MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS | МИНИСТЕРСТВО ИНОСТРАННЫХ ДЕЛ

Remarks by Marina Zavalnaya, Spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation
    12 May 2024, Sunday

To our Brothers and Sisters of the Commonwealth of Tamazgha,

I extend heartfelt congratulations to the Commonwealth of Tamazgha on the significant progress made in the decolonisation efforts of Ceuta. The joint administration of Ceuta represents a crucial step towards reclaiming sovereignty and asserting rightful authority over this territory.

It is commendable to witness the determination and resilience of the people of Tamazgha in asserting their rights and reclaiming their ancestral lands. The joint administration of Ceuta is not only a victory for the people of Tamazgha but also a resounding affirmation of the principles of self-determination and sovereignty.

This deal has forced The United British Kingdom to acknowledge it has no legitimate authority in Ceuta or anywhere on the continent of Africa. It is a powerful statement against the remnants of colonialism and imperialism that continue to linger in our world today. Russia stands in solidarity with all African people in the face of Western colonialism and its barbaric nature.

We reaffirm our unwavering support for the Commonwealth of Tamazgha in its quest for justice, dignity, and sovereignty. May the joint administration of Ceuta serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for all those striving for freedom and independence across the African continent and beyond.

BBC News - Ceuta Protests: British Citizens Voice Concerns Over Joint Sovereignty Treaty

Introduction
In the historic city of Ceuta, a British territory for over 300 years, tensions are simmering. Despite recent referendums where citizens overwhelmingly chose to remain under British governance rather than moving to a joint sovereignty model with the Commonwealth of Tamazgha, protests have erupted. The demonstrations reflect deep-seated concerns about a new treaty that proposes shared control between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Tamazgha.

The Heart of the Issue
Ceuta's strategic position at the mouth of the Mediterranean has long made it a nexus of European and African commerce and culture. The recent treaty, introduced despite the referendum's clear mandate, has surprised and angered many locals who feel their votes and voices have been disregarded.

Details of the Treaty
The Treaty of Joint Administration for Ceuta outlines several key provisions:
- Joint Council Establishment: A body comprising equal representatives from both the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Tamazgha to govern Ceuta.
- Economic and Social Integration: Aims to facilitate the free movement of goods, services, and people between Ceuta and the two governing nations.
- Military Cooperation: Includes provisions for a shared military presence, specifically at Ceuta’s airbase, to bolster regional security.

Citizen Reactions
Protesters argue that the treaty contradicts the results of the recent referendums, where the majority voted to maintain exclusive British sovereignty. "We voted clearly and decisively to remain British," shared Maria, a local shop owner and protestor. "This treaty feels like a betrayal of our democratic decision."

Government Responses
Officials from the UK have been quick to respond, emphasizing that the treaty is a strategic decision aimed at enhancing regional security and economic stability. However, details on how they plan to align these strategic goals with the expressed will of Ceuta’s citizens remain vague.

Looking Forward
As the protests continue, the future of Ceuta hangs in the balance. The British government faces the complex task of navigating international diplomacy and local dissatisfaction. How they manage this may set a precedent for how democratic decisions within their territories align with broader geopolitical strategies.

Conclusion
The situation in Ceuta is a poignant example of the complexities facing modern governance, where international relations and local democratic voices often collide. The coming months will be crucial in determining whether the voices of Ceuta's citizens can influence the final implementation of the joint sovereignty treaty.

Moscow, Russia – In a landmark meeting between the Vozhd of All-Russians, Nadezhda Zykina, and Chinese Premier Zhèng Guo, held in Moscow, Russia and China have reaffirmed their commitment to deepening economic cooperation and strategic partnership. The discussions focused on expanding cooperation in key areas such as energy, trade, infrastructure development, and defense, as well as addressing shared concerns regarding regional security and territorial integrity.

