RP: A Close Eye
With news of the instability and violence reaching the Imperial Palace in Salis; the Blayredeshians have remained surprisingly silent on the events taking place in Enmarr. Many news sources in Blayredeshia's free press have speculated that; due to the combination of the economic shortcomings of the Enmarri Regime and the fact that the FELA have yet to state their official political and economic positions, the always pragmatic dictator Grand Admiral Armand de la Croix has remained purposely silent on the matter although the Imperial Ministry of State has maintained that it is firmly in support of the Enmarri Government and "will stand by the allies of the Confederacy through thick and thin". Several smaller wings of the Blayredeshian Airforce are on standby at Fort Bonnet in southern Blayredeshia although it's anybody's guess if they'll be used in Enmarr or who they will support.
RP secret to all but Emperor Hemlock: Operation Sledgehammer Proposal
Recently the Office of Grand Admiral de la Croix reached out to Emperor Hemlock to secretly propose that in order to crush the strikes and the cultists that the Emperor give permission to the Cross of Fire; a far-right paramilitary and fraternal organization currently under the command of former Confederate Army Major Jim Paisley, to send in their own militants to crush the strike in addition to several hundred CIS Agents under the command of the now Commandant Richard Bell to root out cultist and DRA influence in Dharkolfia. It has been suggested the CoF be unleashed on only one strike/riot at a time to scare the other areas into submission given that the CoF has a history of using brutal tactics on their targets and on one occasion in a small anti-war and pro-socialist protest in rural Blayredeshia: turned to slaughter.

A Communist Shouts banging his Rifle against the Statue Head. "DEATH TO THE EMPEROR!" The Head rolls off the statue before a gunshot is heard and Communists begin dropping and panicking. Eisenhower Ranger moves for cover behind an Fire Hydrant as Admiral Catherine and Dharkolfian Freikorps begin to move in to clear up the Communist Rebellion liberating Forestburg from brief 2 weeks of Communist Rule.
Its becoming more and more clear that Emperor Hemlock is losing Control of Rhineland Confederation but otherwise the rest of Icewindia seems Stable. Emperor Hemlock moves for Emergency Meeting with The Supreme Congress to hash out Reforms to Stabilize Rhineland Confederation and make long lasting Changes to the Empire. The Reactionaries are worried Hemlock may Dissolve the Empire and create a Republic.

