I mean, probably if they actually got anything done and weren't a complete joke at this point.

We need new politicians back home, someone that's preferably not a neo-Stalinist or someone of the old guard.

The Americans need new leaders too.

However I'm straying a bit from the more liberal sides because of my complete, undying hatred of communism, and I don't mind religion. Myself I'm irreligious, though my family is Orthodox.

I'm a moderately conservative republican for my political orientation.

I support conservatism, social conservatism, women's rights, I oppose LGBT rights (I don't want a debate again, let's keep the peace, I'm just expressing my opinion) I oppose abortion (I want people to have a chance at living because the baby did nothing wrong as it does not know what it is doing, again, let's not debate), religious (Christian) education, conservative first agenda, etc.

I am strongly on the conservative side, yet moderate because I don't want to overdo it. Communism definitely put people in order, but it also did kind of overdo itself bigtime. I support Christianity.

🪖 The Time Is Now 🪖
The international call of France to attack the Greeks for the nationalization of the Suez Canal. For the Adriatic Kingdom this was merely a good reason to go to war for however, with the mockery of Crete and the ever growing desire of taking Epirus it was a natural move for them to invade the Greeks solely for those reasons at least for now. Their sudden government change would signify that the negotiations have fallen apart and that the Adriatic Kingdom would respond with a declaration of war against Greece for the island of Crete and the Epirus region of Greece with thousands of troops being lined up in the border they had with Greece, with troops from the mainland arrived to Albania through the Adriatic which was being protected by the Adriatic Fleet.

As troops were amassed in the border between Albania and Greece, the fleets in Sicily and Naples were starting to set sail to support the French in the battles in the sea which will determine the success of this war against the Greeks whose dominance in the Mediterranean seas was uncontested, and will prove difficult to eliminate if their efforts are done separately. Fleet Admiral Diego would be in charge of pulling off a miracle in the seas by using the Acclimators they bought from France while using their own ironclads which thanks to the Sicilian initiative of making more ironclads they had plenty to work with as part of the Regia Marina was protecting the transportation of regular infantry, artillery, etc to Albania where they launch a land assault of the Greek mainland in Epirus with Joseph and Napoleon, who was removed from Illyria and sent to Albania, to work with the generals Nicolao, Ignazio, and Vita to make the operation run smoothly hoping that more nations join the war against Greece to make their fronts a lot bigger.

The logistic specialists were transported all the way to the shores of Naples and Albania in order to secure the transportation of all the raw materials and resources they needed for the campaign. The idea was to take all of Epirus and if the situation required it, move South to take Athens and force the Greeks to surrender, and hoping having a strong hand in the negotiations and annexing not only Epirus but the whole coastline of Greece that was close to the Adriatic and the annexation of Crete which will help them asserting control over the Mediterranean and complete control of the Adriatic waters.

Thanks to the promotion of patriotism across the realm of the Adriatic the war is seen as natural, as the expansion of the state was part of the mission of protecting the people of the Adriatic and even claiming that they themselves are the right protectors of the Mediterranean, aside from France, and with Joseph their king in the frontlines the moral of the troops in Albania would certainly increment it as well as their patriotism and their desire to make their nation proud of their conquest. While the nation had a growing desire of expanding their borders beyond their peninsula, internally, the nation was cooking something behind the curtains.

👑 Crown of Naples 👑
Before Joseph went away from home to fight the war with his men, as he always said that a true leader is there to lead the troops to victory, he left his three children in charge of the nation while he was gone. This meant a race to prove Joseph who was fitter to rule the nation once he passes away, with the three of them engaging in a competition to become the next heir of the Adriatic Empire and the one who would carry the legacy of Zenaida and Joseph in their hands. One of them would be in charge of securing the stability of the Empire economically, the other would continue to spread patriotism and enlist the conscripts to keep replenishing the troops in Albania while also securing the ports, and last but not least the other son would secure that the transportation of resources to the frontlines is done safely and smoothly as possible.

A lot of the policies Joseph had planned were postponed for next year as the war was more important and measures had to be done so the nation would not collapse on its own before the war ended, keeping the nation afloat would prove to be a challenge as they also had to deal with family squabbles and the Illyrian insurrection which they were hoping their aunt Batilde would take care of them now that they need their troops more than ever.

👑 Crown of Albania 👑
With the massive news that Greece was at war with the French, Charlotte had to meet Joseph to discuss about their next course of action, in which both of them agreed that this was an opportunity that they should take advantage of, knowing that Albania had the desire of taking Epirus and Naples had in its best interests the annexation of Crete it was clear that they were both in symphony about the idea of declaring war on Greece. Which leads us to this moment in time.

The Albanians have already prepared for this day, securing their borders for any possible invasion of Greece or viceversa, their fortifications would serve to mount the defense of Albania in case the Greeks attacked first or of the invasion failed and the troops had to retreat to the safety of Albania, which hopefully it was not needed. The Albanian troops would assist the Neapolitan troops in their invasion as the rearguard, securing the retreat of the Neapolitan Forces in case of being overwhelmed by the enemy. But of course most of their troops would stay at the borders between Albania and Greece, their fortifications must stay secured to ensure the retreat.