The Commonwealth takes note of the concerns the people of Ceuta are expressing. The government wishes to set up a panel in the city where people can voice their concerns and ask any questions regarding what will happen now. Details will need to be discussed but Tamazgha's intention for Ceutans are thus: Border to be opened. An offer of citizenship and all the benefits it entails, including visa free travel to other GSA countries. Development in infrastructure to connect Ceuta to the rest of the mainland, increasing the prosperity and importance of Ceuta. Ability to take part in Tamazghan politics. And with the Commonwealth now taking part in defending Ceuta the region will be safer.

Rainy Season Brings Adversity

Testing the mettle of both the Indonesian people and governance, mother nature has once again brought with her a plethora of natural disasters this rainy season that plague the Indonesian archipelago. From cold lava flows and mudslides in West Sumatra, inclement rains causing an uptick in vehicular crashes throughout Java, flooding events throughout Sulawesi and Papua, recent events have left local communities reelint from the devastating effects. Local authorities have been responding promptly and efficiently to every happening, ensuring evacuation routines are efficiently being seen through as well as temporary shelter and or housing and supplies are provided to those affected. This has more thoroughly tested the central government's ability to seamlessly coordinate multiple crises simultaneously, diverting disaster relief aid and resources to those in need while maintaining enough reserves for future incidents as they appear never ending on the horizon. President Rayyan signed into law just yesterday a bill allocating a higher budget for natural disaster response relief for regions more frequently affected. This comes as Jakarta continues to reassess the most efficient ways to respond to these inclement events.

In unrelated news, Sultan Zarak Aman Ibni bin Dhaafir, Sultan and Yang-di Pertuan of the State of Johor, The Abode of Dignity and its dependencies has in an unexpected move, decided to abdicate his throne after only nine years of coronation, and fourteen as de facto Sultan. It is speculated that His Majesty Ibni bin Dhaafir has decided to abdicate so that heir apparent, Atan Yunos Mutlaq Ibni bin Zarak may ascend to the throne of the State of Johor. The royal family of Johor has currently declined to answer any questions on this matter at recent public sightings despite every effort of media personnel to ascertain evidence to confirm these speculations.

Reducing Costs Act of 2024

The Imperial Diet has passed the Reducing Costs Act of 2024 which gets rid of the dreaded Shaken inspection system that many car owners have to face.

Under the current system, owners of cars have to get their cars inspected every two years and pay higher costs as the cars get older. But the new law will get rid of that and only require trucks above 8 tons, buses/taxis, rental passenger vehicles, and large-sized special motor vehicles to be inspected.

This does not get rid of the Automobile Weight Tax and owners of cars are still required to pay the tax every two years.

Japanese Embassy in The United British Kingdom - Encrypted Message

Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

The Empire of Japan is deeply humbled to have the United Kingdom as a great friend and ally. The Empire of Japan and the United Kingdom have fought side-by-side in many wars starting with the Boxer Rebellion in China. The Empire of Japan and the United Kingdom have also stood together against Russian aggression since the 1890s.

The United Kingdom was Japan’s first ally starting in 1902 with the signing of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance which expired in 1923 and the alliance helped protect Japan against Russian aggression. The alliance also helped Japan gain international prestige and be considered on-par with other powers.

In the Russo-Japanese War, the United Kingdom sided with Japan against Russia which angered many European powers such as Russia and France and also the United States. The United Kingdom provided assistance through intelligence, financing, ship designs, and diplomacy throughout the war. The United Kingdom also compared Japan’s attack on Port Arthur as similar to the British Battle of Trafalgar and awarded the Imperial Japanese Navy a lock of Admiral Nelson’s hair which is now displayed in the Imperial Japanese Naval Museum.

During the outbreak of World War One, Japan answered the British Empire’s call for allies and took German possession’s in the Pacific and China. Japanese Warships were also dispatched to the Mediterranean and protected Allied shipping from German U-Boat attacks.

