Age of Equality.
For a long time the tradition of old had been upheld by the Monarchy; A Monarchy that had been chosen by divine right and of the people to led their country into glory.

The same Monarchy that had upheld the truth of the people and had fought a wave of corruption (Though a losing one) will make a proclamation and make a leap for the greater good. The King and head of the Bingen dynasty will be the one to make such proclamations.

Since the historical day of the unification of the union would be the grand appearance from the Monarch of Bingen making their new public appearance concerning the nation. The king will now address the people; The King would step just outside of a balcony of the palace as he addresses the people in a televised event.

"Populus Unionis, veni, hic alloqui res nostrae Demi-Humana fratres per orbem terrarum. A fratribus, quod nos diu oblivioni, et secundum quod anomaliam in natura. Possum dicere, cum solemni cor, quod et factum est, apparet mihi quod non ut a gente creatus super Idea iter creavit, cum aequalitas, fides et humana pudori defecerunt. Nos quasi gens perdidit nostra via bona fide ab eodem corda nostra crescere miser dies singulos; Ignorando quaerens delere, quae manet, praeteritum, dum conatur conservare, quod est non amplius. Ego, ut Rex, hic tenere a charta in manu mea, quod erat historice signati a nostris repraesentativum et eorum dominus, sicut typicus principium nostrae futurum. Futurum, ubi illi Demi-Humana origo est vivere potest sine praeiudicio, a mundo, in quo Demi-Homines non amplius videri Exo animalia et mundo, in quo possunt esse tuta! Hic ego ius et iniuria decessorum."

"People of the Union, I have come here to address the situation of our Demi-Human brethren across the globe. A brethren that we have long forgotten and viewed as anomalous in nature. I can say with a solemn heart that it has become apparent to me that we as a nation created upon the Idea of a hegemony created with equality, faith and human decency have failed. We as a nation have lost our way of good faith by letting our hearts grow wretched each passing day; Ignoring and trying to erase what remains of the past while trying to preserve what is no more. I as King, here hold a paper in my hand that was historically signed by our representative and their lord as symbolic beginning of our future. A future where those of Demi-Human origin's can live without prejudice, a world where Demi-Humans will no longer be seen as Zoo animals and a world in which they can be safe! Here I will right the wrongs of my predecessors."

Though a short proclamation and one that would've been longer but due to time constraints and the need of attending of a longer list important matters would be reasonable enough for a good first step.

(Oh god my first proclamation, I feel like i can do better but It's a first step. I really wanted to perfect it.)
