TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN,

The City of Aomen or Macau extends its hand to many in the world when it comes to diplomacy. Many issues are going on in our world with recent events including the Central Osean Conflict, the January Crisis, and tensions overall in our world. However, there have been some things that have changed for the better. In example, OSEAN and Pax-Havenica finally found the peace with each other for the first time since World War III, while JP continues to prove itself dominant on the world stage. Diplomacy is what makes the world spin and what keeps all the World's Citizens in the world safe, and what keep all of the world's nations safe from the harshness of war. However, what the city of Aomen felt that it needs most is a chance to open diplomatic opportunities once more with the rest of the world.

This is why with great pleasure, the Independent City of Aomen humbly invites delegations from all over the world for a summit in the City. The meeting will be held in the Intercontinental Hotel in Downtown Aomen along the bayside. The meeting will feature panels regarding Climate Change, Diplomacy, and World Problems of the nations invited, and how those problems could possibly be fixed. It is requested that you bring several diplomats, but also one or two student delegations. The student delegations will be provided with a set of complementary rooms as well as several different simulations through the weeks planned. Regarding national delegations, throughout the week, several panels will be able to be held as well as debates at the end of the day. Suites for national diplomats on floor 34 will be complementary and diplomats will not be charged for food, drink, or any transportation if chosen. A panel schedule will be sent as soon as a headcount of who is coming can be known.

We look forward to seeing you,
Zhang Guohua

OOC - I just want a head count of who would be interested. Do not send anyone yet.