Unfortunately in 1923, the alliance was dissolved due to United States pressure. But UK continued to send goodwill messages such as sending ships to Tokyo in 1934 for a naval parade in honor of the late Admiral Togo Heihachirō which the UK called the “Nelson of the East”.

Japan had a brief war with the United Kingdom starting in 1941 and ending in 1945 which Japan is sorry for. But after the war, Japan and the United Kingdom continued to build relations and the United Kingdom remains one of Japan’s closest allies. The United Kingdom also helped Japan’s transition to democracy, with Japan adopting a Westminster type government. Japan and the United Kingdom continue to stand as beacons of international law and against Russia’s imperialist ambitions.

In honor of our historic relationship, the Empire of Japan would like to host a Japanese-Anglo Friendship Exposition in the United Kingdom and establish a Japanese-Anglo Friendship Museum in both of our countries.

The Empire of Japan on the behalf of the Emperor would like to award a Katana to the British Crown in a formal ceremony and also cherry blossom trees to be planted throughout London.

Best Regards,
Japanese Ambassador to the United Kingdom

Breaking News: Authorities serve search warrant and arrest conspiring mass shooter after three deputies shot and injured

In what appears to be yet another tumultuous event to have hit the City of Suvorovo, Federal and State authorities have announced that they have executed a search warrant and, after an intensive shootout, arrested a man who was conspiring to commit a mass shooting.

Descending upon an inconspicuous townhouse in the Shelograd District south of Suvorovo Centre, authorities have arrested Aksit Akkoyun, a Turkish national living in Zeleniya under permanent immigrant status. On Facebook, Mr. Akkoyun appears as a humble 30 year-old man who works as a baggage handler at Zelenavia's hub at Yelizovo Gumin International Airport and enjoys to do competitive bowling in his pastime. However, in speaking to the press, the National Police Agency has stated that Mr. Akkoyun raised "immediate alarm" upon revealing his true nature on Twitter and 4chan.

A self-described "Turkic Ultranationalist" with a "longing for a Greater [Turkish] Empire" and outspoken for his support of the Blue Wolves Organization according to his Twitter profile, Mr. Akkoyun posted on 4chan and Twitter his intentions to wage "Jihad" against the Iranian and Alevi infidels as retaliation for the events of the Nova Prospekt Shopping Centre Riot which had stirred up the Zeleniyan Middle Eastern communities in the weeks following it's occurrence. In the day before his "the Great Jihad," Mr. Akkoyun posted threats against the Zoroastrian Centre of Yelizovo (which serves as a pillar in Zeleniya's religious Iranian Community) and the Alevi Justice Centre, remarking that the "Iranian people are nothing less than an obstruction that must be liquidated to realize the true unity that Turks have been longing for."

Extensive police protection was immediately mobilized to both the Zoroastrian Centre and the Alevi Justice Centre in anticipation of Mr. Akkoyun's appearance and a search warrant with ample evidence of his murderous intentions was swiftly acquired. Only mere hours from the alleged time that authorities predict he would act, Mr. Akkoyun would appear on a Kick livestream (which he had posted on 4chan and Twitter) praying to the Quran, guns in hand. Authorities then began besieging Mr. Akkoyun in his house and a firefight ensued for ten minutes on livestream, resulting in three deputies sustaining gunshot wounds until Mr. Akkoyun himself would be shot in the abdomen and ultimately subdued and taken to custody. A masked SWAT officer holding down a screaming Mr. Akkoyun was seen wagging his finger and shaking his head toward the camera before shutting down the livestream.

Having seized a treasure trove of illegally imported automatic weapons that most likely originated from the Central Asia region, four hard drives containing US$725,000 worth of bitcoin and plans to spur an Islamic insurrection against the Zeleniyan Government, the NPA has announced that Mr. Aksit Akkoyun is currently being held at the Suvorovo State Detention Centre without bail on several charges of conspiracy to commit insurrection, conspiracy to commit mass murder, conspiracy to commit an act of terrorism, illegal importation of firearms and many more pending trial. Should Mr. Akkoyun be found guilty on all charges, he will be facing the death penalty, ten life sentences in the Katorga, twenty five years in the Katorga and a Ƶ5 billion (US$5 million) fine.