RP: We come in peace
"What a heart-warming welcome," Sabrael muttered as he made his way to the bridge. It was absolute chaos. Lieutenants and sailors ran around, some screaming orders, some looking panicked. He sadly shook his head at the state of the Redpeppersian navy as he made his way to the bridge, hoping it was somewhat better there. It wasn't. In the middle of the chaos stood the captain, looking as if he'd seen a ghost, staring at the Nonadian ships, while his lieutenants talked among themselves about what should be done. Silently, Sabrael cursed the Arch Chancellor for sending him with this incompetent fool. He cleared his throat, then called to the captain: "Captain! What are they saying?" The captain turned, wide-eyed. It seemed to take the man several seconds to register the question. "They're telling us to leave their waters, or they'll sink us all. They even fired warning shots!" He seemed close to panicking. Truly? And here I was thinking they were shooting fireworks in celebration of our arrival, he thought, but he said: "Surely you have told them we are on a diplomatic expedition?" The captain stood there, as if the thought had never occurred to him. Probably it hadn't. Then he snapped to attention, replying: "Yes. Yes of course I have." Now why do I doubt that? Sabrael nodded. "Good." He turned around and walked away. Behind him, he could hear the captain tell his radio officer to relay the message that they came on a diplomatic venture, no doubt thinking Sabrael could no longer hear him. As he left the bridge, the chaos finally seemed to subside, and once more Sabrael mourned the loss of Redpeppers' old captains. The damage done by the insurrection would take years to be fully healed.
RP: The homefront
Arch Chancellor Sariel looked across the room, observing her generals and military commanders. They seemed nervous, fidgeting and looking at every direction but hers. After what seemed like ages, her voice broke the silence. "So you're telling me that there at least three false Arch Chancellors and a so-called king ruling half of the country?" Another silence. "Yes, Arch Chancellor," someone finally said. "And what are your plans to deal with these pretenders?" she asked. "Deal with how?" someone asked, and all eyes in the room shifted to the speaker. Gordaig. She should have guessed. One of the new generals, promoted to top of the ranks for a lack of others. He was a young man, but not a particularly ambitious one, and every time he spoke she wished his predecessor still sat in his place. One must work with the tools one has, however, she mused. "How? That is what I am asking you, general Gordaig." The man looked to his left and to his right, but there seemed to be no escape. "Well," he finally said, "I would say the best option is to talk to these pretenders. While we could take them on individually, if they unite against us, a war would be very costly. I'm sure these men will see reason." He sank back into his seat, no doubt thinking he had made a reasonable case. No doubt with Sabrael he'd have been right. Sabrael was always willing to talk, to show mercy. And look where he ended up. She met his gaze, her eyes cold as steel, and held it. Long enough for him to start sweating. "You'd have us talk?" It was spoken softly, yet it rang through the room. "You'd have us recognise these pretenders?" Louder now, heavy with cold fury. The room seemed to shrink. "You'd have us capitulate to their demands? No, general Gordaig, that simply will not do. You will gather your troops and you will crush any opposition you find in your way." She lowered her voice again. "No, general Gordaig. This country has capitulated before, and I will not see it happening again." She looked at each of the generals, waiting for an objection. None came. "Dismissed," she finally said. The generals scrambled to get out of the room, leaving her with her thoughts.

A video posted by those claiming to be representatives of the FELA has recently surfaced on the internet depicting 3 masked men. The man standing in the middle speaks throughout the video.
"We are the Free Enmarri Liberation Army, for to long have the citizens of this nation been oppressed by authoritarian tyrants. The oppression ends now. The FELA will stop at nothing until we are able to implement the full dissolution of government in Enmarr, so that the people may truly be free. The FELA asks that those empathetic to our cause give us aid and equipment so that together we can bring down the government leviathan!"

This isn't good
The supreme commander himself has released and official statement to the people of Enmare both acknowledging the revolt in the west and calling for Enmaris to take up their patriotic duties of defending the from traitors. The supreme lord has also issued a request to the TNL for aid in stabilizing the region, however the supreme Commander is very insistent that this is not war simply a phase of civil unrest.
RP: Democratic Aid Comes, More Expected
After being made aware of Exbrenia's political situation, it didn't take long for a Democratic Aid Plan to be devised and greenlit by the Evven political body. Alongside a flag created for the new government by the Evven Vexillological Association, Kalrania's most fast-working flag-making body, ten Evven advisors are to come to Exbrenia to aid related parties in the formation and first elections of a new Exbrenia.