In non-war related topics, she already had secured a safe line of succession, starting with their oldest daughter Johanne being the heir of the Albanian Crown. Johanne always had a desire of expanding their borders further into Serbia, with the Illyrian Crown about to be formed at any given moment, it was important that they were the most dominant crown in the Balkans and with the Adriatic Empire she was surely going to want to be the dominant crown in the Empire or at least contesting the power of the Crown in Naples as they were expecting them to annex all of Italy for themselves the Crown of Naples would assert a lot of dominance over the Empire which was not a good idea, it would further centralize the Empire until the crowns were merged and their power stripped.

👑 Crown of Sicily 👑
The war was not seen with good eyes in Sicily, however, the expansion of the Empire was important at the end of the day. But they could not shake this feeling that their own crown was at risk of dissolving. Not because of Naples, as they have proven their compromise with the crown of Sicily, the problem lyes inside the family of Julie, whose rupture was more and more evident as stepfather and son could not get along as they both knew they were rivals for the Crown of Sicily.

Both of them would work hard to gain the favor of Julie by doing everything in their power to gain the favor of Julie which with a broken heart could not come up with a concrete decision which further ruptured the family internally. With no choice Fernando even sent letters to the caretakers of the Crown of Naples, as he knew Joseph was busy, to support him in his endeavors of taking the crown of Sicily, however neither of the three brothers, children of Joseph, were sure how to react to this development in Sicily. All three of them were not aware of the situation of Sicily and they had to postpone their answer until they fully grasped the situation.

Cornelius on the other hand was working really hard in trying to convince her mother to give him his rightful place in the throne of Sicily and that he would make sure Sicily was in good hands, however his stubborn mother, refused to make a decision and with all the stress that was going around her family finally started to take a toll in her health.

Renunciation of the Pact with the Adriatic Kingdom
Ludwig was aware that the Adriatic Kingdom was recovering from huge military loses and became paranoid that they were looking for military support from The Bavarian Empire and decided to address this to the Imperial Council. Ludwig began his speech. "Gentlemen, I believe that, as our military increases in strength, we may become a target for power-hungry countries, especially if their military suffered losses and is in desperate need of reinforcements. That being said, I am referring to the Adriatic Kingdom." The members of the Imperial Council nodded, as it made sense. They could ask for military reinforcements, despite the fact that the alliance was not a military pact. "That is why I come before you today, to seek permission to terminate our alliance with the Adriatic Kingdom immediately. We cannot have such a threat looming on our doorstep, as I fear that the fact that we are in an alliance may force us to send military assistance to a nation which does not respect the boundaries of the reason why the alliance was made. I humbly ask you all to vote on this issue to determine what the Empire must do next." Later, the votes were announced. The President of the House of Lords announced the final vote. "In the House of Lords: His Imperial Majesty's proposition to terminate the alliance with the Adriatic Kingdom was passed by a majority vote of 181 in favor and 125 against." The President of the Chamber of Deputies announced the final vote. "In the Chamber of Deputies: His Imperial Majesty's proposition to terminate the alliance with the Adriatic Kingdom was passed by a majority vote of 212 in favor and 141 against." Ludwig stood up. "At this, gentlemen, shall we draft our letter of withdrawal to the Adriatic Kingdom?" After some debate time, a resolution was drafted. It read:
"To the Adriatic Kingdom, at the request of His Imperial Majesty Ludwig II, and the Imperial Council of The Bavarian Empire.

The time has come for us to part ways in this alliance, for large military loses in one Empire loses are not on good terms with that of a thriving military of another Empire, especially in an alliance. The difference is simply too great. This decision comes from a lengthy discussion and debate in the Imperial Council, which represents the Bavarian Empire's people. Public discontent with the alliance is growing, and we must comply with the people in accordance with our tradition. Therefore, so must the Adriatic Kingdom, as this alliance cannot continue in such terms. Be advised, the Bavarian Empire has left this alliance and terminated all cooperation that was stated through it.

Signed by Ludwig II, Karl Wilhelm Philipp, 8th Prince of Auersperg, President of the House of Lords, and Joseph Emanuel Barbo von Waxenstein President
of the Chamber of Deputies"

After the resolution was read aloud to the Imperial Council, it was sent to the Adriatic Kingdom. A copy was sent to city hall of every town and city in the Bavarian Empire, much to the majority approval of the people.

(P.S. I had to make up an excuse to terminate the alliance, not that I don't know how an RP or history works The H Corporation)

I will make a post about the Bavarian Empire's involvement in Greece later

Just finished liking some posts in the RMB before I just got back into Callista about skibidi, gyatt, rizz, and some trial stuff lol

Updated an old dispatch from one of our past RPs

World War I is certainly a subject that is very intense. In Callista, however people are on the edge of their seats, just waiting for it to start. World War I is going to be different from real life. In fact, much different. During World War I and after, I will edit this dispatch by adding the results of World War 1, a World War II Pre-Reference, and World War II results. Here is the list of the countries stated would fight in World War I:

The Commonwealth of Nations (Entente):

The Imperial Federation
France
Northern Italy
America
Japan

Versus...

The League of Emperors (Central Powers):

Russia
Germany
Scandinavia
Austria

And some random people...

Neutrals:

Spain
Central America
China
Romans
Probably most of South America

The roleplay eventually fell apart, though the military forces seemed to be evenly matched.
