I propose that we rotate the summit chair according to length of residency in the region. This means that Mailam will hold the first summit, Omniphasa shall hold the second one, etc. This summit, although relatively small, will take time to prepare, so approximately 6 weeks will suffice, I think. This summit shall be called the G4 summit, assuming the delegation from Romae Veteris is interested in attending. More details to come.

As an alt of Vultasia, I think an embassy with The Versutian Federation would be beneficial to both. It's new because the old region (take out the "the") lost its founder, and a founderless region isn't safe.

Please begin preparations for a regional summit to be held in our capital, Nepyidaw, immediately. I want you to construct a plan regarding details of overnight accommodation for diplomats and high officials, refreshments, facilities, security and anything else you can find to ensure that this summit will run as smoothly as possible. The Mailamese government is currently working on preparations for hosting the regional summit in the capital, Nepyidaw. This prestigious summit so far has confirmed the participation of a minimum of 3 world leaders and at least 100 delegates, ranging from Central Bank Governors to Ministers of Energy. Three countries have confirmed their interest in attending this high-profile meeting: Mailam, Omniphasa, and The Air Kingdoms. An invitation has been sent by Sang Min to Emperor Ragnar of the Empire of Romae Veteris, but no response has been received yet. According to the Budget Office of Mailam, an estimated 5 billion nguen will be allocated towards hosting this summit, of which 30% will be channeled towards maintaining security, 50% towards maintenance and accommodation, and 20% towards other necessities. Sang Min states that �this summit will provide a shining opportunity to showcase our rising nation to the world. A divided groups living in a once war-torn wasteland now have the chance to work together to ensure that our standing in the world is enhanced by fostering healthier relations with other countries, and that our reputation grows along with our rising economic clout.�

I have accepted the proposal of Mailam to attend the G4 summit in 5 weeks’ time. This is good tidings, it has been far too long since we have had strong ties with our neighbours, and this bodes well for the future. As you well know, after we split from the rest of the Kingdoms and established our own “free peoples” it has been hard without close ties to the outside world. We must make every effort to ensure this coming conference a success. Iro; I need you to make sure that while we are travelling there is no trouble, also, by the time the conference comes to our kingdoms we need to ensure that it all goes smoothly, we can’t leave a bad impression on our first official visit. Kora; I need you to keep in contact with Mailam and the other participants to make sure we are aptly prepared for the coming conference. Boomi; I need you to sell this to our people, they need to be excited, they need to see this as the way to the future. Anything you can do for this in the media is welcomed.
