The bodensee is coming on as a Regional Officer, taking up the mantle of "Court Jester," a role I recently abdicated. Recognizing the need for such a position in our esteemed Kangaroo Court, they have stepped up to perform this necessary duty.

I hope, like the Shakespearean Fools before, they may whisper the harsh truths to me that the rest of the court have become too fearful to do (having been cowed by my oppressive regime into accustomed silence). May this Fool's spirit never be broken by my Iron Sceptre.
