1.. If WAD was too big for you and you didn’t realize that you bit off more than you could chew until after that part of the election was canceled, how do you know that you’re ready for this?

3.. Holy goddamn, you want to have FOUR daily events?????? How will you manage that? Do you even have enough manpower? How can you know the project managers will have enough energy to keep such a thing going? Or enough time? How will you get everything on time? Don’t you think it’s too much for the Ministry and for the people? Wouldn’t it just distract people from other events and even other daily events? What happens if someone misses a day or two? What happens if one of the project managers has to stop for some reason or another? As a former MoC, I know that this will only smother the Ministry and it will absolutely not be worth it, unless you have like a very large and very dedicated staff - which we don’t even have in TEP, the 7th largest region in NationStates AND a Feeder.

6.. If you would like to take some advice for future campaigns and whatnot - don’t spent a whole paragraph talking about how great you are. It comes across as a tad arrogant, and it distracts from the important parts of the campaign - experience and ideas.
7.. You say you are extremely active. How will you keep this level of activity consistent? How much time will you devote to the Ministry?
8.. How will your position in the Centrist Party affect your term as MoC? How has it affected your campaign?
9.. Your plan is very extensive and that’s really good that you are this organized, but you’re giving yourself and the Ministry a huge workload. I would suggest the same policy with polls, one or two daily events, the trivia bot, and otherwise just one event every week or even every two weeks. That’s much more manageable with this Ministry and it’s still doing a lot for the region. I don’t want our MoC to burn out because you are pushing yourself too hard.
10.. I have a good feeling about this. Usually my instincts are right, and my instinct says that you will do good in this position. If you don’t follow my advice I think it could take a bit longer for you to adjust and be amazing, but not too long, methinks. I’m saying this because I think you need to hear it.

I think you ask some great questions! I had some of the same ones myself. I love seeing members becoming so active and devoted to the region, but I do worry about the workload, at least in the sense of the plethora of actives planned. I think it is easy to sell promises, but what we need is results. Obets, I am eagerly watching how your campaign and ideas develop.
Regardless, you have an awesome campaign and ALL FNR citizens should be excited for our upcoming elections!
1.. Is the only reason why you’re running the fact that SA isn’t running? How is simply “Eh no one else is doing it” the motivation for a strong leader? How will you be better than “Eh no else is doing it”?
2.. 30 members?! That is just ridiculous. Even EPSA, a Feeder’s military, doesn’t have that many active soldiers. Barely any more inactive soldiers. Recruitment telegrams to current residents, and card/badge rewards are amazing incentives, but they aren’t that effective. Additionally, recruiting for FNDA outside of FNR is not a good idea. We need to build a military from our own people, not from people who haven’t even heard of FNR. FNDA is not an organization independent of the region or government, it is within the bounds of the executive of the FNR. Recruiting for it outside of the region only invites people who don’t know/care about FNR to represent FNR in R/D missions, in Libcord, and in the executive. Do you even have the stamps or authority to recruit for FNR? Adding it to our existing recruitment tg? Absolutely. Recruiting for it as if it is your own personal org? No.
3.. Don’t we already have an anti-griefing policy? We’re a defender military. If we don’t, it was a severe oversight and yeah do it. If we do, then this is just useless redundancies to expand your campaign.
4.. Guidelines for ranks and promotions is an interesting idea. It can also regulate stuff like awards. Big incentive for people to have a fancy title and it can keep our military consistent. This is something I’m in favor of.
5.. MoD and Deputy MoD is not in law because it’s under the jurisdiction of the President and is thus executive policy. I think we have/had an FNDA Act, so just doing something like “The Supreme Commander shall be the Executive Official in charge of the FNDA, be it an elected or appointed leader.” Or something like that. Allow for flexibility, at least.
6.. You mentioned some good plans to increase activity of the FNDA. Apart from these are there any operations you want to pursue? Or any militaries you want to cooperate with?
7.. Aren’t you already a military leader somewhere? How will this affect your activity and leadership in FNDA?
8.. Military cooperation with the Consortium and simply with EPSA is something that both TEP and FNR want to pursue. Is it something you will stop? If not, how will it work out, what with you being banned from TEP for treason-espionage?
9.. Weren’t you fired from another region’s government for leaking, separately from the whole situation where you broke the treason act in TEP? How do we know you won’t do the same here? These seem like bad credentials.
