The problem starts when people think they're entitled to not listening to moderation 30 times in a row and to posting relentless spam, and when it turns out they're not entitled to that, they get angry and start calling us names.

I've been part of the TCB for around 2 months now and often all I see is needless spam. If you want the TCB to be more inviting, then start having proper discussion/debate. Also, people should always ask questions! It's how we learn. Obviously these questions need to be valid and not just spam. From what I've gathered the format/running of the region is good, but I do agree when you say the RMB needs to be inviting.
