SpringBok International is a international clothing brand to make shops across nations, this would be a good business for both Transvaall and the nation getting the shops as we would get 55% of the profit and the nation getting 45% of it, this is because Transvaall will be making, exporting and establishing shops whilst the nation will give me 40% of the materials needed for making the clothes for the shops, we hope to establish business with many nations and are open to discussions of establishing SpringBok in nations as it is beneficial to both parties in employment rates, quality clothes and economic benefits.

SpringBok International is a government-owned international clothing company which establishes shops across nations in benefit to all as it both increases nation economy and gives citizens quality clothing and is currently still in development for its business structure and staff.
It also supplies itself by using a decentralized system in which small factories will be made next to the shops to supply them while both the nation and Transvaall will contribute the mateirals and any other needed supplies as stated in Rule 4 and 6.

Stipulations, rules and General Information:
When a nation is discussing with us about setting up shops in there nation they are allowed to give us certain stipulations such as:
1:How much of the nations or our citizens are employed, as a example 70% of staff will be the nations citizens while the other 30% will be ours (these percentages are examples) this would help the nations employment rate for both sides but the nations can go all the way up to 99% but no further as the 1% percent has to be Transvaalli and our staff.
2: Can make their organizations directly cooperate with ours on the flow of supply of materials, staff and certain areas of finance and more.
3:There also can be more things a nation can ask for but those have to be agreed upon by both parties and can be declined if it is absurd or unfair to us.
their also are a few rules and stipulations that SpringBok International has, these include:
1: Higher-ups and certain high ranking managers will be Transvaalli and ours.
2: Their will be overseers watching for corruption and mismanagement.
3: If for some reason a nation is to go to war with us then all shops and business will immediately pull out and stop working there and due to all high ranking managers and higher-ups being our citizens, it will effectively stop the shops in there tracks.
4: There will be a small security team for our shops and small supply factories to protect both our and the nations staff and premises and keep them supplied.
5: Transvaall will take 55% of revenue and the nation will take 45% of it as we will be exporting, managing and supplying the shops, but a nation can propose changing this percentage of divided revenue between nations to 50/50 for both.
6: The nation MUST give an amount of materials and supplies needed for SpringBok International so that we can produce and make clothes more cost effectively and fairly, this will be up to 40% to 50% of the needed materials and resources needed for SpringBok to produce these quality clothing.

Resignation as Head RP Officer - 30th January, 2023
I am formerly resigning from the role of Head RP Officer. Over the past two weeks I have been unable to fulfil my duty to the region and this has had an impact on the RP and Africa.
I apologise to the region for the failure to maintain the usual standard of moderation in the last few weeks due to my absence.
I will not be leaving NS, or the region, remaining a citizen of Africa, and will even make RP posts (though sparingly) and fulfil the remainder of my RP duties to IANS and the OAP. I enjoy this region greatly and it has a great community but if I am unable to perform my duties I need to pass the torch on to individuals who can do them.
I have discussed with 
Mombombu about who will replace myself as Head RP Officer and about a new RP Officer to join them in managing the RP and providing RP balance. Mombombu will announce who and how the roles will be distributed. I will happily switch over ownership of all RP Dispatches to the new head RP Officer and to 
Afro Founder, and help teach the duties (mapping, telegramming, moderating) of RP Moderation to the new RP Officer.
I'm very glad that in the last 9 months the region has grown as much as it has, and I have greatly enjoyed Moderating the smallest of disputes, the lengthiest of wars, and the most totalitarian of states in that time.
