After some deliberation, Governor Pitaz (under the supervision from the Mikalan government) has appointed Christofos Aetós as Ambassador to Tyuleniy. After this announcement, the Tetobani and Mikalan governments have also asked again if Tyuleniy would like to join the Trans-Diyar Cooperation Pact, which has now grown to a size of 6 member nations.

Another Cowardly Attack By Arstotska?
Yesterday, April 20th, 2021, Republic of arstotska puppet forces attacked and destroyed a civilian nuclear research vessel, the CCS Renaissance, near the Befasia shoreline.
The vessel's crew ran the ship aground in a desperate attempt to keep it from sinking, and succeeded in doing so, however, they were unable to stabilize the reactor, and it went critical, eventually killing all but one of the crew members with deadly radiation. The surviving crew member was captured by the Arstotskans.
A Violent Execution
The civilian scientist that was captured by the Arstotskans was quickly taken to the Arstotskan mainland, presumably to interrogate her. The scientist's name was Cassandra Leighton, daughter to High Commissar Leighton, the sitting commandant of the MSTO. In yet another act of cowardice and needless savagery, the Arstotskans executed Cassandra, and dismembered her limb from limb, all on camera. They then had the audacity to send this video to High Commissar Leighton himself. Calls for an extended retaliation have arisen over this, and are expected to continue to rise.
The Arstotskans Get Their First Taste of Crusader Might.
Yesterday evening, as the sun set on Arstotska, over 80 aircraft deployed from a Crusader carrier to Arstotska's south attacked the very base on which Cassandra Leighton was brutally murdered. Several dozen enemy aircraft were destroyed in the engagement, as well as over half of the enemy anti-aircraft defenses. Twelve F-18s and six A-10s were downed in the attack. All but one of the pilots died. The last pilot was returned to the Crusade via prisoner exchange on neutral territory.

TDCP Quietly Sending Support To MSTO
After hearing of an attack in neutral ground (Befasia), the TDCP Department of Cooperative Defense was in an uproar as a TDCP scientific station in Befasia witnessed the brutal sinking only a mile away. While the Department knows that the war between the MSTO and Republic of arstotska puppet is not their fight, they are angered by attacks on international/neutral ground.
So, quietly, the TDCP Department of Cooperative Defense has begun shipping weapons & supplies (mainly light arms and rations) to 
Valid.
But to clarify to them, a message from the Secretary of Cooperative Defense noted that "do not think this assistance creates an alliance between us. We are not military allies with you or the MSTO, but perhaps this is a step in a direction of good relations".
Dongerland Approves of Tyulenistani Envoy
The provisional Dongerlandian Government has approved the request of Tyuleniy to establish an envoy in the West Island Republic. They approved this decision after the Sysarian partition plan was approved earlier today(see below). Sara Əliyev, former governer of the West Island had this to say on the matter: "I cannot express the emotions and tension that my fellow West Islanders and I felt during the deliberation of the partitioning. The fact that we finally have independence and free will to govern ourselves has been what the West Island has fought for hundreds of years. We couldn't be more happy."
Sysarian Partition Finalised, as Lower House Voting Concludes
Recently, a vote was held earlier today by the Houze Kaokla(Lower House) of the Provisional Dongerlandian Parliament in the House of Beyliks located in the capital of Tziporah. This vote made the decision as to whether Dongerland would unify to be a complete state under one government or to be partitioned under Sysaria's partitionment plan. But now, the votes have finally come in.
Out of the 500 MP's of the Houza Kaokla:
367 members voted for the partitioning of the Dongerlandian state.
25 members voted for the unification of the Dongerlandian state.
108 members abstained from voting.
As a result of this, the disintegration of The State of Dongerland will officially take place starting on the 1st of May 2021. Following this, 3 new countries will be born: Greater Dongerland, Lesser Dongerland and the West Island Republic. All three countries will be in a political union with one another, but still maintain relative autonomy with issues that are not diplomatic. As a result, Dongerlandian Embassies abroad will stay the same but will have 3 branches respective to each of the 3 sovereign states. Embassies from foreign countries will have to be re-opened in all three different countries depending on where the embassies are currently. New passports will also be issued depending on which country you choose to be a citizen for.

