Ooh, good question. I admit I haven't participated enough directly in the GA forums and discussions to have an established opinion, and I really don't know the history of either position (e.g. what resolutions/proposals have historically brought out the divides between the two). Based on a vague idea of national sovereignty and international federalism as they apply to the WA, I think I'd most likely lean towards a sort of international confederalism -- retaining national sovereignty for the most part, but not hesitating to legislate on any issues for which international action might be at all helpful or superior. Further research and education may prove me wrong, though!
I've also heard that the two positions have sort of died out in recent times, though I couldn't say why. We're not in a time of great IC debates on the gameplay or WA stage, it seems...
And, of course, it's always important to mention that whatever my personal leanings may be, I will basically always follow the General Assembly vote of TSP's WA population (unless there's a really obvious reason why not to).
Oh My God, Aumy! You cant just waltz in here and post a dispatch like that...
It's that time of year...
It's time to
Vote Beepee for Delegate!
I got a nomination from Roavin and I thought...
why thank you! How lovely!
And
Why do I think I'd be good, I've got energy and a clean bill of health from the doctor so I'm not going to die (yet)...
I last ran a year ago and I got to the grand final runoff against the most incredible delegate ever Erinor. And I was like...
Now, I didn't win, but it was such a good experience. Like, the best experience.
So now, with your help, it's time for me to go one step further and be the Delegate you deserve.
Like all good campaigns, I have a plan... to follow on from the good work of Aumeltopia and remain awesome.
You might think...
Is that it?
Yep....the Delegate is the ceremonial head of TSP, and whilst that doesn't mean the position is not important...
We need someone just crazy enough to wear that crown at a jaunty angle, and just sane enough to not let it slip off.
That's me!
Finally, I personally believe that as Delegate I'd get to do my most favourite thing... look after you all.... having well cared for citizens, who feel welcomed, nourished and supported are our best method for encouraging a strong and sustainable South Pacific. Someone with a range of life experiences who can listen, empathise and guide whilst being even handed and awesome is what we need...
I almost made myself cry....
I'm happy to take your questions.
But in the meantime...
I, Beepee, in line with the requirements of the Elections Act, hereby truthfully declare the following information and conflicts of interest:
My WA and main nation is Beepee, which has resided in TSP since I joined NS.
I have a puppet called Catenham, which is in TSP for doing stuff like drafting LC legislation, TSP games and RP. Otherwise it just sits there and occasionally CTEs.
I am a former TSP ambassador, former MoRA, and Current LC.
Given the above, I believe I have no known conflicts of interest which would affect my ability to run for Delegate of TSP. Should any of the above raise concern, please ask

Its a thursday night and the King is enjoying his third cup of tea that hour. He gets up with his wizened 89 year old face and walks towards the door but then is pushed out of the balcoy by his own so who is murdered an hour later by his son Chasun XXXVII. Within the next few years, multiple murders happen and then the Empire fractures into 1500 kingdoms, states and commenwealths. The king at the time, King Chasun XL, retreats to his own loyal Kingdom and thus the Fall and Winter Era begins

Not terribly.
If you were to expand on her character a bit more. Right now she is a rough sketch of an entity, fine for the far-off eventual main antagonist of a middling fantasy series, but not enough for anyone to love.
Did someone say lead?
Drystar, fetch my lead pipe. I have several kneecaps I must attend to.
Hm... do you have any suggestions? You seem like one who would be great at this.
Also; rough sketch? She was rougher. This is my second draft.