RP: The Reign of the Monarchy
The Third Imperial Army along with the government of Nonadia have accepted a ceasefire in order to give time to write a peace treaty, and Queen Lovin ll's reign over the country will go on. Kosama has been exiled from the country, and has requested refuge in Icewindia after being purged. The Third Imperial Navy is ordered to force stop in order to allow Icewindian ships to leave carefully. All troops and tanks that are sent to the fronts are also ordered to stand still, though not leave.
A rebuilding process is put into place, and over 10 trillion nanoes (20 trillion USD) are put into reconstruction. The supply of oil remains extremely vulnerable as rebuilding takes place, with Nonadia having a dangerously low amount of oil. Suddenly, the nation is thrown into an era of reconstruction, which is planned to last over a decade.
RP: Peace?
It was confusing for radio officers to process that an armed convoy was there for a diplomatic mission, but after telling the captain of the main destroyer that they came in peace and diplomacy, the ships' anchor drops into the ocean. A message was sent back saying "You bring an armed convoy on diplomatic missions?", and another message was sent stating "Please anchor down near Nonadian boats if you would like a diplomatic mission". This was in fact the first time this has occurred in Nonadia, where a nation was doing diplomacy with actual warships. Now knowing it is for diplomacy, all soldiers are ordered to get out of their area and meet at the bow.
RP: City-Wide Lockdown declared in Korone City
The Inumimisian Capital City has been put on a City-Wide Lockdown. The Military has already moved in and after the City Square Incident tensions have been higher than ever. Separatist movements have been openly attacking Royal, State and Local buildings along with launching random attacks on Police and Military Units. Multiple Armored Vehicles from the military have already moved into the city to heavily enforce the lockdown and have been given vague rules of engagement.
RP: On the State of the Union
Liberation Day, April, 2118:
"18 years ago today, a war was fought here in Evacasia. One fought not by Evacasians, but among Evacasians. Brothers turned on brothers, and former friends fought on the battlefield with cold hearts and rifles. The nation was embroiled in war, and the people ultimately payed the price.
The scars of this war last today, and no doubt will last for decades to come. They are an ever-constant reminder of the struggles we faced to free ourselves, and they give us the context required to truly appreciate the Evacasia we have today. This Evacasia, the one we dreamt of, the one our fallen heroes dreamt of, is one of unity and compassion. Where all are held in equal and high regard, where all are treated with dignity and respect, where the common man can truly say he lives free. We dreamt of a nation with bright and cosy homesteads, where the fields and villages would be joyous with the sounds of industry, and the streets and paths would be alive with the fervorous cheers of a liberated people.
We realised our dream with all the tenacity we had. We founded this nation, molding it into one we could be proud of. One that others may see as a model of a truly great society.
My fellow Evacasians, our dream is under threat. Once more we face an interior threat, this one far more grave than any before. RP: A Momentary Peace
The FRA stepped up their attacks throughout summer and into autumn, going hard on the offensive against the Evacasian Government. They attacked public services and state buildings, building a reputation as a remorseless and deadly force. Their ever more extreme views and actions garnered an infamous reputation across Evacasia, with their members and enemies growing rapidly in numbers.
Calls for a ceasefire are made by the people in Pforzheim. The violence has been ongoing for almost a year now; thousands are dead, tens of thousands injured, millions more homeless. The destruction is visible in the city, in the suburbs, and from the surrounding area. The suffering caused by this period of unrest has been going on long enough, and a deal has to be made.
Starting in June, the negotiations ran on for months. They stalled for weeks on end, as both sides remained unwilling to yield any ground. Mentions of independence were drowned out by calls of unity; the back and forth made any compromise impossible. The citizens of Fenland were then made centre stage, as both sides claimed to represent 'the will of the people'. Neither side, however, could back their claims up with any proof. In reality, there was only one outcome that could realistically be made. The bureaucrats and idealists simply couldn't make as good a decision as the people themselves.
In at most one year, a referendum will take place in North and South Fenland. This will be the deciding decision on the matter of Fenish independence. Whatever the people demand, the Government will follow.
RP: A new age
With the end of the Halloween Uprising and peace secured, the country had a new sense of nationalism and pride with unity being a prime reason, the Republic kept itself together and the Aslanian and Wolfinite populations have been getting along a lot better in recent months. Peace was achieved as small independence movements still exist but are not much of an issue and are more of a little joke and such across the country. With this, national unity is stronger as well with the economy rebuilding as the Wolfinites assist the Aslanians in reconstructing the damage of the war. The nation emerged stronger and united, and with this, focus on ending the war in East kowen as the Wolfinites pressure Artaecus to get a treaty done with so stability can be reached again in the region. Though the Wolfinites do show interest in the Kowenian islands for many reasons...though it is unsure how the locals view of the Wolfinites.
RP: Infiltration
Shortly after the denial and recent escalations of tensions in Icewindia remors have spread that members of the Cross of Fire have attempted to cross the Blayredeshian-Icewindian Border especially in the far north in the Aurelian Mountains in order to enter Icewindia due to the low number of Blayredeshian Border Guards there. Many suspect their goals are to carry out terror attacks against strikers and DRA members in Dharkolfia.
RP: A Deafening Silence
As a result of the recent FELA activity the CIS have begun an investigation into the group to get a better feel for its ideological and economic positions. Publicly though the Confederate Imperial Ministry of State has said nothing except that “operations to protect stability in Enmarr will begin soon” although nobody knows what they mean by this as no actions have been taken by the Blayredeshian Military. It seems de la Croix is unwilling to embroil Blayredeshia in a drawn out civil war on the wrong side and has thus chosen to observe the situation closely.
RP: King Ratifies Votes to Join LAT
Bucuresti, Rumania - Following offers to join both the KERU and LAT, Rumanian Parliament held a series of votes to determine the future of Rumania's geopolitics. After nearly four hours of discussion, Parliament settled on joining the LAT, a proposal which they then submitted to the Prime Minister and King to be ratified. After the vote was ratified by the Prime Minister and King, Foreign Secretary Demetru Bagatroni submitted a formal request to join the LAT.

