On April 30, 2021, I entered The Streets Of New York, filled with deep concern for the future of my people. Today With Out Fear I can speak to the first And Last Nation's in Greater In Barbaria ! Truly, perhaps more than another generation, we may be able to gauge the pious meaning of the saying: 'What a turn of God's providence!
One Day were enough to fulfill the dreams of centuries. A year to bring our people into the enjoyment of that unity that was the futile aspiration of many generations. As I see you today gathered around me as respective nations of our Greater Barbaria from all parts of the empire and know among you the newly elected men of the Of the region and the admins,I again relishes the tremendous impressions of the events of a year in which centuries were realized. How much blood flowed around this destination in vain! How many millions of Barbarian Nations, consciously or unconsciously in the service of this purpose, have gone the bitter road of rapid or painful death for more than a thousand years! How many others were condemned to end life behind fortress and dungeon walls, that they wanted to give to Greater Barbaria! How many hundreds of thousands have flowed into the wide world as an endless stream of Nations emigration, driven by distress and anxiety! For decades thinking of the unfortunate homeland, after generations forgetting it. And now, in one year, the realization of this dream has succeeded. Not without a fight, as thoughtless citizens may believe it.
Before this year of Fascist unification, there are almost two decades of the fanatical struggle of a political idea.
Hundreds of thousands and millions use their entire being, their physical and economic existence for them; took mockery and mockery as willingly as years of shameful treatment, pathetic slander and barely bearable terror. Countless blood-covered dead and injured in all Barbarians districts are the witnesses of the fight.
IC: Rekua will not stand as millions die, being almost caught by the tight grasp of fascism, the new government will place an embargo, as a clear message to the fascists, that we have no plans on having a cordial relationship with tyrants!

