This is incorrect and laughable. Canada is a constitutional monarchy with a free market economy. It is not "socialist." The economy is not centralized or planned, and there is no vanguard party dictatorship. Canada is not socialist by any meaningful definition of the word "socialist." In fact Canada's socialist political party is so inept that it's the butt of most Canadian political humour.

Me? I've been through the public system. I've taught in the public system. I've taught in the private system. Are there problems in both? Yes. Is anyone trying to indoctrinate students? No.

The fact is that when you're a centrist the crazy fringes think you're the extremists.

Yes. People read Marx in uni. They also ready a ton of other writers. And all of these works conflict with each other. It's called being well read.

The sad thing about extremists like you is that you want to appear like intellectuals. Yet you're afraid of doing the work to be one. You think the great minds of history only ever read stuff that reinforced their world view? No.

The Communist Manifesto isn't some magic book that will turn you into a commie. It's just a book. Read it, understand it, and learn what it's about. None of that makes you a communist. It just makes you a more informed person.
