-The Shah wishes to meet President Ahmed Shawqi in Cairo where the President will hopefully share his fond memories of the city and where they can both speak on their past memories of the revolutions in both their nations. Then to the Luxor in Egypt to feel the weight of kings with the archeologists uncovering this nation's past and reflect on the general past of the Arab world. The arab-african republic of egypt.

Ministry Of Culture

The Egyptian Ministry Of Culture would happily arrange a meeting between His Excellency Shah Kalim Ahmadi and President Ahmed Shawqi. A tour through the major hubs of Cairo such as The Egyptian Museum, The Citadel, and the Museum of Islamic Art will be arranged. These are areas that will allow the Shah to experience Cairo's rich and deep history with the help of President Shawqi in guiding him through all these top spots. Following the tour in Cairo, a trip to Luxor in which the Shah will experience some of the best Luxor has to offer such as the Temple of Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Deir al-Bahri, and Medinet Habu, will be arranged.

We hope that his excellency will enjoy the rich culture that Egypt has to offer, and we also hope that this is a sign towards greater cooperation between the true great nations. The Republic Of Dhan and Egypt has historically been the hub of Islamic culture and history, having been two of the main centers of innovation during the Islamic Golden Age, as such it only makes sense that the two nations cooperate in all kinds of manners.

Riots Erupt in Nakhonruang / จลาจลปะทุในนครเรือง

Riots erupted across Nakhonruang after three ministers that were voted into the United Assembly were not allowed entry. The suspected reasoning was that since the three ministers were not part of a the Indochinese Unity Party, the party that use to be known as the Confederationsist Party, there were not let in. The ministers that were reportedly shut out of the United Assembly were Wongsa Palathai of the Freedom Party, and Songpole Siriwanich and Pu Yai Bahn Kantawong of the Democratic Party of Indochina. Protesters are calling out Chairman Khan I who mentioned that representatives will be able to do their job as long as they are fairly elected. Many feel that this is Khan I going against his word.

Under the late Chairman Mailam I, political parties were illegal and criminalized. The only party allowed to operate in Indochina was the Confederationist Party. With the shift to the Unitary State of Indochina, Chairman Khan I lifted the ban on various political parties. This was done due to the idea from Chairman Khan I that the parties hold no power over him, and representation must be given to the citizens to make sure any uprising does not occur. The Indochinese Armed Forces have been called into Nakhonruang to keep the rioters at bay. While arrests have been made, no shots have been fired at the rioters. This is a stark difference when compared to the Indochinese Armed Forces response to riots and protests under Chairman Mailam I. Chairman Khan I has not yet commented on the subject, but plans to do so shortly. He hopes that his response will ease the rioters.

Response from Chairman / คำตอบจากประธาน

"It has come to my attention that a rumor has been spreading around that three fairly elected ministers were left out of the United Assembly earlier today. I would understand the public response to this if it were not for the fact that the ministers attempted to enter the United Assembly Hall while there was no active session of the United Assembly taking place. Those who have studied the happenings and procedures of the United Assembly understand that no minister is allowed into the hall unless there is or is to be an active session taking place. I apologize to these ministers if they felt that they were treated unfairly due to a misunderstanding. From now on, all ministers will be given the information regarding active sessions of the United Assembly. As for those in the streets who are rioting, now that the situation is contextualized, and should now be understood to be a misunderstanding and a lack of proper communication, you should return home to your normal, everyday routines. Those who continue to riot will face the force of the law under the Indochinese Armed Forces. Those that have been arrested will not be freed early as they have committed crimes that still constitute jailtime. I ask that the citizens of Indochina wait for clarification of situations instead of jumping straight into action. I know you are all very passionate about Indochina and a voice you have, but there is no need for violence and vandalism.

Puteyskaya Financial District Given Green Light

Project set to cost И‎₽7 billion approx.

A render of what the planned Puteyskaya Financial District will look like.

By Sergei Dobrovolski, Vyborg

It has been announced today that the Puteyskaya Financial District Project will go ahead. It follows years of conflict between the Government and some local Vyborg residents regarding the future of the largely baron Puteyskaya Peninsula. Originally, the peninsula a stonesthrow away from Vyborg city centre was penned to be developed into a public park until being put on hold by the Vyborg City Council. A few months later, it was leaked that the council were discussing with the government about planning an ambitious construction project on the site.

Today the project was officially unveilled at government buildings by Prime Minister Daria Shchegolyayeva and Minister of Transport & Infrastructure Igor Medinsky. Representatives from ZDF Construction showed off the official plans for the project which includes modern office buildings, residential accomadation, a small shopping centre, a cinema, a museum and a five-level underground car park.

