Well, Sithari, they would carry a max of two. And if they had two, they wouldn’t be able to pull the pins on them, because both feet would be full. So they could really only carry one. And at that point, just aim a darn mortar at that spot, it’ll be quicker and more reliable.

There've been so many projects to train animals for war, including anti-tank dogs and anti-ship dolphins. When it comes to birds though, they are absolutely useless and not trainable for this. They would know where to fly, but not what else, if even. Loud gunshots basically scare them away.

The only use for eagles in an army is to take out drones (the American army actually trains eagles to think that drones are prey and set them loose as an anti-drone weapon it is more effective then rockets because the enemy thinks it is a bird and not the US army that compromised them)
