It's all true... but: the closest system, Alpha Centauri, is only 4.4 light years away though. Maybe you confused system with galaxy?
Still, you're right. We could be the first in our galaxy. And yes, we weren't looking for signs of life that long actually. Only a few decades yet. And only the next generation of telescopes will really be able to analyse the atmospheres of exo planets. I'm looking forward to the James Webb Space Telescope.

I think both sides are fearful to me, but also not in a certain way?
Also, another weird thing, if let's say another alien life is hundreds of thousands of light years away. They would only see humanity at a point of its infancy, when we were hunters and gatherers. What if theoretically, alien life searched for intelligent life already, but saw our planet and only thought of us as simple creatures not advanced enough for their liking. So in this sense they would never know of our development into what we are today.

Yeah. When you're looking into space you look into the past.
But I don't think they could observe our species using telescopes many light years away. Even if they build really huge telescopes. They'd need to come to our solar system to observe us. Yes, it's possible that aliens came and looked around but we don't have any evidence for that.

Ah, the Great Filter Theory. Now that is one scary theory indeed, whether we able to pass it or not. If the theory that we are alone because complex life, for all its advance in idea and technology, being impossible to pass through that Filter, it means that we already nearing our doom. But if the Filter allows only a select few to pass through it, then the question "What are the recipe to bypass the Filter" will be up, and searching those idea of recipe will takes a lot of time, again with how beautifully contradicting humanity is, does not gives me confidence on our survival to pass through that Filter.
Still, it is a wonderful, scary, induced feeling when thinking about all this.

People can have multiple nations, however only one may be in the WA at once. This is the case with Crystal. They like to participate in R/D (that is, raiding/defending) with another of their nations. R/D requires you to be in the WA because it involves endorsing others.
Check out our regional Discord server, that’s where most of our region’s governmental activity takes place.
And may I repeat what others have said before: please don’t post excessive amounts of messages. It’s really irritating. A good rule of thumb is this: don’t post more than two messages in a row. Even then, if you can fit everything you want to say into just one message, that would be best.

THANK YOU
The second thing you say is true, going to check a message every time is very irritating, thanks for making me realize

I don't think anyone has said this answer yet, so, Quantum Computers. I think that if we finally end up creating one, science would be more advanced than it ever has.
