I'm appealing the ban, mostly because the comments were obviously satire, but also it's a clear overreach on H's part.

Upon further investigation, I have discovered that unfortunately for MG there is no case here for his defence. While one could argue this violates the right to freedom of speech, the RMB rules supersede that in cases of trolling and baiting, which this is a clear cut case of. Intent is not taken into account when making these verdicts, and as such even though MG was obviously doing this as a bit and is not actually in any way heterophobic (if that's even a term) that doesn't absolve him of responsibility. The warnings add up and I can't even appeal the 4 day RMB ban because of how the warnings are structured. I don't want to waste my time on a court case that clearly will not go my way and further divisions in the internal cabinet. The bill in question itself is basically trolling already, and coupled with his continual troll attacks there is no defence here. Also this is fully within H's rights as LPM to dole out the warning as he wasn't even personally affected in this incident.

My sincerest apologies, but I cannot take this case. I've defended MG in the past but there is a line and I think he's finally crossed it.
