I am working on a idea which our military ops which double as forces as well intelligence gathering for the two vital roles will do here. Scouting will be very important to know other regions and what they are like including their setup to see if they are raidable or not which is by looking at Admin controls to see if their WA delegate has executive authority. If so, they are raidable. When the WAD doesn't and only founder does its harder. Much easier also if no WAD at all in any region. It's all about patience and either playing long or short game on what the objective is. I like some of our allied regions to join as well to increase our size. My vision is to be at least good as the Black Hawks which basically this is basically being built from scratch. If we are lucky perhaps we can outnumber them.
