It would be a quarterly thing where every three months I would send telegrams to the top 500 nations in terms of DV at the time of telegram release, asking them to provide a brief quarterly update on there status and anything else they would like to report or announce. They would be arranged in a dispatch with current DV, loss or gain, and changes in position, and they could even provide tips in their reports for aspiring farmers. It would be a lot of cooperation and work to pull off but it’d be cool.
