I wouldn't say we're not inviting. Tens of people post here and don't have a problem. The problem starts when people think they're entitled to not listening to moderation 30 times in a row and to posting relentless spam, and when it turns out they're not entitled to that, they get angry and start calling us names.

well that's what i mean...the relentless spam isn't inviting. To some extent its an issue of the individual, but as a leftist region, it only makes sense that we collectively try to change the culture, no?

Aaah, I get ya. The mods have been talking on the discord about improving RMB moderation. We'll see.

Of course. I always try to start out respectful and engage in thoughtful discussion. Unfortunately, a lot of people never listen.

Uh strange question, mostly TCB is trying to cut down on spam, usual RMB maintenance.

I've been part of the TCB for around 2 months now and often all I see is needless spam. If you want the TCB to be more inviting, then start having proper discussion/debate. Also, people should always ask questions! It's how we learn. Obviously these questions need to be valid and not just spam. From what I've gathered the format/running of the region is good, but I do agree when you say the RMB needs to be inviting.
