As for a Novoblupolian leader being featured at the great people's alley, I've already told you that that is against Novoblupolian moral code which forbids the creation of personality cult in any way. If you want a statue of yourself however, that can be arranged, although in a quite unusual way.

Thomas: Well, if Novoblupolians wish to make statues of themselves, they usually go to the carbonite block section of the star wars parks and make 3d-scanned miniature carbonite block versions of themselves. While the traditions do forbid them from making statues of themselves, the traditions say nothing about getting star wars-themed souvenirs featuring them.
