apparent to him it was the fact that these were some of the most ruthless of politicians. They had to be if they wanted to get this far. Still, though he wouldn't trust them personally it did not make them any less competent - perhaps even the opposite. He mentally shook himself. Musings on his position aside, he had a job to do.

"To business, then," he began. "Kharis, I believe you have something to say."

The old, balding Councillor of Foreign Affairs bowed his head, then began. "We have successfully reopened relations with Blayredeshia, Cenagrad and Kynthes. Trade with these nations has also started, stimulating the economy. However, our foreign affairs network is not nearly comparable to that of our neighbours, let alone possible rivals. I have sent envoys with embassy requests to Etrius, Concordaia, the Empire of Gora, the Rumanian States and Evve terre. We are, as of yet, awaiting their response." He bowed his head again, indicating he was finished.

"Excellent work," Aralim said, nodding to his Councillor of Intelligence to begin. As he listened to her briefing on espionage operations in Tengerina and South Voytana, he mentally steeled himself for what would turn out to be a long meeting. As all his meetings were, really.

Many hours later, after the meeting had concluded, Aralim found himself going over the details again. Mortoris, the Councillor of Intelligence, had reported substantial successes in the activation of sleeper cells remaining from Sariel's tenure as High Chancellor and the gained intelligence. Silvyr Virphine, the Councillor of War, had reported that the military reorganisation was going splendidly, making use of the opportunity to request additional funds to finance his rebuilding of the helicopter fleet, which were granted. Financial affairs and Culture had little to say other than praising the new trade relations. No, altogether it was a rather standard meeting. It-

He looked up, and saw Virphine and Mortoris had remained in the room. The tall, pale Warlord and the small, elderly Councillor of Intelligence made an odd pair. But no less dangerous for that, he thought to himself. "Councillors," he greeted, "what can I do for you?"

"This is a bit of a more.. private matter, which does not concern the rest of the High Council," Virphis spoke at length. "It is relevant to our respective departments, but we would not dare to take action behind your back."

The fact he managed to say that with a straight face displayed his remarkable talent to hide his emotions, and Aralim could not help but narrow his eyes at the man. "And such action would be?"

"As you are no doubt aware, following the Luwuia-Nonadian war Redpeppers was left with a large arsenal of weaponry, notably including thousands of tanks and armoured fighting vehicles. The administration at the time decided to preserve these for future use. However, military doctrine has since shifted greatly to put a heavier focus on infantry, our air forces and our naval capabilities. This leaves the weapons we have in abundance somewhat irrelevant."

"I see. And this is important how?"

"Well," Mortoris cut in, "our trading partners in Blayredeshia are currently fighting a war. It might serve to gain us goodwill, and indeed, a great deal of monetary resources, if we were to approach them with an offer to sell the armoured vehicles. It would require discretion, of course, in order to avoid some troublesome accusations."

"I understand," Aralim said. "Very well. Make the arrangements."

I have sent envoys with embassy requests to Et rius, Conco rdaia, the Empire of g ora, the Rumanian States and Ev ve terre.

RP: Diplomacy
The Interim Government, temporarily representing the SFRS until elections can be completed, has welcomed the Redpeppersian Envoy into the nation and has allowed the construction of a permanent diplomatic office in Bucuresti. To solidify relations, the Rumanian Government has sent it's own diplomatic envoy to Redpeppers to establish an embassy and formalize relations.

RP: A Job.

The Job was simple. Ranger and his mercenaries were hired to explore south of Basaran in wilderness and escort Geologist across land. Something about mapping out area for possible companies. Ranger thought job was a waste of time but the pay was too good to resist. Given his HQ was in Basaran he got 3 Choppers ready and 18 mercs with him as they board heli's.

Soon 3 Huey Helicopters are spotted crossing the Border into Unknown lands south of Basaran... the Land of the Avidina.

Years of slowed progress and small setbacks have finally yielded what should have been done a decade ago, the Bloc Capitol building of the Silver Sphere in Nina, Etrius (modeled after the Hagia Sofia). To christen the glorious new structure and showcase the solidarity of the pact during such troubled times, a call is made for a summit to discuss current events with it's members. An invitation is also to be extended to Basar and Moonflower diplomats as observers and subtly push the idea of potential membership once the war calms or concludes. The city is proud of it's classically modeled addition and a number of social media platforms are trending with public opinion, much of it positive though several "fail to see the purpose behind such extravagant spending on allies that are nowhere to be seen" however these are the minority.

King Weiss would pledge to attend the conference. Representing Vacoul in the Silver Sphere bloc summit.