Hockey is well known and well loved here in Pirote, and while the Hockier Tournament is the most watched sports event in the nation the people have been looking to show their nations skill on the international rink. President-Bishop William Blumval’s First Day as President
Today will be the first full day former-Archbishop William Blumval will spend as President-Bishop.
One of his first actions as president was the release of a small memo detailing what he defines as a “holy republic,” and the underlying philosophy that he intends to govern with. Here is a section from the memo:
“I put forth the idea that Denolia is, and should be, a ‘holy republic.’ I define a holy republic as a state in which the Lord Divinity’s Law is the ultimate guiding philosophy, but will ultimately govern as a democratic institution where not all issues shall be treated as religious issues. In other words, it shall be a humanist state that recognizes the sovereignty of the Lord Divinity, as the Lord’s Law is inherently humanist.”
Some have called the “holy republic” concept a “semi-secularist” ideology, due to the emphasis on humanist policy being recognized as separate from religious policy.
Other actions undertaken by the President in his first day include:
-Signing the Denolian Volunteers Act.
-An ordering of the creation of more Windmills and other food-preparation facilities.
-Diverting extra funding towards the creation of new schools.
President Blumval has also mentioned that he has plans regarding:
-The study of archeological sites.
-An official course in biology and evolutionary history.
-Extra funding for artistic and cultural studies.
-Standardization of the Denolian Language.
President Blumval has been asked by independent press if he intends for Denolia to join the Trans-Diyar Cooperative Pact, but he refused to give a definitive answer, stating “I think we will certainly look into joining it, but we first want to make sure wether or not joining it will threaten to put Denolia at war, considering recent events in the international stage.”
While on the topic of Denolian foreign policy and war, Blumval stated that with the signing of the Denolian Volunteers Act as official legislation, he intends to “start a discussion of compromise so we can accelerate the creation of a more robust system for our armed defense forces.”
President-Bishop William Blumval also released a statement to foreign countries, thanking “the kind nations of the United state of ancolia, The mikalan empire, Sysaria, and Gabeopolis for being so helpful and friendly towards the Denolian People. We hope to see a great international community grow, even despite our many differences.”
President Blumval may take further actions today, but only time will tell.

One-Sided Victory in the Faighia Ocean!
Late this morning, Crusader naval forces staged an ambush for a large Republic of arstotska puppet invasion fleet. They hid inside of the Tropical Storm Gaia, awaiting the enemy approach. As soon as the enemy was in range, the Crusader fleet launched a devastating surprise attack at long range, gaining an initial advantage that held until the end of the battle. The Crusader fleet managed to destroy all enemy combat ships in the initial fleet, and several of the military transport ships as well. The submarine fleets of United forces of chernobyl were instrumental in this combat, and should be commended for their excellent support in battle.

The dystopian overcast hung limply and effortlessly over the capital city of Syoneson. In Exsorcial, nobody could get in or out at risk of causing another full-blown global war. With the effigies the Infinitude Army placed on the border, nobody would want to cross in anyways. At least, not until today. Exsorcialain cameras pictured among the carnage in the streets and smouldering smoke of raw military industry polluting everything in sight another ominous black and red banner adding to the series of intimidating flags made by the Absolute Mandated Superstate. Today was a miracle for Exsorcialain diplomacy and a sob story for the free world.
The covert invitation had been given to all participating nations, who had then sent delegations to oversee the formation of a totalitarian nexus guided by the Infinitist hand, although not necessarily Infinitist in nature. The arrival was covert, but the participating nations' delegations would be televised- a way of ensuring nobody would know of this meeting before it was too late to interrupt or bug. The building the event would be hosted in would be the Carnage Assembly Hall, in north-center Syoneson.
The building itself had a morbid interior of black metallic walls and blood red carpets with the assorted flags of Exsorcial, the ruling Party, the armed forces, and now this mystery banner. There were thousands in attendnace, with the foreign delegations taking up the front of the arc-based seating arrangements, surrounded by thousands of Infinitist party members in black mao-style suits with glimmering obsidian lapel pins. At the front of the hall was a circular array of seats on an incline to allow the spectators to see, with one lavish seat in the center, giving off the identity of unity- where all the national heads/chief delegates would sit. When the foreigners were seated, they would be given their first taste of Infinitist efficiency.

