nada, our military is leftist independent (meaning we have the primary goals of raiding fascists/conservatives/bigots and defending leftist or allied regions/defending any region fascists are attacking, which is rare because they're bad at having militaries on ns but occasionally pull off little tiny raids)

the basic premise is that, in some regions, delegates have executive power over the region. the person with the most endorsements in a region is delegate, so this means that you can take control of a region that has an executive delegate by storming into it with a large group of people right before the region updates (right before the game checks how everyone's stats have changed since the last update and implements any changes to delegacy) and endorsing the person you want to be the new delegate. once the delegacy is taken, a "pile" is performed, where lots of people move their military nations into the region at any time of day and endorse the newly installed delegate. this prevents anyone defending the region from returning the delegacy to its original holder by endorsing them more highly than the raiding delegate. from there, the people raiding can suppress posts on the rmb, ban people from the region, change the WFE, close or open new embassies, et cetera. sometimes raids are done for political purposes (like to burn a conservative region, like we do), and sometimes they're done just for fun (like raiders do). sometimes they're done for an in-game agenda reason, like the recent time defenders raided and destroyed a nsleft frontier region. if a raid is supported enough that regions don't vote to use security council resolutions to protect the region, sometimes the raid can completely destroy and lock down the region, but this is rare. i hope that answers any questions you had !

Whenever I do an issue that should increase Civil Rights, nothing happens, but whenever I do an issue that should only very slightly decrease Civil Rights, it goes all the way down!

The easiest way i found was to wait until a bunch of civil rights correlated issues came up and solve them with the most radical one that logically raised the civil rights

Is it too bloated? The cat on the bottom italian flag is to represent our national animal, the sickle and hammer in that position is a reference to an old Italian Communist Party logo and the rest is pretty easy to understand

Yea, just keep the small Italy flag at the bottom, and have the Hammer and Sickle or Hammer and Gear above it, nothing else