The landmark building however will be the "Rayskaya Bashnya" or "Paradise Tower" in English. This will be a 130m high skyscraper with 36 stories and will include luxury residential apartments (costing $1-1.5 million each), office spaces, a public viewing gallery, hotel, a number of retail outlets on the ground floor, affordable residential apartments at the rear of the building and a private underground car park for residents only. The estimated cost of the tower alone estimated at И‎₽2 billion (~$150 million) and will take three years to complete.

A render of the Rayskaya Bashnya showing the design from the rear of the skyscraper.

The total cost of the project is set to be around И‎₽7 billion (~$500 million), which will be spread out over a number of years. The project is being managed by a new company called Puteyskaya Strategic Development Zone (PSDZ). Some 15% of PSDZ shares are owned by the Princely Family of Romanovskaya Foundation, while private Romanovan investment firm CRC Capital Partners will hold 10%. 25% will be owned by the Romanovan State with 50% of its shares being offered for sale to international investors, with shares capped at 10% per business/person. Shares will be initially offered at $6 million per 1% share. This may increase depending on uptake.

CEO of PSDZ Sergey Shishinin spoke to the Romanovskaya Gazette about the project. He said "this development is an ambitious step for Romanovskaya to assert itself as a financial hub in Europe. Romanovskaya has already been a leader in financial services globally, and establishing this financial district will be key to attracting even more outside investment to our Principality."

We also approached PM Daria Shchegolyayeva for her feelings about the project. "It is incredibly exciting. Once this project is completed, we will have a very modern and contemporary place to conduct business, for both native firms and foreign investors. Our diverse trade deals which would give any company setting up in Romanovskaya access to a tariff-free market of over 1.5 billion people, as well as our extremely competitive corporate tax system here should be major attractors to outside investors. Given we are also a stable democracy with robust banking privacy laws investors can be assured their investments will be very safe."

The project is set to give an instant boost to the economy, particularly to the construction sector which in recent years had been stagnating. Into the future it is believed the project will pay for itself just a few years following completion. While the majority of Vyborg residents are in favour, some are against the project believing it will detract from the quaint historical city look Vyborg is known for. Planners however have denied this, saying the financial district will far enough away to not detract from the cities aesthetic while still being central enough to justify the size of the project.

Your Excellency,

Perhaps you have already heard of our company, Sonus PLC. We make electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops of the highest quality. A short while ago, we went into talks with the Department of State for Commerce. They were impressed by our tight security features and wanted to place an order for some of our products.

Of course, we were eager to take the offer, but at the moment, we do not have sufficient capacity to produce the amount of devices asked for. That is why we would like to know if it is possible to create a factory somewhere within the borders of the Imperial Federation.

Our company took notice of the fact that you received some sums of investment from the Orange-Bourgognian Overseas Trade Budget, in order to develop the southern area of your fine nation. With the construction of one of our factories, we could add to that prosperous route for the region.

Please could you help us gather some information on the question of whether or not it would be possible for us to generate approximately 500 jobs in your country, and if so what regulations there would apply in the fields of workers’ rights, taxation, and import/export duties.

We look forward to receiving an answer from you, and hope that it will be positive so that we can collaborate in this project for our joint benefit.

Dear Chairman,

We thank you for your kind and generous offer. After internal discussion, it was decided that the optimal location for such a factory would be in Shicon, Polno (RL Tew'o), as the infrastructure in place will be able to sustain the factory, and will be a direct contributor to the port of Chibu, whose size in turn will generate positive effects for the Infinian hinterland, including the Deep South. Regarding the information you have asked for, under jurisdiction of the state of Polno and federal law, the following is of immediate importance for your consideration.

Worker's rights
- All workers are entitled to 28 days paid leave for those working five days a week. For part-time contracts, this is adjusted pro rata.
- Parents' who have an Infinian personal identity number and have registered with the Infinian Social Insurance Agency are entitled to 360 days of paid leave (up to 80% of previous salary) per child, with a minimum of 60 days reserved for each individual parent.
- Minimum wage is set at $943,58 per month
- Infiny has strong anti-discrimination laws which forbid unfair treatment on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or other beliefs.

Taxation
- Statutory Corporate Tax (includes pollution tax of $30 /t CO2) : 32.12%
- Dividend Tax Rate: 38.1%
- Integrated Corporate Tax: 53,93%
- Sales Tax: 20% (standard rate)

Import/Export Duties
- Standard Tariff for Electronic Devices is 2%.

I hope to have informed you adequately, and I am looking forward to hearing your response.

