I extend heartfelt congratulations to the Commonwealth of Tamazgha on the significant progress made in the decolonisation efforts of Ceuta. The joint administration of Ceuta represents a crucial step towards reclaiming sovereignty and asserting rightful authority over this territory.

It is commendable to witness the determination and resilience of the people of Tamazgha in asserting their rights and reclaiming their ancestral lands. The joint administration of Ceuta is not only a victory for the people of Tamazgha but also a resounding affirmation of the principles of self-determination and sovereignty.

This deal has forced The United British Kingdom to acknowledge it has no legitimate authority in Ceuta or anywhere on the continent of Africa. It is a powerful statement against the remnants of colonialism and imperialism that continue to linger in our world today. Russia stands in solidarity with all African people in the face of Western colonialism and its barbaric nature.

We reaffirm our unwavering support for the Commonwealth of Tamazgha in its quest for justice, dignity, and sovereignty. May the joint administration of Ceuta serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for all those striving for freedom and independence across the African continent and beyond.

Nadezhda Zykina Meets with Chinese Premier Zhèng Guo: Strengthening Economic and Strategic Ties

Rainy Season Brings Adversity

Japanese Embassy in The United British Kingdom - Encrypted Message

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

The Empire of Japan is deeply humbled to have the United Kingdom as a great friend and ally. The Empire of Japan and the United Kingdom have fought side-by-side in many wars starting with the Boxer Rebellion in China. The Empire of Japan and the United Kingdom have also stood together against Russian aggression since the 1890s.

The United Kingdom was Japan’s first ally starting in 1902 with the signing of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance which expired in 1923 and the alliance helped protect Japan against Russian aggression. The alliance also helped Japan gain international prestige and be considered on-par with other powers.

In the Russo-Japanese War, the United Kingdom sided with Japan against Russia which angered many European powers such as Russia and France and also the United States. The United Kingdom provided assistance through intelligence, financing, ship designs, and diplomacy throughout the war. The United Kingdom also compared Japan’s attack on Port Arthur as similar to the British Battle of Trafalgar and awarded the Imperial Japanese Navy a lock of Admiral Nelson’s hair which is now displayed in the Imperial Japanese Naval Museum.

During the outbreak of World War One, Japan answered the British Empire’s call for allies and took German possession’s in the Pacific and China. Japanese Warships were also dispatched to the Mediterranean and protected Allied shipping from German U-Boat attacks.

Unfortunately in 1923, the alliance was dissolved due to United States pressure. But UK continued to send goodwill messages such as sending ships to Tokyo in 1934 for a naval parade in honor of the late Admiral Togo Heihachirō which the UK called the “Nelson of the East”.

Japan had a brief war with the United Kingdom starting in 1941 and ending in 1945 which Japan is sorry for. But after the war, Japan and the United Kingdom continued to build relations and the United Kingdom remains one of Japan’s closest allies. The United Kingdom also helped Japan’s transition to democracy, with Japan adopting a Westminster type government. Japan and the United Kingdom continue to stand as beacons of international law and against Russia’s imperialist ambitions.

In honor of our historic relationship, the Empire of Japan would like to host a Japanese-Anglo Friendship Exposition in the United Kingdom and establish a Japanese-Anglo Friendship Museum in both of our countries.

The Empire of Japan on the behalf of the Emperor would like to award a Katana to the British Crown in a formal ceremony and also cherry blossom trees to be planted throughout London.

_{Descending upon an inconspicuous townhouse in the Shelograd District south of Suvorovo Centre, authorities have arrested Aksit Akkoyun, a Turkish national living in Zeleniya under permanent immigrant status. On Facebook, Mr. Akkoyun appears as a humble 30 year-old man who works as a baggage handler at Zelenavia's hub at Yelizovo Gumin International Airport and enjoys to do competitive bowling in his pastime. However, in speaking to the press, the National Police Agency has stated that Mr. Akkoyun raised "immediate alarm" upon revealing his true nature on Twitter and 4chan.}