An image of the MSTO flag would be displayed on an overarching telescreen, and the crowd of Exsorcialains would go rabid. The noise was deafeningly loud as curses and raw, unbridled fury was unleashed on that single screen. Men and women bounced childishly, slinging shoes, booklets, and pens at the screen, all falling short. Others collapsed on their desks in pure emotional overwhelming, others chanted party slogans, others psychotically covered their ears and started spinning. The hatred was palpable, almost as if their humanity had been redu- rediscovered. It was so succulent, even some of the allied delegations might have joined in, and this was all on international television.
When the arrival song kicked in, the change in emotion was abhorrently automatic. A look of pure chemical pleasure was plastered on the faces of every Exsorcialain spectator. They raised their right fist in the same fashion one might salute, but with palpable tension in the hand, squeezing the life out of it. A low groan and unison chant of "He, he, he, he, he..." emerged from the group as the black curtains on the backdrop revealed the frighteningly deranged presence of Infinite Father in the flesh and blood, his eyes as terrorizing as they were on the telescreen. The leader of all these people casually waltzed down to the centre seat, and personally shook the hand of every foreign delegation as the mindless chanting continued. His handshake was firm and sickly sweet, like lucifer himself was tempting them with a delicious offer set for the low price of their souls.
The instrumental and chanting promptly ended, to which an announcer would bellow:
"We proclaim the formation of the League of Tyranny and the establishment of it's first congress on this day. Death to life! Death to freedom! Death to reasoning!"
The crowd would soullessly repeat. The first half of an hour would be open to questions of the foreign delegation, which would be answered by the announcer. It would mostly be about the nature of the alliance and the bureaucratics and semantics of it.
It would be established that the League of Tyranny would be a military and trade-bound alliance meant specifically for totalitarian or otherwise opportunistic natures to thwart the restrictions of the foreign world.
Infinite Father, when given his chance to speak, would clarify this well, his gravelly and psychotic tone captivating the audiences in its simplistic truth:
"Brothers and sisters. Ask yourselves the following- what is destiny? Destiny. Destiny. Destiny... it is nothing but an illusion of the future created by those in power in the present. They make you believe the future is bright, brothers and sisters. The people in power of the free world. They have decided your futures weeks before today passes. They do this through a democratic culture, though sanctions and military warmongering, all while allowing you to believe the world is in your hands. IT IS NOT IN YOUR HANDS! IT HAS NOT BEEN SINCE THE DAYS OF KINGDOMS AND EMPIRES AND EMIRATES AND EVEN THE TRIBES AND PASTORALS!"
Infinite Father would raise his fist in the air, those delusional yet truthful eyes sparkling in their evil and youthful vigor. Even the delegates of foreign countries might have felt emotionally inclined to like him. He was honest- even if brutally and murderously so.
"Brothers and sisters, visitors of foreign countries and watchers abroad... it is time we eradicate the meaning of destiny altogether. I have proposed a unitary opposition of the world order by honest governments. I have proposed a League of Tyranny. You have all accepted the call. No longer will the MSTO rule the world. Through sheer statistic calculation, this prospective alliance will outpopulate and outgun their entire alliance and bring not only balance to the world stage... but opportunity for us to shine..."
Infinite Father would smirk, extending his hands in a circular motion to refer to his new global comrades.
"Death to the world."
The crowd would repeat.
"If you will, my dearest comrades... apply the principles you have just learned of destiny to humanity. Morals and standards do not exist. They have been decided for you. Like it or not, brothers and sisters, humanity has been obscured and diluted by arbitrary rules set up by those in power to give their own governments an illusion of being decidedly "benevolent". After all, murder is abhorrent unless it is committed in the name of the democratic state. What I have proposed is a rejection of morals, standards, and all lies. What I have proposed is a return to humanity- pure and brutal honesty. My brothers and sisters, you can not just embrace evil. You need to boast about your "wrongdoings" to the people, and then and only then will they learn for themselves that they. are. in. the. right. hands. A government run by the people is precisely that- no president has power in a democratic society, FOR IT IS RUN BY THE STUPID MOBS. THE WHINY AND UNEDUCATED WHO ONLY GET FATTER AND MORE BELIGERANT AS TIME GOES ON BEFORE THEY REDUCE THEIR NATION TO ANARCHY AND THEIR BODIES TO OBESE SOY-INFESTED CORPSES!"
The crowd would jeer in pure hatred.
"THEY ARE NOT HUMANS! THE LIBERAL DEMOCRATS ARE NOT PEOPLE! THEIR GOVERNMENTS ARE FARCES, THEIR LAWS ARE LIES, THEIR STANDARDS ARE HYPOCRISY TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR THEIR OWN WRONGDOINGS. THEY ARE NOT HONEST, NOR ARE THEY SUSTAINING. I. PROPOSE. EVIL! TOTAL CONTROL! THE PEOPLE ARE BLOOD-SUCKING LEECHES WHO CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH EVEN THE SLIGHTEST MORSEL OF POWER! The people cheered, devolving into slurred profanities and shaking surges of adrenaline. Infinite Father would take a moment to calm down, that sly smile still on his face.
"Brothers and sisters. The more people who die as a result of our doings, the better. Death is true equality, death is true honesty. After all, we are born to die, and we die to be born. Perfection only comes when no life exists outside of the central government. All other life are variables which pose a threat to the order. As of right now, these variables are the free governments- most notably the members enrolled in the MSTO. Do you not want your government to have true autonomy? To do what it likes without punishment or naysaying from lying hypocrite bourgeoise hegemons? Take the initiative proposed by the League of Tyranny, and you will be a hegemon of your own- the only difference: nobody shall live to tell the tale!"
The cheers would reach a height not heard before, even involving similar delegations. Infinite Father would sit down to that same applause, to which the floor would be opened for questions, and then the announcer would intervene.
"Stand for the anthem of Exsorcial, and the anthem of the League of Tyranny, in that order."
The complete delegation would stand up, the spirit of evil resonating in them. The anthem of Exsorcial would start first.

