The World Defense Organization requests a meeting with all representatives of nations found in ACOD (Anti-Terrorist Coalition of Defense), for issues of international security. Stop. The issues have already gotten larger and now infighting may be present within anti-terrorist nations. Stop. This issue is of extreme urgency. Stop. Again, request meeting with top representatives to discuss international security. Stop. If no reply is received within forty-eight (48) hours, we will send a representative to each ACOD nation. Stop. This is NOT a threat. Stop.

The officials are baffled by this statement. They did not expect such a developed and orderly nation to create rash, false accusations such as this one. No ACOD member territories are even remotely close to the Xolbrians besides our own lands, which from our perspective, we currently have no record of having any plans to help terrorism.
