I was playing Hearts of Iron IV - and THIS is what I come back to? RBG's death - like anyone's death - should not evolve into a political bloodbath. The people involved in the fight should be ashamed of themselves; to the participants of this fight, how dare you taint this region with your petty and self-righteous emotional fits! How dare you not treat people with respect and humanity!

These sentences probably shouldn't be coming from me - as I have engaged in heated political arguments myself - and have been disrespectful and rude to quite a few people I've come across. Regardless, this is not okay. Many people - including me - were welcomed with open arms in this region. We were happy and proud to be in such a wonderful community - and now, people are leaving because some dipsh*ts had the nerve to be so ruthless in Discord.

Guys, all of us are better than this. I know damn well you guys are respectful and compassionate people who wouldn't hesitate to cheer someone up. All of us have varying beliefs and values, but all of us know how to treat someone else with respect. Stop treating people with different beliefs and values like punching bags. If you're stressed - especially during these times, grow the hell up and take a break.
