      ARMED FORCES CONDUCT LARGE MILITARY PARADE IN JAKARTA TO CELEBRATE RECENT ORBITAL LAUNCHES, HIGH CHANCELLOR'S 'HIDDEN-FROM-VIEW' FAMILY SPOTTED AT PARADE

    In celebration of the recent Indonesian orbital launches, the Armed Forces conducted a large military parade in Jakarta and the National Parliament Complex to celebrate the momentous achievement. An estimated 2,000 troops were involved, as well as 15 Leopard 2A4 heavy tanks, 15 MMWT Harimau tanks, and 15 T-14 Armata heavy tanks of the Armed Forces Armored Company. The parade began at 9:30AM local time on March 4th, one day after the March 3rd R8 orbital launch of 10 Telkomsel satellites. A national holiday was declared on March 4, to be known as National Space Day. The High Chancellor and major government officials attended the parade, which lasted for around 45 minutes. A mockup of the R8 rocket also participated in the parade, and the six cosmonauts-in-training with the Russian Federation also attended the parade, on temporary leave from training at Star City. The Indonesian national anthem was played during the start of the parade, and massive LED screens on the walls of the buildings lining the road showed different views of the past two orbital launches. 'Indonesia has shown to the world that with friendship, with cooperation, with unity, we can achieve what we thought impossible' said the High Chancellor during her speech at the end of the parade. The Russian anthem was also played in memory of Sergei Korolev, Soviet rocket scientist credited for the creation of the R7 rocket, of which the R8 is based on. The parade was utilized as a symbol of the nation's strength and technological prowess. In Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto's words, 'our beautiful Indonesia will never fall behind the best again, and instead, we shall walk next to them'. An interesting little easter egg spotted by netizens on social media was a young girl around 11 years old and a man standing next to the High Chancellor. Many wondered whether these were the High Chancellor's family, and when asked, she neither confirmed nor denied such observations.
