Definition:
a holding region is a region with only the founder (or another nation) holding the region open.
a closed region has a password. It can also be a holding region.
a puppet storage region houses one or more puppets as well as the founder.
In my alliance of regions, I have another class of regions, a matrix region is normally a featured puppet storage region.
All of my other regions are oracle regions, which do not accept embassy offers.
