When you arrive at the harbor, it’s night time and you see the city with its many sky scrapers and bright lights. The harbor is quite large with numerous boats of all types around it, especially boats for the oil rig. The harbor is made of concrete and there are many areas for offloading cargo. The stairs from the harbor go up to the city. The specific area that your boats are docked at is near the down town area so it leads up into areas plentiful with greenery. The more old style buildings around are made of white and tan stones . There are several statues around the park areas that are elaborately made, and well kept up. why not just suggest to parents to regulate their own kids instead of having the government regulate that type of content?

The Konsulka elegantly removes her white shoes and follows the servant, she is in awe of the nature there reminding her of the Cedar Forests back home "By Juno, such incredible scenery!"
At the same time, she smirked and constantly made subtle attempts at making the Baroness and co feel small, she acts regal and almost entitled but not quite.

"LUPIIIIIIN!!!" Police Inspector Koichi Zenigata, Lupin's nemesis, comes drifting down the street in his NSX, shooting his pistol at the two larcenists. "Catch me if ya can, Pops!" Lupin responds, firing off a few rounds from his trusty Walther P38.
The two sprint to their car, a yellow Fiat 500, and speed off down the dense city streets, with the police in hot pursuit.
"Time to lose them for good!" Lupin says. He flips a lever on the dash and the Fiat's hidden supercharger starts up, blasting it away from the sports cars.

The Fiat eventually comes to a stop outside the small apartment on the outskirts of Pig City where the Lupin gang makes its hideout. The two excitedly look through their "winnings", only to come to a sobering realization.

"The money's WHAT?!" exclaims Fujiko Mine, Lupin's female companion.
"Well, what do you plan to do now?" The fourth member, the samurai Goemon Ishikawa XIII, sits by a cabinet. "Without a good score, we'll be out of even instant ramen by the end of the week." He gestures to the pantry, which has a very small amount of food still in it.
Lupin facepalms. "Yeah, yeah, I know..."
"Hey, that's it!"

"It could work, but how will you go about getting them?" asks Jigen, always the cautious counsel.
"Well first," Lupin grins in his monkeyish way, "we have to let them know!"

A calling card appears in the embassies to Lignuntia, Lignuntiae, Barredo, and the Libertarian Union of Canada. It reads as follows:

As they sit in the plane in disguise, Jigen is the first to speak.
"So, Lupin... what exactly are we going after?"
"Glad you asked, Jigen! It's the Cursed Standard of the XII Legion, currently displayed in the Forum Museum in Iuno. I know a guy who'll pay a pretty penny for that piece of work."
"How are we gonna go after it?"
"First, let's set up a base of operations in the city. Then, we'll talk."