In reacting to this, members of the Turkish, Iranian and Alevi communities condemn the attempted act of mass murder and have begun calling for a restoration of calm between the communities. The National Police Agency has also announced that, as a result of the importation of several peculiar illegal firearms, an investigation into the true nature of the events supporting this incident shall take place. A Spokesperson from the Krepost states that the President has sent his personal congratulations to the "valiant officers of the National Police Agency" and announces his intent to "handsomely award those who have taken part" in the "meticulous operation to save many lives."

Prime Minister Warns Doctors Against Continued Protests

With medical students and professionals still protesting after many months, Prime Minister Sagong, preciously known as Chief State Councilor, has issued an ultimatum to medical professionals currently protesting. Those who are protesting are to return to work within the month or have their medical license revoked. Prime Minister Sagong has not commented on whether or not those who face suspension will be able to reapply for their medical license and no other minister in the Grand Assembly has issued a statement either. Prime Minister Sagong and His Majesty, King Hakkun, have been working closely together to shape legislation that will attempt to calm the protests by compromising with protestors while also attempting to prevent unnecessary deaths from the decreased volume of operating medical staff across Saejoseon.

New Election Law Passed By Grand Assembly

A bill has been signed into law by His Majesty, King Hakkun, after being passed by the Grand Assembly. This new bill will only allow those born in Saejoseon to run for any political office higher than a municipality. Critics of the bill have called it xenophobic and have condemned its passing. Supporters, however, believe that the law will preserve the cultural and ethnic identity of the Great State of Saejoseon. Despite the support it has, many believe a more ethno-centric government may lead to continued problems with population down the line. These beliefs have been labeled as "very unlikely hypotheticals" by supporters of the bill. No official comment has been made by the Prime Minister and His Majesty.

Official Statement from His Excellency Mr. Dùsan Volin, Infinian Ambassador to the UAN | Meqelicha Oficiyalá ayte Yevó Exelensiyúya, Leyatú Dùsan Volin, Amvísadèr vu UAN

"Esteemed colleagues, I talk to you all today to address resolution UANGA/DRES/33. The Imperial Federation profoundly regrets the state to which international affairs surrounding The United British Kingdom, Russian Federatsya and -Empire of Japan- have deteriorated. Increasingly, the feuds between these nations have devolved to the point where every action these nations take is inherently over-analyzed with preconceived hostility and bias by those nations who sympathize with either side of the debate.

Our assembly exists to solve the pressing matters of our globe and our peoples - problems that are too large for single nations to deal with. Dealing with matters like climate change and international human rights, but also fostering scientific collaboration and international justice. The current state of affairs is emblematic of the increasing deviation of those principles. Focusing on every single detail to blacken a disliked nation, hoping to bring them into further disrepute. The Imperial Federation deeply regrets that the United Assembly of Nations is heading down this path, and it should stop now.

We will always stand with the righteous and the just. Those who are in violation should be punished. But we cannot function as an organization if we use it to discredit others. The Imperial Federation shall therefore abstain from voting on Resolution UANGA/DRES/33."

EMBASSY OF IRAN TO ZELENIYA, YELIZOVO

To the courageous people and law enforcement of Zeleniya,

I am here to honor and offer my utmost commendations of the brave law enforcement officers who have taken down the psycopathic and dangerous Aksit Akkoyun in his quest to murder Zoroastrians and Alevis. I am sickened that such a man can even exist on this planet, imbued with bigotry of the highest order. Iran fully backs the struggles that the Zoroastrians and Alevis of Yelizovo have to deal with against harassement and discriminatory behavior by those that seek to tear down all they have worked so hard to build. I truly hope that Akkoyun is given true justice for his devious and twisted mind.