After years of fighting and terrorism, in The Corporate Planet, both the government and anti-immigration capitalists, have come together to create the following rules and guidelines on immigration, and what to do with illegal immigrants;

-Any and all illegal immigrants will be sold into government-backed slavery

This slavery does have many guidelines;

-slaves are treated as citizens and have the same rights as a citizen

-slaves cannot be punished for mistakes

-any illegal immigrants before the passing of this law, cannot be sold into slavery

-any children that slaves have will be granted citizenship

No one has any idea what will happen next due to the passing of this law, currently, the rioters and terrorists seem to be throwing a party in The Corporate Planets largest building: NewCo. while the government scrambles to create new laws to hinder the compromise in any way possible

Tragedy Stikes Indonesia

Earlier this week, Indonesian naval forces were conducting exercises and drills about 100km (60 miles) off the coast of the island of Bali when disaster struck. While causes are currently undetermined, the KRI Nanggala 402, a 40 year old submarine, failed to report back in or to resurface during the routine torpedo exercise, leading officials to believe there was an electrical malfunction, leading to the submarine beginning a rapid descent towards the ocean floor. While the seabed of the area is well charted, it was difficult to know exactly where the location of the submarine was due to the lack of pinging, which is what leads to the assumption of an electrical malfunction in the first place. An oil spill found near where the submarine dived could point to fuel tank damage, or could also be a signal from the crew, as well as sonar signals indicating the submarine's location. The Indonesian Navy quickly honed in on this location, dispatching 6 warships, 3 helicopters, and 600 personnel to begin the search for the missing submarine. With time being limited by the 72 hour oxygen supply aboard the submarine, the navy needed to act quickly as time was counting down and against them.

After a little over 87 hours of searching, the submarine's resting place was found, at a depth of about 914 meters (3,000 feet), far surpassing the submarine's "Collapse Depth" of about 182 meters (600 feet), meaning that is the depth at which the submarine's structure and frame begins to suffer catastrophic damage or total collapse from the depth and pressure of the ocean. The wreckage was found in at least three distinct portions resting on the ocean bed, with photographic evidence provided by the Indonesian Navy - unfortunately this provides concrete proof that the entire crew of 53 people aboard the KRI Nanggala 402 died in the incident. The Indonesian Navy is beginning recovery efforts of the wreckage and the crew so that proper memorial services and studies may be done to determine the causes of this tragedy. However, at this depth, Minister of Defense Wajkoda warns that recovery will be difficult and slow going, and there is no estimated date for a full recovery. Grand Chancellor Barriss binti Rayyan has spoken on the matter saying, "This is a terrible tragedy that has struck Indonesia today. The brave souls aboard the KRI Nanggala 402 will be in our thoughts and our hearts, they will not be forgotten. We are a strong people and we will honor those who died to ensure that our nation is able to remain free and strong as it is today. Molita Digernia, Indonesia."

On Saturday afternoon, Sriwijaya Air flight #SJ-182 departed Jakarta at 2:36PM, en route to Pontianak, Lanfang Province before crashing into the Java sea after having climbed to a maximum altitude of 3,322 meters (10,900 feet) before beginning a rapid descent of 3,300 meters in less than 4 minutes. Sriwijaya Airlines has confirmed that they lost contact with flight SJ-182 at approximately 2:40 PM local time. Initially, the Boeing 737-500 aircraft was delayed for about half an hour before its actual takeoff due to heavy rains in the Banten and West Java Provinces, obscuring sight and making flight dangerous. While current causes and the exact crash location are currently not known, officials strongly believe that flight SJ-182 crashed near either Lancang or Laki islands in the Thousand Islands Chain off the coast of Jakarta. Officials say they have detected signals from the aircraft's black boxes, but they have yet to be retrieved - the Indonesian Navy has dispatched 11 warships and a vessel capable of reading black box signals to the assumed crash sites to begin search efforts. Initial diving reports have stated that the water conditions are clear enough that spotting debris should be easy, and that they have already found portions of the aircraft's tires and children's clothing.

Aboard Sriwijaya Flight SJ-182 were all Indonesian citizens with 12 crew members, 40 adults, 7 children, and 3 infants, all of which are presumed dead. The national government in Jakarta has declared this to be a national tragedy and is doubling its efforts to find remains and offer consolation to the grieving families of those whom lost someone in the crashed flight.

The next day, Prince Dmitri spent much of the morning out on his hotel rooms private balcony, taking in the beautiful surroundings as he also engaged in a few phone calls with a number of business associates. His mind would often drift back to thinking about the previous night with Theodora, making him eager to meet her again. As he sat for lunch, his phone beeps. Its a message from Theodora asking to meet up at a restaurant on the island at 6pm. Dmitri, with a smile on his face responds and confirms he will be there.

At 5:50pm, Prince Dmitri had arrived at the restaurant deliberately early, as for him it is considered bad manners to leave a lady waiting. He was dressed in smart-casual attire consisting of tan trousers, a white shirt and a blue jacket. A few minutes after he arrived, Theodora shows up. Dmitri stands and greets Theodora by taking her hand and kissing it. "Theodora you look simply stunning this evening." Dmitri shows Theodora to their table and they then order their food.