Infinite Father would take a calmer demeanor, avoiding theatrics to get down to the meat and potatoes of why these nations were here. Pens began to scribble and write as he addressed the crowd.
"The MTSO is a threat which needs to be addressed. It is our hope this formal alliance will intimidate them away from their position as global superpower, but it must be reasonably considered that there is a chance they will only become more determined to safeguard their fallible systems. They know we can collapse them, so they fear us. Therefore, we must make ourselves immune to damage while making them susceptible to it.
Now, how do we do that? First and foremost, I expect all member nations to ramp up arms production and begin a nuclear program if it applies to you. The more missiles and nuclear warheads in our possession, the less likely chances of direct invasion are. Similarly. regardless of your political system, economic cooperation between states in the League is mandatory. It will not matter if you are monarchist, communist, or even Infinitist. Sanctions from the MSTO mean nothing if we cooperate. Our geographical proximity works in our favor.
I also expect significant productions of your global espionage and terrorist capabilities. Sabotage and secrecy are among our League's most useful strengths. However, we must collectively analyze our foes and vote on what to do, and seek guidance on when to do it. The last thing we need is to be dragged into an unwinnable war. Encourage death to the world, pledge amnesty to criminals, support native terror organizations, hack their websites before considering direct sabotage. We have a myriad of options.
This is the principle of state-sanctioned evil. Destabilization is our biggest weapon, followed then and only then by military strength and economic self-reliance.
Elimination of all life save for our governments is an ambitious goal, but it is possible. I see encouraging even at least one murder in a democratic state as an ideological victory, and I encourage you to take a similarly pragmatic look on the matter as well. Review this charter, and we shall discuss it later in proper diplomatic (OOC) channels.
The League has a myriad of options on what to intervene in first, but our first move will not be as ambitious as a war. The more poised we are for long-term success, the better our success will be. Thank you."