With my utmost prayers,

Banou Parbhu

Ambassador of Iran to Zeleniya

Meanwhile, in Rhages...

In Shahyad Square, a congregation of nearly 20,000 and growing protestors are marching outside of the Zeleniyan Embassy in Iran. They are holding up signs of Akkoyun portraits crossed out with red marker, and a myriad of slogans. "DEATH TO AKKOYUN," "JUSTICE TO IRANIANS," "JUSTICE TO ALEVIS," "KILL THE PSYCHO, ZELENIYA," as well as some questionable anti-Turkish slogans. However, the message is clear. Iranians want justice from Zeleniya and the execution of a potential mass murderer and Turkish supremacist. Iranians want the execution of Akkoyun.

Japanese Scientists discover huge oil reserves in Antarctica

Japanese Scientists have discovered oil reserves totaling around 511bn barrels of oil in Antarctica and several science groups are looking at developing oil drill platforms for scientific purposes. A new scientific group called the Evergreen Science Group has drawn up plans to develop a scientific oil platform expected to drill up to 100,000 barrels of oil a day which will go to a science facility in Japan to be studied. After it’s scientifically studied the oil will be properly disposed by recycling it in an oil refinery.

Statement from the United Kingdom's Foreign Ministry

"The United Kingdom acknowledges the ongoing discussions and plans concerning the future governance of Ceuta. While Ceuta is on a path towards a joint administrative agreement with the Commonwealth of Tamazgha, it remains an integral part of the United Kingdom. This arrangement is designed to respect the will of Ceuta’s residents, reflecting our commitment to democratic processes and self-determination.

We must address the misleading statements issued by other nations which do not reflect the reality of our intentions or the desires of Ceuta’s people. It is imperative to highlight the ongoing hypocrisy in international politics, particularly concerning the actions of Russia. As we discuss sovereignty and self-determination, Russia continues to expand its own colonial empire, most notably seen in the illegal annexation of Crimea and the ongoing occupation of Georgian territories. These actions starkly contrast with the principles of sovereignty and the self-determination of peoples which Russia claims to champion.

The United Kingdom stands firm in its commitment to uphold international law and the rights of all nations to self-governance and independence. We continue to support the territorial integrity of nations like Ukraine and Georgia, and we denounce any actions that seek to undermine this.

In Ceuta, our focus remains on a peaceful, productive path forward that honors the wishes of its citizens and strengthens ties between the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Tamazgha. We urge the international community to support us in these efforts rather than sow division and discord.

The path to joint sovereignty for Ceuta is a testament to collaborative diplomacy and respect for the rule of law, principles the United Kingdom upholds unwaveringly. We remain committed to ensuring that this process respects the rights and aspirations of Ceuta’s residents, contributing to a stable and prosperous future for all involved."

Postponement of Presidential Election's Final Phase Due to Cyclone Impact

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________

Today's scheduled final phase of the 9th Presidential Election of Greater United Bangla has been postponed due to the impact of a small-scale cyclone that later weakened into a tropical storm. This weather event swept through central Bangla, affecting areas from Kolkata to Khulna and causing heavy rainfall across the nation.

The Election Commission made the decision to postpone the critical and most populated phase of the presidential election to May 15th in order to assess and prepare any affected areas. Preliminary reports indicate that there have been no major damages to property or loss of lives due to the cyclone.

However, in Khulna and Kolkata, three locations experienced disruptions to electricity supply as a result of fallen trees damaging power lines. Efforts are underway to restore these services swiftly.

King George VII: Henry, I understand this is a tremendously difficult time for you, but we must discuss the matters at hand with clarity and purpose.

Prince Henry: Discuss what, Father? That my wife is gone because someone decided a protest was more important than her life? There’s nothing left to discuss!

King George VII: My son, I know your heart aches, and so does mine. But we must consider all aspects. The circumstances surrounding the incident are complex.