RP: Diakok Pushed From Debrecen and Pest
Satu Mare, Magyarorzag - FAR and Southern Alliance Coalition Forces have successfully pushed the Diakok out of the cities of Pest and Debrecen, once again forcing the Diakok into the the Carpathian Mountains. Coalition leader, Petre Demetrescu, has announced that the Diakok has largely been pushed from southern Magyarorzag [Carpathia] and that Rumanian and Southern Alliance intelligence has pointed towards a imminent collapse of the Diakok due to infighting and factionalism of the command structure. The recapture of Debrecen and Pest allowed the Southern Alliance to safely return thousands of displaced families to their homes, but many still remain refugees in Rumania.
RP: Prime Minister Gives Emergency 1 Billion to Aid Refugee Crisis
Navodari, Rumania - As several months passed since the start of the refugee crisis, tens of thousands of refugees remained homeless and without documentation in Northern Rumania, despite foreign aid. The local and state governments had, by this point, run out of additional funds and resources and private donations were unable to pay for additional housing along with the supplies needed. Federal funding and supplies had been exhausted much earlier and attempts to document and relocate the some hundreds of thousands were impossible. Seeing the extent of the crisis that was taking place in the north, Parliament understandably sought to help alleviate the issue but, due to disagreements on the amount of money and supplies that should be given, no actual aid was allocated. So to do something about the crisis, the Prime Minister has used the declaration of state of emergency in Moldavia to provide an emergency 1 billion Leus to the Federal Department for Emergency Mitigation and Management crisis team in Navodari.
RP: Adrian Ciolacu Publishes Oligarhi
Constanta, Rumania - Adrian Ciolacu, leader of the socialist wing of the PNL and one of the founding fathers of the 9th Republic, has released a new book Oligarhi [Oligarchs] detailing the troubled history between Rumanian democracy and the political and economic elite. According to Ciolacu, the failings of Rumanian democracy are the result of the massive influences of the political aristocracy and the economic elite in a bloated Federal bureaucracy. Ciolacu describes the "five Oligarchs of Rumania," as: the political elite (i.e. political families), the aristocracy, the energy barons, the agricultural industry executives, and the patriarchs (i.e. religious leaders). According to Ciolacu, the sheer amount of influence that these groups have over the Rumanian economy and society allowed them to manipulate the government and disassociate the government from the wishes of the working and middle classes. Ciolacu warns that the current government, the 9th Republic, has tread dangerously close to falling under the influence of the Oligarchs; He proposes that the public should hold significantly more sway in the government and ensure that the government listens to and works for them rather than the oligarchs. The book has become extremely popular with much of the nation and is expected to have caused a large shift of the Rumanian political mindset.

