Charlton nodded gently along with each sentence.

A wry smile covered his face. "I must confess you come better prepared then most, rarely do I find myself so easily agreeing with every offer a foreign diplomat presents."

He twiddles a pen around between his fingers for a moment, glancing at the offer presented to him on the sheet. "I can't see any glaring issues with anything you've proposed here. We'd be thrilled to find another oil export market, especially as far away as Orientalis as our reach largely centers around Nonscio and Araseos. In terms of livestock we already have a fair export market eastwards to Usnistan so I'm sure we can come to an agreement there with substantial logistics already in place."

"I am happy to pass your request for collaboration with the air force along to my colleagues, and they'll come to a decision on that when they're available. Though quietly I suspect that'll be a resounding yes, we've been looking for development partners for some time."

"As I said it's exceedingly rare I'm able to breeze through decisions so quickly but it appears you've done your research Mr. Dantes."

With the end of his sentence the door creaked open, turning the heads of those in the room. Prime Minister Bishop waltzed in with a gentle smile on her face, walking around to the Pangasinenses side of the table. She introduced herself to each of the members of the delegation, finishing with Ambassador Dantes. "Thank you for coming ambassador, I apologize for my lateness, things can get quite hectic around here." The Deputy PM and his aides remained standing until they were hastily ushered to sit.

She took her seat at the table, skimming through the pamphlet in front of her as the room sat in discussion. "Yep, this works" she said in an upbeat tone. "Pretty easy, wasn't it?" replied Charlton. Bishop grinned slightly, directing her glance towards the ambassador. "Was there anything else of importance you wished to raise? I can ensure all these points are ratified."

OOC: Apologies for the delay, as I'm sure you've seen I had a bit to do. Hopefully I shouldn't hold us up any more.

Ambassador Dantes smiles, truly appreciating the kind words of his hosts. "Thank you, on all points, Mr. Deputy PM. And for your encouraging words, Ma'am Prime Minister. We understand the hustle of running a government, and wish the both of you great health to continue leading your country as excellently as you have.

"As for additional points, we would open our markets for Merlovichan businesses to enter or to collaborate with local companies, to help generate competition and innovation. To facilitate the proposal, we offer 8% tax reductions to anyone willing to venture in the West Pangasinan market.

"Finally, we offer to limit restrictions for the Merovichan people on the field of tourism or overseas employment. Specifically, we offer visa-free entry for holiday-goers who will stay in our country for no more than 14 days, and quick approval for job-seekers looking for work in West Pangasinan.

"If you agree to these additional points, then we are more than ready to sign a deal concluding this most fruitful negotiations", the ambassador says.

OOC: hey, its no problem. my plan was to make this quick, since I anticipated you would be busy. hopefully there would be more of this soon, when we're both no longer busy