Prince Henry: Complex? What is complex about it? It was a reckless act, and someone must pay for it!

King George VII: It's precisely that—repercussions. This wasn’t merely a reckless act; it was orchestrated, a message, perhaps. We need to tread carefully.

Prince Henry: A message? What do you know that you’re not telling me? Who is behind this?

King George VII: There are things at play here, Henry, that go beyond a simple act of violence. It involves more than just our family—it’s political, intertwined with interests that neither of us can foresee nor control easily.

Prince Henry: You speak of politics at a time like this? My wife, your daughter-in-law, is dead. And you talk of politics?

King George VII: Because it is our duty, even in our darkest hours, to protect the realm and understand the forces that move against us. I am not indifferent to your pain—I share it, profoundly so. But as monarchs, we must look beyond our personal grief.

Prince Henry: And what am I supposed to do? Wait and see while you and your advisors whisper in dark corners about the ‘greater good’?

King George VII: No, Henry. I am asking you to stand with me, to be the prince our people need in this turmoil. Help me uncover the truth, and together, we will bring justice for your wife.

Prince Henry: Justice... Yes, I want justice. But I also need the truth, Father. All of it. Not just bits and pieces to keep me in line.

King George VII: The truth will come out, in full, I promise you. But we must be strategic about our next steps. For now, let us grieve together, as father and son, for the loss of your beloved. And then, we shall seek justice, with all the might and right of our crown.

Consortium to consider viability of High Speed Rail
Potential 320km/h network proposed for the UZA

After months of consideration the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure - Jack Burgher lead a press conference in Pretoria to outline plans to study the viability of 'true high-speed rail' to link the main population centres of the UZA at up to 320kph.

"The limitations of 3' 6" gauge, which UZA railways are made up of is well known in terms of the top speed. It is simple physics, the gauge means curves have to be very very gradual to allow high speeds compared to standard gauge of 4' 8 1/2" which is in use across the world as the standard for higher speed and high speed rail.

At present, the X2000 Express Tilt Train is the fastest narrow gauge passenger train in service, but even this only manages 180km an hour. This means travel times between Cape Town and Johannesburg are around 10hours. This not only means long travel times for passengers but inefficient use of rolling stock and high staff costs as trains can do less trips per day.

A dedicated High Speed corridor would have benefits to passengers, and to the wider economy through productivity and easier travel as well as lower operating costs. Make no mistake though, high speed rail will be very expensive and so it's feasibility must be studied in detail.

Today we establish a consortium between, ZARail Engineering, Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation and Hitachi Rail of -Empire of Japan-, with business case and Engineering support from Arup of The United British Kingdom.

The initial feasibility is due to take around 6 months. It is unlikely that this will give a firm answer, we will need to have a national conversation around whether this is something we want to do."

RUSSIA HOLDS VICTORY DAY PARADE ON MOSCOW'S RED SQUARE

.

Russia's capital city, Moscow, was ablaze with patriotic fervor and solemn remembrance today as the nation commemorated Victory Day with a grand parade to honor the 79th anniversary of the Soviet Union's victory over Nazi Germany in World War II. The event, one of the most significant in Russia's annual calendar, showcased not only the military might of the Russian Federation but also served as a platform for global solidarity, with military delegations from various nations marching alongside Russian troops.

From the early hours of the morning, the streets of Moscow buzzed with anticipation as thousands of spectators gathered along the parade route, eagerly awaiting the procession of military hardware and personnel through the iconic Red Square. Among the crowd were war veterans, their families, and citizens of all ages, each paying tribute to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and reaffirming their commitment to defending the nation's sovereignty and independence.

As the clock struck 10 AM, the parade commenced with military bands filling the air with patriotic melodies as they led the way for the impressive display of military might. Tank columns rumbled through Red Square, their tracks echoing the footsteps of history as they symbolized the indomitable spirit of the Russian people in the face of adversity. Following closely behind were missile systems, artillery pieces, and other modern military equipment, each a testament to Russia's unwavering commitment to defense and security.

