The Director of the Bank Ricimer Magnus is pleased to have hooked his first customer, he contacts the NeoPunic Commerce Minister via his secure encrypted telephone with his security team and advisors all around him.
"Welcome to Raurica Bank, Commerce Minister," he says, his tone hushed and deferential. "How may we assist you today?"
The minister of commerce responds with an encrypted message saying "On behalf of my glorious master Sufet Hanno IV, I would like to inquire about the process of setting up an account that is well, less then public. Could we potentially acquire some details regarding the situation of privacy and security with your bank?"
The Director Responds with the same corporate voice "Well Commerce Minister, we at Raurica Bank value swiftness, privacy and the loyalty of our Customers; Our offshore accounts offer the highest level of anonymity, shielded by layers of encryption and advanced security protocols. Transactions are conducted with the utmost discretion, ensuring that your affairs remain strictly confidential."
He Pauses for a few moments, probably writing something down
"In addition to that, Our Vaults are guarded with the Finest Contractors specialised in Protection and Threat Assessment services, armed the finest Firearms and Armour money can buy, the Vaults themselves are encrypted with our secret" he laughs "Hannibal Encryption and Security System, proven to be a formidable firewall against any threats."

The commerce minister responds
"What a nice name, if it is as great as the name must suggest it is, then you might have yourself a deal. Expect to be having a meeting with the Sufet himself sometime in the near future once he gets some business taken care of in Lignuntia, but first, may I ask how official the ties of this are to the Rauracin government?"

He gets back to Business with a Vague but also clear Cover Answer "Raurica Bank maintains a good relationship with The Rex and his Government, I happen to be good friends with him and his godfather, so ties are cordial but not controlling in summary."

Hey, do you guys think it would be fun to keep QQH going down the path closer to a ultranationalist dictatorship for the next while? If you couldn’t tell, the agents are trying to kidnap some people in order to take them to the Nexus compound (retraining and torture facility), and use them to stage some stuff.
They find houses with residents ranging from 1 to 7 people in them, some houses with more flags than others, but what mostly would surprise them is the huge lack of religious symbols or any sign of religion at all
