That's Poland in a nutshell for you. "First world" country which voted against proclaiming EU the LGBT+ freedom (not to confuse with LGBT-free) zone because "everyone is free here. And well, getting a partner is a completely different things. I'd search on the internet on sites for people of your sexuality (if they exist) as it might be a bit hard to find people who openly admit their minority sexuality in public spaces (idk, i never even tried to search for a partner)
