Julian even from a young age has shown signs of being extremely obsessed with the idea of his postion, being above everyone else in the country, and because Columbia is obviously the best country in the known universe at least to him, above everyone else in the universe. Despite this, when he tries to be, he can make decent speeches. and due to training when he does take over will be a good tactician and administrator. however his hostility to columbia's allies will be an issue many are concerned about.

Notes: Orginally created as a experiment into cloning techolongy, and eventually gifted to the Royal Family by the researchers who had nothing else really to do, the researchers were spesfically intrestead in the creation of a clone who took a rather obscure intrest and turned it into a personaility. mostly for military purposes, in Mary's case it would be essentially Maryland Nationalism, something that she never really grew out of even when she became an adult. the fact that mary is a clone was essentially removed from the Records, and nobody can even tell the otherwise really, having devopled her own skills such as art and administration. along with being pretty crafty in getting what she needs.