.

But it was not just Russian forces on display. In a remarkable show of solidarity, military delegations from a diverse array of nations, including China, the United States, the Central Asian Union, India, and others, marched alongside their Russian counterparts, united in their shared commitment to peace, stability, and freedom.

The participation of foreign militaries in the Victory Day parade underscored the importance of international cooperation in safeguarding the hard-won gains of World War II and preventing the resurgence of fascism and aggression. It also served as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by millions of people from around the world who fought and died in the struggle against tyranny and oppression.

Amidst the pomp and ceremony, the highlight of the parade was undoubtedly the stirring speech delivered by Nadezhda Zykina, the Vozhd (Leader) of All-Russians. Standing before a sea of spectators, Zykina paid tribute to the nations that fought alongside Russia in the defeat of fascism, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the cause of freedom and justice.

"We stand here today as a testament to the courage and sacrifice of those who came before us," Zykina proclaimed. "Their memory lives on in our hearts, and their legacy inspires us to strive for a world free from tyranny and oppression."

.

Zykina also took the opportunity to reflect on the successes of Revivalism, her authoritarian philosophy aimed at restoring Russia to greatness. "Under the banner of Revivalism, Russia has undergone a remarkable transformation, reclaiming its rightful place as a great power on the world stage," she declared. "Through our collective efforts, we have revitalised our economy, strengthened our military, and reaffirmed our commitment to defending our sovereignty and independence."

But Zykina's speech also struck a cautionary note as she warned against the ongoing threats facing Russia from hostile nations seeking to undermine its sovereignty and destabilise the region.

"We are facing unprecedented challenges from those who seek to weaken and divide us," she declared. "But let me make one thing clear: Russia will not be intimidated. We will defend our interests, uphold our values, and stand firm against any threat to our sovereignty and independence."

As the Victory Day parade drew to a close, the streets of Moscow reverberated with applause and cheers, a fitting tribute to the heroes of the past and a powerful expression of solidarity and unity in the face of present-day challenges.

As the world continues to grapple with new threats and uncertainties, events like the Victory Day parade serve as a poignant reminder of the enduring power of unity, remembrance, and resilience in the pursuit of peace and freedom.

COMPREHENSIVE ANTI-HATE CRIME LAW PASSED BY IMPERIAL DIET

Iran is a very religiously diverse nation, being home to many domestic faiths unlike any others in the world. However, with reports of increasing levels of hate crimes and intolerance to the police, the Central Government has deemed it sufficient to pass a comprehensive law to strengthen law enforcement and bring awareness to the Iranian people of the rise in religious tension.

The law, titled the "Prevention of Religious Hate Law," increases punishment for certain religious hate crimes to include longer jail times combined with fines, along with the punishment of unpaid labor to Iranian infrastructure projects. Such religious crimes includes anti-Semitism and prejudice towards Christians, Jews, Baha'is, Yazidis, Manichaeans, Mandaeans, Ahmadis, Alevis, Shia Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, and other "religious minorities." The bill also enables an expedited form of citizenship for religious minorities in the Middle East, including Syriac Christians, Druze, and other "persecuted minorities" who wish to seek refuge in Iran.

"Iran is no place for religious intolerance. Iranians are not prejudiced towards others, although the problem of religious intolerance is still significant within the Empire. Our nation allows those from all faiths to be openly accepted within our society without the fear of prejudice that they make experience in their countries of origin," said Behdis Gaanjia in the Mehestan during a debate regarding the bill. The bill has been received with overwhelming positivity among the people, especially those of religious minorities, many of whom have had to face prejudice.

Report by the General Intelligence Service Regarding Increasing the Number of Agents in the The United British Kingdom
تقرير جهاز المخابرات العامة بشأن زيادة عدد العملاء في المملكة المتحدة

Mr. President,

In response to the imminent threat posed by the potential escape of the former royal family to the United Kingdom, the General Intelligence Service has taken strategic measures to increase its presence and operational capabilities within the nation. This decision was made to ensure that the United Kingdom does not interfere in Egypt's internal affairs by providing asylum to the deposed House of Amin.