Emperor Hemlock flies to Nonadia himself with Admiral Catherine, His Army Cheifs and some members of government representing his Political Factions. He Asks the Treaty Signing be recorded so future Generations and future Nonadians understand Clearly Emperor Hemlock's Reasons for coming to the Table.
He Purposes Treaty of Lovin:
-Icewindia will pay for 10 Trillion Nanoes of Damage
-Kosama and Republicans are Pardoned if they agree to cease activities.

The Reactionaries walk out of the Treaty Room refusing to sign such a humiliating Treaty. In Which Emperor Hemlock has them arrested as he and his Loyal Staff signs the Treaty and offers pen to Queen Lovin. He Apologizes to the Queen and the People of Nonadia asking the Sole Blame Rest on himself and not the Icewindian People.
RP: Border Guards.
Icewindian Border Guards in that Region are Wolfinites and Shardin Dharkolfians Operating there and many are Sympathetic to the DRA. However some accept bribes looking the other way for 500,000 Ice Stone Per 5 Minutes. However time is limited as Border Guards are being replaced slowly with Lizardmen Icewindians due to this known Sympathies and Bribery.

RP: On Kang-Dae arrested after dramatic police chase
IIM authorities descended upon the location they had suspected On Kang-Dae was at, his apartment, although when they entered the apartment they found a window open (Kang-Dae lived on the second floor) which led the agents to believe On Kang-Dae had fled the scene, police found him six blocks away trying to get onto a public transport bus. On Kang-Dae then forcibly removed the driver of the bus, and attempted to evade the police in the bus. A chase ensued, whiched ended after 20 minutes. The chase ended when On Kang-Dae attempted to turn at an intersection at a high rate of speed, causing him to lose control and had impacted a series of parked vehicles on the side of the road. Police and agents surronded the bus, and fearing On Kang-Dae may have been armed, drew their weapons and demanded he leave the bus. After two minutes, Kang-Dae had exited the bus without incident and surrendered himself to authorities. He was later found to not be armed.
Six other persons were in the bus when Kang-Dae had hijacked it, although they only received minor injuries in the crash. The bus driver was also unharmed as Kang-Dae dragged him out of the bus without assaulting him.

While authorities did have circumstanial evidence surronding No Yejun, he was later released after a search of his home came up with nothing and so did his finanaces. He is however still a suspect in the investigation due to closely matching one of the men in the CCTV footage and lack of an alibi, although with a lack of evidence IIM authorities were forced to have him released.
Somun Yong-Gi confessed to partaking in the heist, but refused to give any information to the IIM agents regarding the identity or locations of the other men. A search of Yong-Gi's home found more stolen cash hidden in bags, although no evidence to assist the investigation in identitfying the suspects. They had seized Yong-Gi's computer, but found it to be password locked and were unable to retrieve the password with no clues around the house and Yong-Gi refusing to give the password.
The fourth suspect, the Rumanian, has some close matches to potentially identify him. The first close match was a man named Vasile Neagoe, who was enlisted in the Rumanian army and was deployed to Central state of kowen. He had however gone missing after a night out with his friends three months prior to the heist, and is currently listed as a deserter. Rumor has it he was kidnapped or even murdered, although a brief investigation of his whereabouts in the past came up with nothing. The second close match was an ex-con named Antonie Bota, who had a prior conviction of impersonating a government official and wire fraud. Antonie Bota however had a solid alibi after security footage confirmed him to be at his workplace during the time of the heist. The third and final close match, Robert Ivascu, is a clerk within the Timisoara bank (although not the same branch the one the heist occured at) and when his location was asked to his family, they said he is currently out of the country celebrating honeymoon with his newly wed wife in Nonadia.

"And inform them that we are wary to bring important envoys without a secure escort." Sabrael waited for further instructions. When none came, he cleared his throat. The captain turned towards him. "Yes?" "Perhaps it would be worth apologising for bringing a convoy of warships into their sovereign territory." The captain looked thoughtful for a minute, then said "I will consider it." Will you now? No doubt you will present it as your own idea, too. Sabrael had to clench his teeth to keep quiet. "As you will, captain," he managed to force out.
