You read from there too? One of my favorite authors from there hasn’t written much in a while.
Naturally. Always a bit annoying when you never get to find out how a story ends too.
Her stories were really high quality too. It’s a shame she hasn’t written for so long.
I could easily name a bunch of different authors that match that description.
In my experience, this tends to be the major difference between amateur authors who release their work for free, and paid professionals. Professionals can afford to write as a full-time job, and need to keep doing it to get paid, but that can result in rushing out uninspired filler in order to meet deadlines. Amateurs who are doing it for the art often produce superior-quality work when they actually update... but good luck getting them to update.
Alright Trotterdam, This is getting a little ridiculous. It's been almost two weeks since Princess Luna sent out the initial TG, I've sent you one since then, and I've tried to nudge you here and still no response. Are you going to join the Discord or not?
I think the fact that I'm not there is a pretty good clue.

We've just sent a telegram, but NS rules require it to be flagged as a recruitment telegram, so some people may miss it due to preferences. We're going to repeat most of the content here:
It seems like Magical Equestria is not likely to be returning, and as a result, we need to think about our next steps as a region. We (Candy, Frenquestria and I) have been talking and looking at what we can do to open the region again without facing a significant risk of raider activity. Unfortunately, if we remove the password for the region at any point it does pose a risk that our community will be disrupted.
We’ve done two things here, first, we have set up a Discord server, to keep in touch with the membership, and look at what we can do to mitigate any attacks on the region, by allowing us to put the region back together. If you want the link to the Discord channel, please send me a telegram and I will aim to get you one within 24 hours.
Second, we’ve created a new region (with a new puppet nation of mine, Shimmering Equestria, as founder), as a secure successor to the Pony Lands region, which we can open for new members. This region is:
What we suggest is that everypony move over to Pony Realms, and that we keep a few nations (including Princess Luna) to keep the lights on in Pony Lands as part of our regional heritage. It would be great to have everyone together in a region where we can welcome new people, especially if the new generation of MLP brings new interest for us.
Both this RMB and the Pony Realms ones will be set up with embassies, so you should be able to post in the Pony Realms RMB from Pony Lands, if you don't choose to move.

Aw man, I'll lose my 3rd place for residency (since 2012, I believe)! But I guess it's for the best. Out of interest, are you planning on keeping this region locked - especially if there is no border control nation?
What happens if everyone refuses to move? I'm happy to, I'm just wondering about other people.
I expect the regional population will dwindle naturally, with puppets and others gradually CTEing with no way to get back in. Only way to force people to leave would be to eject them, and I certainty can't do that from here. :P Also, Embassy test. It was on founders and delegates only before...
Hmm. Four way tie for most endorsements right now. Might want to keep an eye on that.
