The King and Prime Minister of Shadoveil are holding an emergency meeting in the recently renamed capital city of Freya, due to recent accounts of pro Glorian terrorism.

“Gods damn it...what are we supposed to do! If we take too little action we’ll seem like we’re fine with this slander against our nation, if we take too much action...we’re just as bad as them!”

It is with a heavy heart we grieve for the tragedy inflicted upon our sister nation of New north yorkshire yesterday. Disaster struck as two passenger planes were hijacked and rerouted for landmarks of the city of Yorke. Wolfgalian Air Force fighters were deployed and successfully turned one jet away from the parliamentary building, but were unsuccessful in preventing the same jet's collision with the Federal Defense Building. As well, after the tragic events at the New North Yorkshire Finance Tower, the nearby Wolfgalian Embassy was evacuated. All employees and residents of the Embassy made it out safely, but unfortunately the building was severely damaged in the collapse of the Federal tower. Even more heartbreaking and significant, between the collapse of the tower and the collision with the Federal Building, many Wolfgalian responders who had arrived from the nearby Wolfgalian city of Lespare lost their lives in the process of recovering those in danger from the events. We will forever celebrate these heroes with all those lost in New North Yorkshire.

After communications with Prime Minister John Ponchartrain of New North Yorkshire, it is believed that these attacks were performed by recent insurgent group UGRF, or the United Glorian Restoration Front. The group has been committing minor attacks before now around Shadoveilian and Galea regions, being vocally against the monarchy of Shadoveil,believing that it is not rightfully on the throne. The group believes in the restoration of the Glorian Republic, and has vowed to eliminate the monarchy and its supporters and the Galea people who harbored the monarchy when Gloria was in power. They have also voiced threats against The Byrdlands, claiming Shadoveil and the "weak" monarchy have grown too soft on the enemy, and that their actions against the nation have not been extreme enough.

Prime Minister Carson Vogreene has assured everyone that this will not impact the G25 Summit in Wolfgalia. "We grieve for the losses in New North Yorkshire and they know that, as our neighbor and as our Galea family, they will always have our support. We will continue with the summit next week. Our military forces have been training for months to protect those coming, and will be as vigilant as ever in protecting the leaders in our nation."

Funding has been increased to the Department of Social Sciences at Cora'ele University, where a group of professors and students has been researching the terrorist organization for a short time. Hopefully, this will provide answers and a way to stop the terrorist threat.

The Government of Wolfgalia has officially declared this action against the Neighboring nation an act of terror.

Demitorian State Times

The native population in Demitor, consisting of over eighty small communities, with some even with only a few families, has been forced out of their lands by the government. Several villages today were raided by the Demitorian Army, with the men being executed if they did not surrender. The survivors were forced out into the inhospitable arctic plains of the northeast, reports say. Rumors are the government is worried of a terrorist attack by the natives, as the native and Demitorian relations have deteriorated after several massacres by Demitorian troops. The government has denied this as the case, but many civil rights groups have begun to call the government out.

The natives have actually used the forest and rocky terrain to begin building massive forts to contain their populations, and they have captured cannon that were abandoned after numerous attempts to colonize the area failed. Several thousand workers work day and night to build the massive structure, equipped with twenty cannon, and a massive siege mortar captured from a rundown fort in the area. The fortification is expected to be twenty percent complete by next week, as the natives do nothing but build, only stopping to eat, use the restroom or sleep occasionally.

The government has vowed this to be an act of war by the native population.

The presidential debate which was held yesterday between the four main candidates was as expected, very heated. But,according to several analysts it did not reach the expected heights, with the candidates mostly trying to undermine their adversaries rather than exposing the real concerns of the Axmaniean people. For Ludwig Keller of the "Die Nationale" newspaper, the debate was like:"watching 5-year-old kids playing ball", they did not seem concerned about us the people that where watch watching, but preferred, to mock, to insult without really advancing the debate. Horst Krasser of "Der Axmanisches Nachfrager called it a complete lost of time. With this disappointing debate and the race for presidency more than ever unpredictable, we look forward to Sunday 24, for the first round of elections.

With crime now reaching unprecedented levels, several Axmaniean mayors have decided to arm their police forces with military grade assault rifles. This trend was inaugurated by Wolfgang Leichtmann mayor of the garrison city of Hugenheind. MR. Leichtmann justified this act by saying, quote:" Theses criminals only understand the language of force, for over six months they've plagued our peaceful city with crime, violence and drug trafficking, and now, we are gonna show them who are ruling this city." The controversial decision was taken after five policemen we're gunned down in broad daylight in front of the police station of the Goonternisch neighborhood. The decision caused mixed responses from the people such as this old man which says:" Theses criminals are certainly dangerous, but do we really need this kind of response, why not try to give theses kids opportunities to drive them away from drugs and crime, well for now I don't know, we'll see.

INTERNATIONAL NEWS
In response to the bloody terror attack which took place in New north yorkshire, the Axmaniean government issued a note in which it vehemently condemned the attack and proposed her assistance to the yorkshirish government. It also announced incorporation of the UGRF on the list of dangerous terrorist groups by the Eidgenössischer Geheimdienst (EG), and the raise of the alert level to prevent the group from operating in Axmanie.

Political Jokes

This is a very unexpected event to happen. Recently, political jokes and memes has spread like wildfire in the nation. From controversial politicians getting beaten up by ospreys to the Derfolian-Aselion war. This is cause due to the free speech and media in the nation and the most of the population having themselves in the social media. One of these jokes or "memes" is the Derfolian news stating that 50.000 people fled to Aselious. The next scene of the meme is of an angel saying "Why would they flee from your country if it's good?", and the Derfolian is depicted with a confused face that was made very bizarre and colourful.

Some people say they don't get it, some say "LMAO". However, during these times of political tensions these political jokes could bring even more tensions to the world tension. The government officially said, "Jokes are jokes. But, don't let jokes make war." There is also a video of a politician saying "Jokes are jokes. Don't let jokes make war, like the Derfolians." He was told to apologize and so he did, but many people keeps laughing at this.

It is advised to stop this controversial habit before things go bad.
