IVC launches pan-Mediterranean naval exercise

The Sanatana Samrajya has launched a pan mediterranean naval exercise. Ships taking part in the exercise will set off from Tel Aviv, all the way to Ceuta, South of Gibralter, via ports in Alexandria, Malta and Tunis. The exercise is to assert naval dominance of our thalassocracy in the Mediterranean sea, and also send a message to the state's enemies as well as extending an olive branch of friendship to those who want it.

OOC: You can't "blockade" the sea. It is numerically impossible to blockade an entire sea. Blockades usually occur across straits or areas close to the naval base. Also, a blockade throughout the sea would lead to a global economic collapse.

Avanthistan affirms its commitment to global peace, but would like to point out that a nation engaging in military exercises in waters close to them, as long as they are not violating any International law or precedent, is not justification to blockade a major waterway.

Regardless, Avanthistan is open to international trade, and is one of the most trade friendly nations in the world, as well as tourism.

As part of the grand naval exercise by The Sanatana Samrajya, one fleet will be dispatched to Kumbhalgarh's naval base to take part in the joint exercise between Kumbhalgarh and Awell Islands.

The inaugural ceremony of Indussean Maritime Institute of Marine Technology (IMIMT) starts, various world leaders join the dice with the leader of Indusse "Baskar H Kumar". Baskar H Kumar has been planning to open diplomatic relations and Sign pacts with the diplomats who has arrived.
