With the effects of the New Courland Gold Rush, more people would need to travel from town to town or find a way to get their mined gold to the port at Fort Alexander. This would cause the gold companies and the Markiz General of New Courland to begin building railroads throughout the colony.

Most of the gold companies would work with the largest Panslavic railroad companies to connect their exports to the ports in the west of the colony. This would mean that many of the northern mines in the area, called Zinoteme*, would now be connected to the southwest, where the major ports are located. With this gold now being exported to Panslavia at a rapid rate, it would be used to mint more Złoty coins and be available for trade to nations interested in the African gold.

The Markiz General would begin a project to build a railroad along the Gambija River, enlisting the help of native Gambijskis to show him the path through which the railroad should be built. With the help of the natives, they'd help connect the eastern parts of the colony to the west. With the main railroad branching off to connect the southern and northern cities with large populations.

*Zinoteme (derived from Lativian "Cīnotāju zeme") is the name given by the Latvian explorers to the area with the Seereer Africans. The name means "Land of the Fighters", derived from the Laamb/Njom wrestling that this tribe practices.
