From what I know United Acadia had some kind of war with foreign nations?

The government in Nouvelle Essone is proud to declare itself the new government of a new Acadia. The Republic of United Acadia has once again been reborn. The new government is a coalition of social democrats, libertarians, and anti-communists all of whom want to see Acadia become democratic again. Chaos still envelopes much of Acadia, and in Nouvelle Bruges and the other major cities as food and water shortages due to destruction of infrastructure have led to rampant violence and looting. Soldiers from the now-defunct Acadian People's Liberation Army have attempted sack their own former capital city and restore some semblance of order, while communist insurgents supporting the old regime still roam free in the north.

We occupied Acadia and are currently transitioning from occupation government to the new government

Novoblupolian government sends in Senator Dmitry Korablev (humanist party) to do the governing duty. Blue Star Militia and the Mercy Volunteer Groups will support him.
