Welcome.

I will not be making this region accept embassy offers at this time.

If enough embassy offers are received, I may change that policy. I'd have to cancel the two ORACLE embassies and start adding a lot of embassies, which is a lot of work. Will go on the assumption that I will change this region to accepting all embassy offers.

Still surprised me that this region had enough nations to qualify for being a featured region.