Question: "Mr. President, we recently joined the TDCP or the Trans-Diyar Cooperation Pact, we have many branches in the pact, do you think we will not join one of them? Also, they just announce that TDCP will support MSTO, is that a good thing?"
President's Answer: "First of all, to develop a strong relationship we must have ties with everything, therefore we will join all branches. Second of all, TDCP supporting MSTO is one of the important things that the pact has ever done. In this way, we can influence other countries, with that, we can create an even stronger peace with other countries."
Question: "Mr. President, the First Congress of the LoT or the League of Tyranny has been created. It includes Vyarnous, ULSR [Lunnia], and the other three nations. Do we have a plan regarding this?"
President's Answer: "Let them have it, let them do their goals, so they can let ours, that's the plan. We will create an even stronger alliance with other countries, we will trade with them and we will help them economically and in the military if needed. We got a lot of plans regarding this situation, so there is no need to worry."
The Press Conference ended with a Congratulations given to Denolian's new President-Bishop Blumval, stated that "We congratulate William Blumval as the new President-Bishop of Denolia, and we are happier to have an even stronger relationship with your country." The President thanked everyone as he exits the Press Conference Room.

Following this unsettling declaration of the League of Tyranny(henceforth LoT), the Sanctus Fortius has decided to raise the Total National Awareness rating from 3 to 2(OOC:This is basically DEFCON but with a shorter name). Conscription came into effect for the first time in 128 years via the straight authority of the Sanctus Fortius as the Supreme Commander of the Holy Army, Navy and Air Force. All men over 20 and under 35 are legally required to serve in the Military or the Crusader Forces for 4 or 2 years respectively, coming into effect immediately. The 'Unifying of the Forces'(OOC: just a cooler sounding name of 'writing a military factbook') action will be significantly rushed and further fortified.
Under the supervision of the Soap Tips Research Facility, the Soap Tips Military ABC Weapons research has started. Starting Budgets of 1 billion Ⓤ has been given, and with the supreme goal of manufacturing Nuclear and Chemical weapons by the end of the year. It is still unclear if this will be possible, especially with the unstable government. However, the scientists have determination and will, to defeat the LoT.

New infrastructure project started in Northland City
After many complaints from citizens and industries alike, Northland City Council has decided to begin a new
infrastructure project aimed at rebuilding and building main roads and bridges with high traffic issues. The
Council passed the bill funding the project 13-12. The council is hoping this will not only help with the traffic
on Northland highways and main roads, but help the industries of Northland increase productivity.

Chernobian claims on Befasia?
After several hours of long debate,Congress has decided to claim part of Befasia,to be precise,the western-most part of it. A few hours later, 350 Chernobian Marines have already landed in Befasia.They immediately started setting up a sizable camp,where to remain safe from the cold,for at least the coming months.A day later,a few transport ships have arrived,carrying various supplies and vehicles,such as skiis, BV206s, M777s, M70s and a complete SAM battery. 500 other Marines have also arrived,and, together with the others, have already set-up defensive positions,including trenches.There have been reports of a small firefight erupted between Arstoskan soldiers and the Marines. No casualties have been suffered, however 4 Marines have been injured, 1 is in bad conditions, and has already been evacuated to the UFC.
Arstokan soldiers attack civilian ship!?!
Chernobian Marines,during one of their routine patrols around Befasia, saw Arstoskan soldiers boarding an unmarked civilian research ship with guns drawn. Fearing for the lives of the researchers, several Mark VI patrol boats were immediately sent out. The Marines boarder the ship, asking the Arstoskan soldiers to leave the civilians alone. Suddenly, a loud alarm started blaring and the Chernobian Marines immediately propelled down the sides of the ship,not after having thrown various less-lethal grenades at the Arstoskan soldiers, hoping that the civilians would be able to save themselves. A few moments later, 2 large "THUDD" "THUDD" sounds were heard, followed by a large explosion: an Arstokan battleship had been sunk by a Gotland Class submarine, which had been called in by the Marines. Shortly afterwards, the other ship started firing at the patrol ships, killing 5 Marines. The remaining patrol boats rapidly left the situation, while the research ship,hit by an Arstokan missile, started sinking.
Response to Tyranny
2nd Minister Lukas Petróvich sat quietly in the Mikalan conference room.
He had heard the shouting.
The screaming.
The burning and shredding of flags.
"DEATH TO FREEDOM!" they shouted.
But freedom had plenty of fight left in it.