The election results are in for Rekua's Presidential Election Season. The taker for the next term in the Presidential Office, is Gadahi Isla'Dara. He will be making his speech the coming day.
"Rekuans; coming from all creeds, ethnicities, sexualities, beliefs, practices, and everything in between. Lend me your ears, for I will be bringing you a promise, not an agenda. No motives will be for one interest, but the nation as a whole. We will accomplish the dream, in unity.
Within the first hundred days of my Presidency; child labor will be outlawed, because right now as we speak, there are children that are trapped in camps with barely any living subsistence. I will also be expanding Rekua's Anti-Discrimination Act; adding protection for transgenders, all ethnicities, and those with disabilities. While we handle our domestic fatalities, a time for foreign improvement and settling our place in the world needs to be answered for; not for those who wish to apply a doctrine or policy on another state, but rather to work with it - primarily that for peace, and prosperity. Today marks a point in history, when Rekua will finally approach the post-modern world. I rapidly changing environment, with a threat that has yet to see defeat.
On the international stage, we have become cocky - already laying out the terms of a treaty, that is far out of reach. To the clans that see victory closer than it actually is, are going to be what lead us downhill from this war. It is time we make a change and finally give our all in this event. In the future, we will be writing history, and righting the wrongs the world has caused. There are so many problems in the world right now, but all we can do is go one step at a time, with each generation bringing more solutions than issues. I have faith, with just a bit of guidance, we can create a generation - no, a world that can know what peace looks like, when we can no longer need to cause bloodshed to settle disputes; maybe we can live in the present, without regretting our past, nor fearing our future. That is the dream, our dream. A vision for all of us to witness.
Rekua's current foreign doctrine; compromise. Our plan for the upcoming war; cooperation. The domestic agenda; conditioning.
Our first step is to provide more forces, supplies, and other resources to the UTF. We will be providing landing gear, reinforcements, food, medicine, and firearms to our positions in the East. I look forward to future success, and a victory we can bring home. Rekua will also be providing protection and support for the 'Aoerian Wall', a heavily-fortified naval wall that separates the Aoerian and Lemurian continents. Seeing as Aoeria is one landmass over from our mortal enemy, we must insure that not a single Lemurian soldier land on the Aoerian shores, because if they can get to them, they will most certainly come for us. The fear is there, and the situation is real.
In other matters of foreign affairs, Rekua will also begin a campaign to improve the relations with its continental neighbors. A land full of hardship and the product of Rodinian, and Barbarian colonization. An infamy that has been ignored since their abandonment. Rekua was not a victim of colonization, because we have been lucky enough to have the competing technology to prevent foreigners from raping our lands. My ancestors' homeland, was yet one part of their efforts, and a pain that can be felt generations later. The invention of socialism was yet another man-made force, that has ruined countless cultures. Aoeria was horribly ruled by the iron chains of socialism, and in so I will be petitioning to Congress an amendment that would ban socialism from Rekua. While it may be difficult and controversial, it is a matter of what lays on the limits of what government can, and can't do. A blurry line that seems most nation-states tend to ignore. Socialism is evil, and I wish to help root it out from the Earth. A rapidly growing faction threatens the foundation of the Rekuan Democratic Party. There must be moderation in all things, and in so what social policy can and can't the main political body push into an implementation, while maintaining the basic virtues of the Rekuan Democratic Party; those on the more radical side would call the us the Radicals. I could see that our faction could splinter into our own political body, once the battle of socialism begins in Rekua.
We are merely on the crossroads of our political structure in the nation; we can either keep going down this road and turn into a socialist state, or we can salvage our future through compromise and balance. Most of our base consists of second-generation Aoerians - who come from a bloodline of socialism being the poison in their blood, Omanis who come from an ancestry of mercantile and entreperual success, the migrant Berbers, and the Hamechi who aren't brainwashed by their urban environments.
I have noticed a cultural division in the Hamechi people, and if this so continues - a succession will occur on the clan, and agitation will begin. We must promote unity in the nation, because if we keep dividing ourselves into smaller and smaller groups, we will fall into anarchy.
This is my plan for my presidency, a promise or a deal for a nation. We can accomplish it, and we will. I will not waste a day, begging for praise when I can be improving a sick country!"
IC: Consequences:
The new wave of unity among the Barbarian nations, not to mention the waves of reinforcements, have seen the UTF forces retaking much of the ground which was lost at the beginning of the month and even making some gains. The biggest of these gains has to be the liberation of Maxtopia. Thanks to the conventional attacks of the UTF forces combined with the guerilla warfare of the Maxtopian resistance resulted in sweeping victories against the Muan-Lemurian occupation forces. Ending in the siege of Biringan City, capital of Maxtopia. The liberation of Biringan City marks the first major victory of the UTF against the Muans since the invasion of Mu.
The newly acclaimed Emperor of the Imperial Federation of Hedra welcomes the leaders

Hedra betrayed a century old alliance when we declared war on Celephais; we clashed time and time again with Stalclaft; helped Subspais during the occupation of 
Athant in the Second Great War; etc. I consider those and many more actions of it’s kind to be completely repulsive and unnacceptable, and I know that I am not the only to think like that. So again on behalf of my nation and people who chose me to represent them, I apologize. I know that words will not heal the wounds on our relationship therefore I promise to work for Rodinian unity and the improvement of relations of the nations that make up our continent.
I know that Hedran culture differs a lot from the cultures from your countries and I must say I am proud of that, each one of our cultures differs from one another even though we all share a continent. Our national identities only add more diversity to Rodinia and broadens the definition of what it means to be Rodinian. It is true that some cultures are often destined to clash but that is part of how things go, the best and right to do is to overcome those differences and be cordial to one another and leave our disputes to be solved peacefully or during sport matches.
Let us all take a moment to reflect on the great history of our continent. Remember the days when Rodinia dictate most of the world affairs through our vast colonial empires when our forefathers sat on a meeting room table and carved up continents and declared ownership of several colonies; we had some of the world’s most famous historical figures that set the terms for the empires that we would eventually become; they either praised or spit on our names; and we helped to define what the world is today. Rodinia is a great continent in so many ways that it brings me great joy to see Hedra, at this very moment, ‘returning home’ after decades of self-imposed isolation.
I hope that all of you can find the place in your minds and hearts not just to forgive but to see this moment as the starting point for a more united Rodinia.

