The Government of Skalliad is deeply concerned that the Government of Sovietskogo Soyuz has rejected our proposals, thereby directly confirming the fact that the USSR's actions in Haiti are criminal.
We do not accept attempts to stigmatize our state for propaganda purposes and distort reality, and accordingly we declare that the terms "bourgeoisie" and "globalism" have been used in a distorted sense.
The term "bourgeoisie" is outdated and does not apply to our entire state, since it refers only to a social class of people, but not to all people, and especially not to the entire state. Moreover, if this was an attempt to accuse Skalliad of being "evil capitalists", then we responsibly declare that money itself is not evil, the evil is its misuse and exploitation of ordinary workers, which is not the case in Skalliad, where the incomes of the poorest 10% of citizens and the richest 10% of citizens have a gap of only 2.2 times, which is gradually decreasing. The poorest citizens earn enough to cover all their basic needs, and even beyond that, and if they are unable to work, they will receive serious support from the state for as long as they need it, and that includes not just monetary support.
In turn, the term "globalism" is misinterpreted, as the USSR officially encourages people to achieve a world communist revolution, which means the victory of communism as an ideology. Thus, this constitutes "communist globalism" and the USSR in turn is also a "globalist force" that uses lies and diplomatic means to thwart Skalliad from defending the rights and freedoms of the people of Haiti.
The Government of Skalliad firmly rejects the first two arguments of the Government of the USSR. We reiterate that the Soviet Army invaded Haiti illegally, under false pretext, without the authorization of the legitimate Government of Haiti, which is the people themselves. We stand on the position that the former Government of Haiti, through its barbaric and appalling actions, lost its legitimacy by losing the support of the people it represented, and usurped power in the country, forcing the people to take up arms to restore justice and install a new, democratically elected government. Instead of the USSR Government negotiating a so-called "Special Military Operation" with the people of Haiti, it chose to ally itself with the former illegitimate government of Haiti, under the leadership of former Haitian President and now extremist and terrorist Ariel Henry.
Consequently, if the USSR's illegal military intervention in Haiti had not occurred, the people of Haiti would have taken back power, which is why the Government of Skalliad stated earlier that the real, people's Government of Haiti would have handled the situation in Haiti on its own. What the USSR Government and the former illegitimate Government of Haiti falsely and hypocritically call "gangs" are just armed people.
We also insist that the former illegitimate Government of Haiti was corrupt, and betrayed the people of Haiti by agreeing in advance with the Government of the USSR to an illegal military intervention followed by the formal installation of a puppet government now led by the war criminal Viktor Vladimirovich Gulevich. We confirm that the Alliance did not force the former illegitimate Government of Haiti to hand over all power to a puppet government, but this is only partially true. Skalliad has evidence that a few members of the former illegitimate Government of Haiti sided with the people and tried to oppose this decision, for which most of them were executed by soviet spies, but a few of them managed to escape and from them we got this information.
Consequently, the Government of Skalliad has no reason to believe the false claims of the USSR Government that the future of Haiti will be decided by the people who are now being held hostage by the Soviet Army and who are called "bandits". According to new information received from our sources, the USSR Government has still not made a final decision on what to do with Haiti. But we know that two options are being discussed: the original one, of creating a puppet soviet state, and the new one, of annexing Haiti to Cuba, which is a neighboring state and a member of the Alliance that made the illegal military intervention in Haiti.
Regarding the crimes of the Soviet Army, the Government of Skalliad refuses to apologize to the Government and people of the USSR. In the last few days, we have been able to gather more evidence of war crimes, which will be used in the international investigation of the USSR's anti-human actions.
We officially notify the Government of the USSR that we have succeeded in rescuing from Haiti and transporting to Skalliad nearly 400 influential people's leaders, among them several of the above-mentioned members of the former illegitimate Government of Haiti, who sided with the people and were not killed by soviet spies. Thus, we have officially formed the Government of Haiti in Exile, under the leadership of Interim President Jimmy Chérizier, the most influential person among the people's associations fighting for the liberation of Haiti and for people's democracy, unanimously elected to the post by all members of the Government of Haiti in Exile.
Finally, with the permission of the Government of Haiti in Exile, Skalliad is ready to deploy troops on Haitian territory to establish peace in the country, return power to the people, install a democratically elected government, and hold an honest and open people's referendum on the fate of the country, which will be held with the involvement of international observers. Consequently, we are giving the USSR Government one last chance to resolve this issue peacefully by allowing our troops to be temporarily stationed on Haitian territory and by dissolving the puppet government to prove to the world that there is no malice behind the USSR's actions. Otherwise, Skalliad reserves the right to seriously penalize the USSR for violating international laws.
