Region: 10000 Islands

The people being left leaning I can mostly agree with, yes, though I'm not sure of there are any regions that hold very right wing views (wouldn't surprise me from, say, the invader regions or however they're called). That stance might have to do with demographics being mostly that of young people from the western world who have enough resources for a computer, an internet connection, and enough spare time to join this...game/forum/simulator thing), and that demographic is probably mostly left leaning, I'd imagine, so yes.

The game itself, though, I wouldn't say so. I feel like the game mocks/jokes about any and all choices you make, be it to be the ruthless tyrant of a capitalist state or an attempt at a benevolent leader in a socialist one. Few to no options come without their fair share of disadvantages, and no viewpoint or focus is really promoted, as far as I can tell. I haven't been around for nearly as long as some other people, but I can't see them saying anything much different from this, which is that the game at least tries to be either objective or laugh at both sides instead of taking one.