IC: President Pericles Archedus speaks in his turn; "Thank you. I would like to be the first to say that for all of my people, we can forgive Hedra. The past should remain in the past, regardless what history tells. I am a strong believer in establishing a united front in Rodinia, and work together to accomplish our continental issues. Athant will take the first step into the future with Hedra. May our two nations prosper, and may Rodinia finally see prosperity.

IC: "A Family-Run Nation"
Mejicanas is a third-world nation, consisted of various climates ranging from its northern deserts, to its tropical southern tip. Because of its ability to grow an intense variant of the Coca plant, which is processed by facilities into cocaine; a common narcotic found being traded through the country, because of a rather convenient legal position; professional processing companies have been able to breed an incredibly addictive and potent 'spice' of cocaine; which today has been already traded between thirty nations in Barbaria. However, due to the extreme competitiveness of the business, many businesses become militant in eliminating the competition. There are also no laws against how businesses may compete in the country, regardless it being violent or not.
Because of Mejicana's position in the world, as its literal supplier; the imaginable wealth that comes with it, also provides a political and social cost. The government is so tied to the drug cartels, that it is completely saturated in corruption. The police handle those who threaten the free market, crack down on illegal vendors, and protect commercial property from the distresses of society. The wealth gap is widening by the day, with no public safety net in place.
After decades of guided competition, and all-out cartel war breaks out, with the end result of one company being able to be the sole provider of cocaine. So long as the rest of Barbaria continues to feed the mouth that's rapidly growing in size. It can even be said that many countries today sponsor a side in the war, in return for trade benefits and present contracts on discounted goods, and provided distribution.

"Welcome to Icult, Barbaria!" a whisper enters your hearing. Suddenly a man appears in the gathering of representatives. "The Listener is pleased to finally have his homeland represented, despite our ways being a bit 'introverted', the Listener can assure you that more information will be given to you momentarily. Please stand by."

IC: The representative from Sovern looks and points, "Is that Jerry Seinfeld from 'Seinfeld'?"
IC: Tasmanian Invasion:
With the allied victory in Maxtopia and the allied occupation of Maxtopia secured after several weeks of work the plans for the invasion of nearby Tasmania are underway. The UTF force consisting of forces from Vostag, The berber states, 
Tritra, 
Malulota, and the Greater viking empire have reformed off the coast of Maxtopia and make the short journey to Tasmania. The invasion of Tasmania via its Southeastern coast is underway.
IC: The Vikings remaining 230 warships, divided into three combat fleets, take the lead in the campaign. Their frontal charge insists they wish to lead the invasion on Tasmania.
IC: The newly-positioned Admiral of the participating fleets in the campaign, Arnold Von Gesdard IV. flanks around the Viking lead, insuring that the march is wide enough to prevent an encirclement, a strategy that was used by his predecessor.
The Malulotan ships are heavily-armed, and incredibly fortified with Malulotan steel, however; this slows the ships ability to disengage, retreat, or out-move the enemy in combat, that is why flanking is such a critical move, considering an early motion would allow a steady advance, and firm defense. Therefore, the Malulotan forces stay close to the allied forces, closing the gap between the warzone and the first attack.
IC: Tritra's fleets reduce their speed, and create a gap between their forces and the frontal advance, keeping a safe distance between the Malulotan and Viking warships, and themselves. This was decided, seeing as any engagement would slow the frontal fleets, causing a possible collision and other mistakes if a sudden defense slows the forces down in time for engagement. Instead, the Tritran forces use their long-range ships for support, and its lighter forces along their flanks to protect them, and provide any immediate reinforcements for the frontal assault.

Despite no translation being available, everyone seems to get the idea that Subspais accepts the Hedran apology and wishes them peace and prosperity. Or something like that. Or maybe not. Who honestly knows?
