Chancellor Greta Scheffner : Indeed. The market for railroads is increasing highly. A joint venture, an international one, combining Japanese efficiency and technology with German knowledge and capacity could make a successful venture. With our two biggest companies holding shares, we can make better prospects in Asia and Latin America. Now one of the concerns Germany has, and from the reports I gather through our Embassy, there are lots of concerns about the tensions between Japan and Rutannia.
