I, on behalf of the nation of Udkaal declare that we wish to join the GVE. I feel it is necessary for all conflict to end on our continent and we work together to grow and advance.

I am told that my citizens are moaning about the amount of authority Lesser Velutaria has in this alliance. I am inclined to agree with them and I understand their reservations however, I believe that if this is necessary to ensure peace between our nations, it is something we will have to accept.

I hope that this alliance will help to bring Udkaal and Velutaria closer together. Our histories have included many wars and conflicts with atrocities on both sides. As we are not fighting at the moment, it is a perfect time to go about improving our relationship.
