The construction of all three Neu Berlin classes has completed, and all three are to be launched for their journey to Heinlein. These ships will carry additional colonists and supplies for Heinlein.
With the original fleets now complete, framework is being laid out for maintenance schedules, patrols, and convoy duties. A patrol fleet, consisting of eight Predators along with four of a new proposed class split into 4 rotating patrols is undergoing deliberation by the government. In particular, support for the initiative is mostly coming from those in the Arrakis/Caladan/Ornfra area, who feel a force to patrol the asteriod belt and enforce the borders is necessary. To some extent, Heinlein agrees, while officials from RGBNEARTH disagree.
The 2nd stage of Project Rishi is complete, with the necessary supplies and personnel transferred to the appropriate locations.
Meanwhile, Ganymede has been marked for possible exploration and colonization, with a survey possibly occurring soon.
Now, onto convoys. A convoy group, of an Orion's Belt accompanied a Wolfpack and a Neu Berlin, will start traveling back and forth from Heinlein to RGBNEARTH, taking cargo and colonists to Heinlein. This will be in addition to the private lines running.

The shield begins to buckle as the energy from the beam begins to overwhelm it. The shield generators have almost dumped all of their energy into the shield, so much infact that the lights of the entire structure begin to flicker, brighten, and dim.

The ancient Roof defenses have been reactivated.
Turrets begin to activate, even if they have a bit of rust. Their kinda outdated shield generators activate. Some turrets are standard plasma weapons, and others are just Railguns
