President Gerard Vince M. Buenbrazo III's patience ran out against the obstructionism of the Conservative-National Coalition, Today he declares a revolutionary government , ratified by the Senate and half of the Representatives resigned therefore paving way for a Constitutional Convention. It was met by the protesters so called "Luminous Revolution" for wearing Luminous accessories as they protest at night with cheers, and according to the SWS Survey or the Social Weather Station the President's popularity sky rocketed hitting 99% approval with 0.7% disapproval. The Liberal lead Constitutional Convention will be copying most of the 3rd Latiouthelian Constitution but amending some of it including the term limits, economic provisions , same sex marriage, gun control and the legalisation of abortion. After 4 weeks an election will be called.
