No no, what you gotta do is hand a random ship captain a letter in a bottle, and explain that it needs to get to so-and-so in Pakitsk. They'll pass it around to other captains, depending on who's going closer to the steppe, until eventually it maybe gets there! You can expect an answer within three to five business . . . years.