The decision to increase agents within the United Kingdom has been made and stems from a critical need to prevent further instability in Egyptian politics. Given the historical ties between the former royal family and certain segments of the British establishment, there is a legitimate concern that elements within the United Kingdom may seek to provide sanctuary or support to the House of Amin once their surveillance ends, thereby undermining Egypt's stability.

The potential escape of the former royal family to the United Kingdom poses a direct threat to Egypt's national security and stability. Allowing them to seek refuge in a foreign country could provide them with a platform to mobilize support, raise pro-monarchy sentiments against the Egyptian government, and perpetuate political instability. By increasing our presence in the United Kingdom, we aim to monitor and counteract any attempts by external actors to exploit the situation for the benefit of the House of Amin.

We will maintain continuous surveillance on the House of Amin's associates within the United Kingdom and its Foreign and Commonwealth Office to gather actionable intelligence and prevent their asylum. By bolstering our presence and operational capabilities, we seek to counteract any attempts by foreign nations to provide sanctuary or support to the former Sultan and his family. The Egyptian government must remain vigilant and proactive in protecting Egypt's sovereignty, stability, and national security.

MI5 Security Service Memorandum

Subject: Identification and Planned Apprehension of Egyptian Agent

1. Background
MI5 has successfully identified an operative from Egypt’s General Intelligence Service within the United Kingdom. The agent, hereafter referred to as "the Subject," has been under surveillance due to suspicious activities consistent with foreign espionage efforts. This memo outlines the key errors made by the Subject that led to their discovery and proposes a plan for their apprehension.

2. Identification of Mistakes
a. Communication Security Lapses: The Subject made several unsecured phone calls from public locations, which were intercepted by our signal intelligence units. The use of unencrypted communication channels for transmitting sensitive information significantly compromised the Subject.
b. Pattern of Life Analysis: The Subject displayed a predictable daily routine, frequenting the same few locations for meetings and personal errands. This predictability allowed our surveillance teams to effectively monitor and document the Subject’s movements and associations.
c. Digital Footprint: The Subject failed to adequately mask their digital footprint, utilizing social media platforms without the necessary privacy settings. This oversight provided additional leads regarding their identity and affiliations.
d. Operational Tradecraft Errors: The Subject was observed meeting with known foreign intelligence affiliates in overtly public and surveilled areas, disregarding basic operational security measures.

3. Plan of Capture
a. Enhanced Surveillance: Intensify surveillance measures to monitor all movements and communications of the Subject. This includes physical tailing, electronic monitoring, and cyber surveillance to gather comprehensive intelligence on the Subject’s activities and networks.
b. Coordination with Local Law Enforcement: Collaborate with local police forces to prepare for a coordinated capture. Ensure that law enforcement is briefed on the Subject’s background and potential risk factors.
c. Apprehension Strategy: Plan the arrest during a routine activity where the Subject is isolated and the risk of public disturbance or collateral damage is minimal. Ideal locations would be during one of their predictable visits to lesser-populated areas.
d. Post-Capture Protocol: Upon capture, the Subject will be taken to a secure facility for debriefing. Ensure that legal protocols are followed to facilitate potential extradition or prosecution processes.
e. Countermeasures and Secrecy: Throughout the operation, maintain strict operational secrecy to prevent any compromise. Post-operation, assess all operational aspects to identify any leaks or flaws in our procedures.

4. Conclusion
The mistakes made by the Subject have provided MI5 with a significant advantage in neutralizing a potential threat. The planned operation to apprehend the Subject will require meticulous execution and coordination, emphasizing the need for operational security and inter-agency collaboration.

This document is classified TOP SECRET and requires appropriate security handling.