In the day before his "the Great Jihad," Mr. Akkoyun posted threats against the Zoroastrian Centre of Yelizovo (which serves as a pillar in Zeleniya's religious Iranian Community) and the Alevi Justice Centre, remarking that the "Iranian people are nothing less than an obstruction that must be liquidated to realize the true unity that Turks have been longing for."}

Japanese Scientists discover huge oil reserves in Antarctica

Japanese Scientists have discovered oil reserves totaling around 511bn barrels of oil in Antarctica and several science groups are looking at developing oil drill platforms for scientific purposes. A new scientific group called the Evergreen Science Group has drawn up plans to develop a scientific oil platform expected to drill up to 100,000 barrels of oil a day which will go to a science facility in Japan to be studied. After it’s scientifically studied the oil will be properly disposed by recycling it in an oil refinery.

Postponement of Presidential Election's Final Phase Due to Cyclone Impact

Today's scheduled final phase of the 9th Presidential Election of Greater United Bangla has been postponed due to the impact of a small-scale cyclone that later weakened into a tropical storm. This weather event swept through central Bangla, affecting areas from Kolkata to Khulna and causing heavy rainfall across the nation.

The Election Commission made the decision to postpone the critical and most populated phase of the presidential election to May 15th in order to assess and prepare any affected areas. Preliminary reports indicate that there have been no major damages to property or loss of lives due to the cyclone.

However, in Khulna and Kolkata, three locations experienced disruptions to electricity supply as a result of fallen trees damaging power lines. Efforts are underway to restore these services swiftly.

Consortium to consider viability of High Speed Rail
_{Potential 320km/h network proposed for the UZA}

After months of consideration the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure - Jack Burgher lead a press conference in Pretoria to outline plans to study the viability of 'true high-speed rail' to link the main population centres of the UZA at up to 320kph.

"The limitations of 3' 6" gauge, which UZA railways are made up of is well known in terms of the top speed. It is simple physics, the gauge means curves have to be very very gradual to allow high speeds compared to standard gauge of 4' 8 1/2" which is in use across the world as the standard for higher speed and high speed rail.

At present, the X2000 Express Tilt Train is the fastest narrow gauge passenger train in service, but even this only manages 180km an hour. This means travel times between Cape Town and Johannesburg are around 10hours. This not only means long travel times for passengers but inefficient use of rolling stock and high staff costs as trains can do less trips per day.

A dedicated High Speed corridor would have benefits to passengers, and to the wider economy through productivity and easier travel as well as lower operating costs. Make no mistake though, high speed rail will be very expensive and so it's feasibility must be studied in detail.

Today we establish a consortium between, ZARail Engineering, Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation and Hitachi Rail of -Empire of Japan-, with business case and Engineering support from Arup of The United British Kingdom.

The initial feasibility is due to take around 6 months. It is unlikely that this will give a firm answer, we will need to have a national conversation around whether this is something we want to do."

COMPREHENSIVE ANTI-HATE CRIME LAW PASSED BY IMPERIAL DIET

Iran is a very religiously diverse nation, being home to many domestic faiths unlike any others in the world. However, with reports of increasing levels of hate crimes and intolerance to the police, the Central Government has deemed it sufficient to pass a comprehensive law to strengthen law enforcement and bring awareness to the Iranian people of the rise in religious tension.

The law, titled the "Prevention of Religious Hate Law," increases punishment for certain religious hate crimes to include longer jail times combined with fines, along with the punishment of unpaid labor to Iranian infrastructure projects. Such religious crimes includes anti-Semitism and prejudice towards Christians, Jews, Baha'is, Yazidis, Manichaeans, Mandaeans, Ahmadis, Alevis, Shia Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, and other "religious minorities." The bill also enables an expedited form of citizenship for religious minorities in the Middle East, including Syriac Christians, Druze, and other "persecuted minorities" who wish to seek refuge in Iran.

"Iran is no place for religious intolerance. Iranians are not prejudiced towards others, although the problem of religious intolerance is still significant within the Empire. Our nation allows those from all faiths to be openly accepted within our society without the fear of prejudice that they make experience in their countries of origin," said Behdis Gaanjia in the Mehestan during a debate regarding the bill. The bill has been received with overwhelming positivity among the people, especially those of religious minorities, many of whom have had to face prejudice.
