I am actually going to refrain from approving the proposal, the reason being that I use internal votes in the discord to determine whether to approve, and I only post those votes when they have a chance of making it to vote, which yours, unfortunately, does not.

While I have never done it myself, your best course of action would be to draft it in the General Assembly forum for their guidance on if certain parts are legal or not, what may be improved, and if you finish, you have a much better chance of getting more approvals and making it to vote.