As they wait Dmitri says: "I want to thank you for treating me to such a fun evening last night. I won't hide the fact it has been a while since I have spent some relaxed quality time with a beautiful lady like yourself. It got me thinking how much I have neglected that side of my life while I focused on other things like my career. Now that I am 30, and if I can say so being quite successful, maybe I should focus on other things in life a little bit more. So thank you for enlightning me."

The couple tucked into their dinners, as well an enjoyed some fine wine. They exchanged pleasantries for the rest of evening, the bond between them growing stronger. As they finished their meals, Dmitri leaned forward. "Theodora, this evening has been simply wonderful. I would hate for it to end so soon, so perhaps you would like to return to my hotel room for a more private drink?"

Theodora agrees and the couple get into a taxi which takes them back to the hotel. They get back just in time to watch the sunset from the balcony. Dmitri pours Theodora a whiskey, while pouring himself a vodka. He sits with her looking out at the beautiful sunset. "Theodora, it pains me to say that this will be my last night here in Santorini. I must fly back to Vyborg in the morning and resume my duties. While I love my homeland, I can't help but feel there will be something missing once I return."

Prince Dmitri turns and looks into Theodoras eyes as he holds her hand. "What I am about to ask you sounds crazy, and it probably is. After all we have only been with eachother for two days. But Theodora you have had such an effect on me, the thought of saying goodbye so soon is simply unbearable. Theodora, I want you to come to Vyborg with me, tomorrow. I know its a crazy chance, but I feel this will be a chance worth taking. What do you think?..."

The F-16 spins out of control. Theodora is pulling hard on the mechanism made to pop the canopy open and lift her out of the plane to eject. The flight control is dead and another pilot is yelling to eject. Finally, with one hard pull it happens. She ejects and soon after lands hard in a field.

Around is the sound of gun fire, and beyond the ridge she hears Bulgarian soldiers closing in on her position. She runs off into the woods with her pistol in hand, luckily with nothing broken.

Theodora tosses and turns in her sleep, jerking awake.

She looks to her left and Dmitri isn’t there. He hasn’t been there for a few weeks now. He’s back home in Romanovskaya and she’s in Cyprus at her barracks. She sighs and begins to think of Dmitri, of her time in Vyborg and seeing the amazing sights in his home country.

She begins to think of him, and appreciates that with her being a royal family member that she gets her own room.

Soon before the sun rises she calls Dmitri. He picks up after a few rings and with his sleepy voice she came to love, he says in Russian “Hello sweetie, how are you?”

Before she says anything else she says “ Я люблю тебя”

As the 2nd and 3rd Armies of the Danubian Revolutionary Army began a seige of the last major holdout of the Galician Government in the city of Kielce, Danubian Operatives began a critical operation just outside of the city with an extensive armed convoy heading north of the city towards a small airbase being stopped in its tracks by an ambush in a small pass where danubian forces had been awaiting their arrival.

After searching the convoy, special forces located many key members of the Galician Government, including Urban Moraczewski himself. and quickly detained them ready to bring them into the custody of the Danubian Government. Following this, news of their leaders capture was strategically leaked to the defenders of Kielce through a mix of airdropped propoganda leaflets and radio broadcast, leading to a rise of unrest in the city and the eventual mutiny of a number of soldiers. As infighting raged within the defence, the Danubian Military quickly moved in to capture the city.

The following mutiny would result in the Galician Officers on the scene being captured, including Field Marshall Tomasz Rutkowski who had been the acting leader of Galician Forces during the defence of both Warsaw and now Kielce. Following a meeting with the leadership of the Danubian Military, he agreed to a formal unconditional surrender on behalf of the now non-existant Galician Government.

News that the Galician War had ended lead to celebrations across both Galicia and Danubia. Although breif, the war cost many lives with over 15,000 Danubian soldiers losing their lives in the conflict and countless combatants and civilians within Galicia itself. Following this victory, support for Boldizar has increased even further with the President now having record approval ratings, matching those of Stauffer herself. Celebrations throughout Budapest raged throughout the night, celebrating the newfound peace as well as the conflict proving that Danubia once again has the power to exert its influence within europe.

Moraczewski, as well as his senior officers and officials are expected to be held trial in a joint session with the courts of Galicia and Danubia in regards to their crimes both within their time in power over Galicia and in regards to their actions during the war. President Róża Narutowicz has arrived in Krakow alongside People's Marshall Jan Cermák where she was formally inaugurated as President of the Provisional Civilian Government of Galicia, which will operate alongside a provisional military government lead by Peoples Marshall Cermák for the duration of the recovery and transitional period while the Danubian government helps Galicia reform its government and draft a new constitution.
