FROM: Kniaz of Roschevka, Igor II of House Zografellis

Dear Monika Schneider,

I write this letter personally to you on behalf of the Communist Party of Rozchevka, as the Kniaz of Rozchevka, His Imperial Majesty. Our two great empires, Oskarheim and Rozchevka, are the same in many ways than they are not— our martial societies and cultures to our geopolitical interests, we share much in common despite being oceans and continents apart. It’s with great thought that Rozchevka would like to hereby, formally, request admission into the League of the Willing. It’s a world where nations like ours are dying out— replaced with majority rule. The All-Rozchevkish Democratic Authority believes that there is benefit in cooperation. I am willing to dispatch a delegation to fly to Rozabrück first thing at dawn to discuss this further with the Leader, Chancellor and National Officer of the League of the Willing.

Best Regards,
Igor II, Kniaz of Rozchevka and Duke of Petronovac

We here at the Commission for League of the Willing Membership were ecstatic when your delightful message arrived on shores. We are honored to have the Prince of all of Roschevka himself message us on behalf of the Roschevkan State. Despite the Sudden appearance of the Baratochin Delegation from Vereinigung Assembly, it has been decided, that with the best interests in mind and the friendship that can form out of it, the All-Rozchevkish Democratic Authority shall be allowed into the League of the Willing Immediately. We congratulate the Kniaz and his Government for choosing the righteous path and seeking membership, for their sake and for ours. May we Prosper!

- "The Comedic" Konrad Tangemann, Speaker of the Commission for League Membership
