bisexuality is being capable of attraction to all gender identities (and there are more gender identities than just female and male)

I will note some people use the label differently, for instance I know someone who uses the bi label but has no attraction to women - however they are attracted to men AND specific non-binary identities. I also know people who fit that description but use the pan/Omni labels. Not saying it's wrong just that it's not the only usage. Thank you for dealing with that other person earlier on the whole "polyamory vs bi-spec" problem

there really isn't one, the definitions are identical unless someone is being biphobic and defining bisexuality incorrectly. some people still choose to use the label pan instead of bi because they don't understand the definition of bisexual or are dealing with personal discomfort around identifying as bisexual
