Iran doesn't have nuclear weapons AFAIK, but that doesn't mean the US has only those weapons. At this point we'll have to wait and see.

Your flag is what you want it to be. If you want it to be an pic of your cat or a realistic flag based on your nation's in depth history, whatever you want is fine. There are no regional flag requirements.