Petróvich walked out of the conference room and onto a podium, with PM Fortín patiently waiting for him.
An audience stood before the two leaders.
The Fortín spoke.
"I know this League of Tyranny is troubling... but I have a message for them... know that the Mikalan nation, while not a MSTO member, will not stand for the destruction you wish to bring upon the world... know that... opposition will always come against evil... know that... if you want death...
We'll give it to you.
"The Trans-Diyar Cooperation Pact is now fully supportive of the MSTO, and in complete opposition of your League of Tyranny. And while our nation will not be at war with you, the we will help the MSTO at every corner".
Later, TDCP representatives from the 5 nations in the Department of Cooperative Defense met with the MSTO, where they discussed that the TDCP's strongest force was it's air force, which they said could "assist the MSTO in operations against the League of Tyranny".
OOC: I am not declaring war, I am sending a few squadrons of planes and 3 patrol boats to support/defend the MSTO.
Emperor Khamenei Forms The Islamic Union
With the creation of the 3 new Dongerlandian states, the Sysarian Emperor himself would like to establish the new Pan-Islamic Union or PIU for short. This new union aims to strengthen diplomatic ties, benefit the economies and guarantee defense against enemies for all nations involved in the Union. To be eligible to join, the applying country must have a majority or signifcant minority of Muslims in their population or have some sort of connection to the Islamic religion. However, the Emperor in all his greatness has decided to invite 3 other nations as founding members of the Union. Those 3 nations are Dongerland(including all 3 partitioned states), Tyuleniy and Al-azimuth. The Sysarian government has recognised that the religion of Islam has a massive following around the world and as a result, felt like it was sensical for the Islamic countries around the globe to come together as one united Ummah(أمة meaning community in Arabic and Sysar). Countries like Askerdogdu and Cerania are eligible to join the union, but were not included in the founding members list as Askerdogdu actively supports human trafficking and slavery. The Emperor has been quoted as saying: "In these times of unrest and instability, it is important that we hold our Muslim brothers and sisters close to us. We are all very different nations, with differing cultures and traditions. However, one thing that unites us all is our common adherence to Allah Subhanahu wa-Ta'ala(ٱللَّٰه سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ).
Sysarian Government Considers the Formation of a Dunian Union
The Sysarian Government has also stated their intentions of creating a Dunian Union(name is subject to change) in the wake of the massive amounts of instability in the western part of the continent. "It would seem as if the nations of Exsorcial and Republic of arstotska puppet are out to seek blood among the likes of Azimuth and Linkers sha. As a result of preserving the safety of our most revered regional allies, the federal government and Emperor have both approved the creation of a union to strengthen the diplomatic ties and to ensure protection of all nations in the union." said the Minister of Diplomatic and Foreign Affairs Omar Hussein. The government further designated the potential nations that would be open to join the Union. These nations are: Linkers sha, Azimuth, 
Artannia, 
Denolia, Soap tips and Determinia. "It looks like the tensions in the region could take a turn for the worse. We must take no risks and need to protect each other at any cost!" exclaimed Mr. Hussein. The Emperor also commended the Denolian government for their friendliness and generosity. "Our new neighbors have treated us with utmost respect and kindness. The future between us and the Denolian nation is only seeming to be bright and wonderful. May peace be upon the Denolian people!" said the Emperor with utmost enthusiasm. The diplomatic announcements then ended there.
